$OWPC Agreed, this is really setting up to be a monster! I believe we're going from here, to ringing that bell with no stops between. And it won't be long, once we get into stride. Another 100x ALPP run in the making. Near-term. But I don't mind waiting 5-10 for 1000x.
Yeah, right. But you're apparently missing something. This is just a POS short working the sentiment. Ignore, and this POS will be gone again after their 2-cent flip. Might even help on the bounce if the mkt sees a + surprise @8:30am for the new numbers. Real simple.
$HDUP Well, yeah! If you want to be a global leader in the sector, you have to also look at the supply chain, not just the platforms and platform access.
What's different about NFTs compared to crypto, lotteries, and online gaming/gambling is, you need a supply of the digital "material" which, over the long haul, cannot simply be created by the platform company. THAT is what this business deal (joint venture) is about.
And I'm sure most folks understand, there is NOWHERE on THIS planet that has as much experience with this sort of "material"! Do a Google search for something like 'gold brick vendng machine" or 'diamond studded batmobile.' Or 'gold plated Lamborghini.' Maybe add 'UAE'.
Spend a little time exoring this rabbit hole and you will all know the significance of this JV!
$HDUP Nice! Thanks for posting.
$OWPC Yeah, you kinda have to believe he knows what is coming. Hard to believe otherwise when you bring all these things together, like where he says (with a trademark claim, to boot) "Hemp is the new plastic™."
I mean, do you really think we haven't already established some level of partnership with Dow Chemical when you see tweets like this (below)? Well, it sure has NOT been announced, but I do look forward to that!
Dow really put their stamp all over this one, stating:
$PRTY Lol, absolutely! Way overdone, here. What an opportunity!
Just how big is 1,000,000 acres? Well, it comes out to 1,562 square miles. To put that in perspective...
Acres available in Colombia to OWPC for growing hemp: 1,562
Acres representing the total land mass of the U.S. state of Rhode Island: 1,214
Acres representing the total land mass of Long Island, New York: 1,401
Hemp growing acreage LARGER THAN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND. LARGER THAN ALL OF LONG ISLAND.
Not only do we have access to 1,000,000 acres of farmland for growing, now apparently with the recent agreements, we control those 1,000,000 acres. Talk about "scaling," we are going to be a substantial supplier to the "Hemp is the New Plastic" buyers around the world, including automotive, cosmetics, food packaging... virtually every producing sector of the world economy.
Isiah has handled this very well, "quietly" working WITH the indigenous farmers through the AMUNAFRO relationship to help the farmers AND to further OWP's interests... this is going to be really big!!
$GHMP What a nice way to end the week!
$NFGC Standing by... :^)
$ALPP Thanks for the link, VERY INTERESTING video!
New tweet last night from Isiah Thomas - interview on Radio Colombia. It's a good listen! Check it out, only 8 minutes.
$OWPC I am really getting stoked for the eventual blossoming of this business. Sharp nano-cap investors will begin moving on this real soon. All you have to do is read and follow the reports, and read between the lines on the limited PR to-date. Isiah is really building something here, the right way - careful and methodical.
https://ir.oneworldproducts.com/press-releases/detail/58/isiah-international-one-world-products-and-amunafro-agree
The only good thing is, these things CAN be fixed. And I hope Armen gets a handle on it real damn soon. Once fixed, combined with the core competencies and potential growth runway ahead of Progressive Care - and of course resolving the current financial/debt/funding overhang issue - there is enormous potential here.
And here, you just made MY point. I believe there is a LOT more to this than what you described, but Armen, Jay, Carlos and Clearthink have ALL failed miserably in the area of PR (inclusive of Public Relations AND Press Releases) for quite some time, now. In all my years with all of the companies I've invested in, I can say that I am MOST disappointed with Progressive Care's ineptitude in this area - CONSIDERING the SUBSTANTIAL resources at their disposal with the costs incurred on MY BACK (and yours, as well as all investors).
The only thing that has kept me around is the outstanding operational results achieved throughout "most" of the time I've been here since 2015 - given certain limitations and challenges associated with the company size and situation in the public market - in combination with the unique abilities and capabilities Progressive Care has demonstrated in their business and market space. These things translate to a certain preparedness required to turn OPPORTUNITY into LUCK. But not the kind of luck that most think you just stumble onto. I mean the luck that required hard work, strategic thinking and careful execution. However, this crap coming from the company in the PR area is just staggering. To me, it (RXMD PR, I mean) seems clearly lacking in every one of these things - hard work, strategic thinking and careful execution.
I think you just made his point (CaptHowdy). A press release should follow basic rules of writing. I have a LOT more to say about this as it relates to Progressive Care and the current state of "things," but that will have to wait 'til later. Busy day ahead.
