I want NASDAQ or OTCQX. Feds need to legalize more states and PVSP needs to begin expanding. But yes I agree...let's get to pennies and silver first before the dollars
Ok my last post here today:
In August 09, a similar company VRML was waiting for FDA approval of their stage-3 ovarian cancer test. In September 09, it was approved by the FDA.
August 09: trading at .02~.10
September 09: trading at 13.50 ~ 14.20
ARYC's ovarian cancer test is pre-symptomatic which is even more valuable because it helps detect EARLY stages. Can you imagine what happens when FDA approval is granted?
Thank you, sir. Also...all the "ARYC Buyout" tweets, blogs, videos have mysteriously disappeared. I'm hoping someone from ARYC reached out to those posters to pull the information due to deals being worked out as we speak. Just speculating but companies go into silent mode before something huge happens due to all the legal implications. Crossing fingers!! GLTA
Would not be surprised if they are positioning themselves for an acquisition by AFFYMETRIX (AFFX) which just acquired Eureka Genomics. This partnership would help position them to either compete with Illumina (ILMN) or be acquired by them. Also it would put them in level playing field with at least Sequenom (SQNM).
AFFX last price: 10.22
ILMN last price: 220.51
SQNM last price: 2.98
ARYC has proprietary technology with microarrays that would serve ANY of those other companies very very well in the genomics market. So when they say that Arrayit is undervalued - it is definitely true.
Hey - just wondering if anyone else noticed. There used to be these videos and tweets from a blog and tweets from "Sierra World" regarding an ARYC buyout. In any case all of the youtube videos where it discussed a possible buyout by Roche or Genentech were suddenly taken down along with the blog posts:
http://stockpricetarget.blogspot.com/2015/06/wednesday-june-24th-2015betty-bacon.html
All these links, videos, tweets have all been removed/deleted just recently. In any case for those that missed it, the videos had this "Betty Bacon" lady who apparently is an OTC prodigy. She had a "friend" who works at some bank that discussed "talks" about an ARYC buyout. She couldn't say by whom but the guy recording the video kept trying to ask whether it was Roche or some other company. Not a big deal but just weird that all the blogs, tweets, videos have all been removed
I forgot who posted that "their dolls don't sell" but just do a quick search on Amazon and look at the doll reviews. Almost all 5 stars - AND those are the original dolls that sold fairly well without any sort of TV ads. Their NEW LINE of dolls are a "tween scene" with the book - so I believe that's going to be their hot seller even before the holidays. The possibilities are endless for accessories, matching clothes, more books, movies, and tons of merchandising.
ARYC has been around doing genetic analysis work for years now:
Ok I'm in guys. I loaded up on Thurs. GLTA
Welcome aboard!! I work for a large healthcare organization that uses citrix, it's competitor and all it needs is a disruptive company with innovation to change this market. $THNS has all the signs of growth.
Happy 4th to all of you especially those who served/currently serving. I hope THNS goes $1+ for you guys. You deserve it and more
One of the best investor relations letters I've seen from a CEO:
http://www.racingadventure.com/investor-relations/
"What it do baby
It's da ice man Paul Wall
I got my mouth lookin somethin like a disco ball
I got da diamonds and da ice all hand set
I might cause a cold front if I take a deep breath" - Paul Wall
Instant Classic
Go $ARYC
Ah. Gotcha. Interesting stuff. I hope he has intentions of getting stock prices up
I think they bought more shares just to get more power over THNS. Either way, I'm hoping they are looking to increase the share value.
Here's the actual filing from the SEC itself:
www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1610034/000101376215000623/0001013762-15-000623-index.htm
Per Thalia Woods Management, Inc’s filing, the filler reported increased stake in the company by 1.66% to 66,377,354 shares. Thalia Woods Management, Inc now owns 53.9% of the company
So apparently previously Thalia already owned 52.24% and bought more shares to get to 53.9% which is that 66,377,354.
Thanks for the dd. Here's a quick reference in case anyone's interested:

And here's their business info on LinkedIn:
THINSPACE
hahahaha!! Right?? AND their dolls are $100+/each
Great point. I'm not sure how driven they are to climb this doll marketplace and go through the long process of growing versus being absorbed by a well established toy manufacturer and working as their own division in the company. American Girl dolls are wildly successful but people forget they are owned by Mattel. Pleasant Company owned American Girl until In 1998, they became a subsidiary of Mattel. Can you imagine? Mattel is currently trading at $20.00+
I'm hoping they follow the same history of the American Girl Dolls. If you look at their early beginnings, they are doing a lot of the same patterns of growth (without the internet and all the media outlets available today).

