Quidme, the app was pulled from the app store 3 years ago.

IFAN scammed the owners of Quidme into signing an acquisition agreement. IFAN didn't have any money to pay for the company and after repeated lies and non payment, Quidme pulled out of the deal and demanded IFAN stop making misrepresentations. Years later, IFAN still lies about the acquisition even after the owners of Mobicash and IPIN Debit decommissioned all these projects more than 3 years ago. All these products listed on this page are a fabrication. All the companies that were scammed into providing their literature either rebranded or effectively decommissioned all the product lines once they realized they were being scammed to pump the IFAN stock. IFAN is basically just two guys who masquerade as investors in the Keiretsu forums. They pounce on startup that pitch products looking for investors. They use multiple shells for whatever purpose is served at the time. IFAN is one of those shells.

No chance, they would rather maintain a private company that has no reporting requirements. That way they can provide vague info on their website and lure unsuspecting victims' money. In all their publicly available information you will never find direct examples of success stories. The closest they ever got to talking about real products was with IFAN and that's because they conned 2 startups. Unfortunately those startups' products are now long gone and that's why there is nothing to report. If you read the terms of all the notes taken out by IFAN, NONE of them ever got paid and even the projected share value at maturity was way off base. Chances are that that is the reason the 100k investor never came thru and they couldn't get around to file a clarification. ....I hate to break it, but there is no juice here. They have moved on and now are promoting Vivaris in London as a Hedge Fund...... All this is 2 guys running out of a UPS box. If you ever find a building with Vivaris offices, please post.......

First of all, that M2 or Beacon talk was just future plans of Quidme. None of that ever became realized after the entrepreneurs who came up with those products left the 2 cons. Secondly the Payx card was a card application worked on by my friend before they quit. By the time the application was approved these 2 cons had not a clue what to do with it. It was later revoked by the bank for lack of activity and default on fees and no longer exists ..... if any of these exist why don't you take a picture and post? Try applying for either. The claims of approved apps? Can anyone post the app names so we can download? ......This is a total con......lol

Not sure what winning is. They came up with new products and apps that are grossing millions and have over a million downloads . IFAN has gone from $1.10 to 0.0005...... I know since you started posting your stock has lost like crazy...... somehow you have to hope that there will be life some day...... hope springs eternal my friend

My friends were conned out of their companies (Mobicash America & IPIN Debit) by these IFAN thugs. They used their great technologies to pump the stock with no intention ever to bring the products to life. These cons found the startup at a Keiretsu forum, lied to the inventors that they owned a big European bank and needed a mobile solution. None of that ended up being true and my friends all left the scam after losing their products. At the time they left IFAN had been pumped to $1.10 a share and this was around early 2014. None of these products they advertise exist. These were future plans from my friends' business plan. This plan forms the basis of everything they are marketing now....or till the last time they put something out. This scam is just 2 guys operating out of a UPS box ....... so those who think some good news will come...... tough luck. These two individuals one in his 60s and the other his 80s with no tech background, but just a smooth tongue, are never going to invent a new fintech...

Just talked to one of the former employees of Quid me the company that IFAN claims to have bought. He says IFAN was a scam that fooled Quid me's owners and never paid them a dime for their company. Quid's owners had to leave and start a new company. They are working on a lawsuit. There is no such a product as IPIN Debit. The licenses were not paid for and no tests were ever performed. The Vantiv press release was also a lie. There is no Payment Gateway that IFAN can give Blue Like Neon. IFAN has only 2 officers (Mizer and Scholl) who have no clue about anything in FinTech. All this is a scam to get investor's money. Anyone who needs to verify all this can email info@quid-me.com. They will respond quickly...... I was shocked about what I was told. This is a real scam.