$$$OWOO
I wouldn't mind a buyout by Mattel before the holiday lol
I'm catching up with old news but wanted to post this in case some of you haven't seen it either:
https://www.genomeweb.com/business-news/arrayit-asks-court-dismiss-request-seeking-block-issuance-shares
Ha! Good one...didn't even catch that. Happy 4th to you all!!!
And here's the investor relations message (letter from CEO)
http://racingadventure.com/investor-relations/
As far as the racing experience side of business, it looks to me like they are profitable given the sold out events on their calendar: www.racingadventure.com/[tag]DJRT Racing Adventure/tag]
I agree. I like the idea of the 24/7 pediatrics services. I have no idea what their revenues are but if they can expand and grow that business to other states beyond Florida, then they could be first to market. This looks to be a long, long, long process to even see any kind of profits.
LMFAO
great post and perspective with someone in the retail industry! Have a happy 4th of July weekend
Yeah I'm long on this one so maybe somethings going on with the Kid 24/7 acquisition?
Exciting!!! Looking forward to see revenues in 4th qtr and after holidays!
And...these are JUST the dolls!!!! If you've been to an American Girl doll retail store, look at the ACCESSORIES. I honestly believe they are tied with the actual dolls in sales alone. Just seriously look inside an American Girl doll catalog and look at the pricing structure of the accessories...oh And did I mention they SELL MATCHING OUTFITS SO YOUR DAUGHTER CAN MATCH THE DOLL??? Yes folks. They have a CLOTHING LINE TO MATCH THE DOLLS!!! Serious serious retail opportunities
Absolutely. As a new investor, I'm happy to have landed here after doing a lot of dd. I showed this company to my 6 year old daughter and her friends and they went absolutely bonkers!! Even their parents were asking when these will be on the shelves! If you have daughters or nieces and have seen the absolute phenomenon known as " American Girl" dolls (by Mattel) which by the way has books, Movies, etc... You will understand how HUGE this company is going to be. American Girl dolls retail for OVER $100.00 EACH... and people are still scooping them up AT THEIR OWN EXCLUSIVE STORE. now imagine dolls at a fraction of the cost in MORE retail outlets and more access to a diverse customer base!!!! I would NOT be surprised if Mattel acquires this company (considering the designer is from Mattel). Good luck all. Do your dd and buy / hold at least until these hit shelves!!!!!!
Wow. KBM owns 9.99% and Blackbridge owns 5.55%. These are big time investors definitely looking to expand $WPWR!!! Great days ahead for this one $$$$
There's investors (who are in it for a longer run) and traders (who take advantage of huge spikes in price at faster rates). It doesn't stop traders from buying back in at a later time at a lower price.
Good morning everyone! Just wishing everyone good luck today. I'm very very new to iHub and small cap trading in general. I did a lot of reading (literally books upon books), studying, and a ton of dd before taking the plunge. I got into $DNRG at .007+ and cashed out when it hit .25 so for me that was pretty awesome as a rookie. I'm hoping beginner's luck is still with me here lol go $$$$$$OWOO
I agree and I hope they file a more recent 8K and graduate from OTCPINK to OTCQB or QX

Great info. THANK YOU!
Given that the OvaDX ovarian cancer screening test was just being prepared to go to FDA trials in April 2015, here's a few key things to note regarding the FDA 510(k) clearance process:
A company submitting a 510(k) today has a 22% chance of getting it cleared within 3 months, and a 61% chance of getting it cleared within 6 months.
There were 3,173 devices cleared through the 510(k) program in 2014, a 4.5% increase over 2013 but similar to numbers seen in 2011 and 2012.
Radiological and Orthopedic devices tend to take the least amount of time to clear, averaging 135 and 140 days respectively in 2014.
Third Party Reviewers clear devices in 68 days on average, more than 110 days faster than internal FDA reviewers. Caveat: Complex devices do not qualify for this program.
Over the last 15 years, the FDA has been taking progressively longer to clear 510(k) submissions, which now averages about 6 months.
So long story short, in October - November 2015 is when we can expect FDA approval for $ARYCs upcoming OvaDx. I am holding my shares till then despite what happens in the immediate future.
Arrayit Corp (OTCMKTS:ARYC) Launches Major Proteomics And Genomics Products
June 30, 2015 Jessica Tatom Business No comments
Arrayit Corp (OTCMKTS:ARYC), a market leader in molecular diagnostic and life sciences, is proud to announce the launch of new proteomics and genomics products in the market. As per the reports, the global market for these products accounts over a billion; hence, Arrayit doesn’t want to leave any stone unturned to cash in this opportunity.
The new products and services will be announced in its image-rich, full color 2015/16 catalogue.
Insights On The Matter:
Some of the leading products that Arrayit Corp has launched include Arrayit High-Seq genomic labeling kits, InnoScan 910 and 1100 microarray scanners, HuProt v2.0 19K human proteome microarrays, etc. Apart from this, the company has also come up with TissueMax personal tissue microarrayers and series 3 glass consumables. All of these products have been features in company’s new catalogue. The prime objective of floating these products in the market is to improve the overall condition of agriculture, healthcare and food safety.
Arrayit Corp has decided to increase its proprietary microarray platform to elevate the analysis of human proteome and genome. These two are the blueprints of the body and impart various features of all living organisms. With the help of extensive proteomic and genomic information, doctors can easily take care of pre-symptomatic diagnostic tests, a personalized healthcare paradigm and safer medicines. The information makes it easy for the health experts to recommend optimal treatments to patients based on the unique information derived from their proteins and genes.
Newly announced products of Arrayit Corp are available across the globe through direct sales channels and a well-formed network of over 60 international distributors. The senior management of Arrayit is pleased to make this announcement and hopes that the market will respond in a positive way. Rene Schena, CEO, Arrayit Corp, states that the company has made a huge investment in proteomics and genomics products, which will surely lead to higher revenues in the near future.
Arrayit Corp (OTCMKTS:ARYC) finished the last trading session with a gain of 3.92% but it must be considered insignificant. The actual indifference of the investors is evident from the volume pattern too, which at 36 million was considerably lower than the daily average of 54 million. In the short term, the stock has been moving in a narrow range of $0.0030-$0.010. The immediate resistance line is shown on the chart attached, which also shows a bit of contraction in the extreme short term. Still, any attempt to rally must tackle the resistance of $0.02 successfully before considering any reversal.