$RXMD Yeah, I gotta say I REALLY like the news, but I HATE how they put this out as if it's an afterthought and not worth the time to spellcheck (what the hell is a "complicated and tidies process"??? I assume someone intended for this to read 'tedious') or even explain what it means, to the everyday "layman" investor. This is really good stuff, if you understand how it fits in the overall business strategy. Someone please tell us. I mean, what in G*d's name is a press release for, if not to explain to the (investor audience) public what is newsworthy about this milestone/achievement?!?
That being said, I think this is a major stepping stone in the right direction (for growth and profit). If management follows through - and if they decide to explain in some clear way what exactly the strategy is - I believe there is a SUBSTANTIAL need in the LTC area nationwide, and we could really be onto something here if they truly leverage what the company has to offer at this point. Growth really could be phenomenal and we really could see that $1B (revenue) business in relatively short time! Within that 5-year window? Definitely, if they can get finally get this machine MOVING any time soon.
Right, one step at a time.
$HDUP Here we go!
Lol, looks like you'd better cover.
$SIRC No update yet that I'm aware of. I think with certain milestones pending, all focus is on those other things. I'm not really expecting any comment on this until perhaps the next Q&A, which I would expect within a few weeks.
$ALPP Yes, very cool!
$NILE Those requirements are for Initial Listing. HERE are the requirements / standards for Continued Listing (below). Continued Listing is MUCH different, and AMEX (Now called NYSE MKT, but also referred to as NYSE Amex frequently) has very flexible Continued Listing Standards... as you can see (but then, you knew that, because I already explained this after your LAST FUDspreader post):
Exactly, thank you! I was just speaking generally about the process, and the fact that there is an abundance of time and many steps way ahead of any possible concerns for de-listing. It's all just FUD spreading.
$NILE Those requirements are for Initial Listing. HERE are the requirements / standards for Continued Listing (below). Continued Listing is MUCH different, and AMEX (Now called NYSE MKT, but also referred to as NYSE Amex frequently) has very flexible Continued Listing Standards... as you can see:
Yeah, I'm guessing you're already aware of this but let's just make sure all shareholders understand this. We're gonna want to really emphasize the stock buyback as Brett is strongly suggesting and hopefully successfully... "influencing" (I'm sure he knows where to find this info as well or better than the next guy, and so I am quite sure he is aware of this, below) -- to get the stock price up organically in conjunction with the debt clearing and continued outstanding operational performance results.
Here you go:
C. Certain Adjustments. In the event of a reverse stock split, the Conversion Ratio will be adjusted proportionately such that, after such reverse stock split, each share of Series B Preferred will convert into the same number of shares of Common Stock into which it was convertible immediately preceding such reverse stock split. For purposes of example only, in the event that a reverse stock split is effected in the ratio of 1-for-10, the Conversion Ratio would be multiplied by 10, so 1,000 shares of Series B Preferred, convertible into 10,000 shares of Common Stock at a Conversion Ratio of 10 to 1 prior to such reverse split, would be reduced to 100 shares of Series B Preferred, but convertible into 10,000 shares of Common Stock at a Conversion Ratio of 100 to 1.
It's in the Form 10-12G that was filed on 3/12/2021, and then withdrawn on 4/29/2021.

One World Products Inc. (OWP) is a disruptive, pure-play cannabis business focused on the future of cannabis and hemp manufacturing and distribution. Our highly experienced management team is engaged to take the company to the next level, supplying the highest quality full-spectrum THC and CBD ingredients to manufacturers of consumer brands.
Launched in 2017, OWP is a fully licensed producer and global supplier of high-quality hemp and cannabis-derived ingredients for use in manufacturing consumer packaged goods. OWP offers a reliable, sustainable, global supply chain for chemical formulators, food and beverage producers, and personal care product manufacturers. OWP maintains two corporate offices; in Las Vegas, Nevada as well as in Bogota, Colombia. The company operates its facility in Popayan, Colombia.
OWP has exclusive agreements with local indigenous communities and agricultural co-operatives in Colombia. OWP provides the superior quality seeds to produce crops in covered greenhouses that are optimized for cannabis and hemp cultivation used in research and for development purposes. The company also oversees quality control protocols and manages operating procedures. The local co-operatives sell OWP the harvested raw plant material to be refined into ingredients for export.
The company is approved by the Colombian Agriculture and Livestock Institute for the registration of over two dozen different cultivars with unique strain characterizations, both psychoactive and non-psychoactive.
LAND, LOCATION, GOVERNMENT
Colombia will be the leading supplier of hemp and cannabis-derived ingredients to the world based on its ideal agricultural climate, supportive legislation, and ability to grow cannabis at substantially reduced costs compared to competing countries.
Colombia’s geographic location makes it the best place on earth to grow cannabis. Colombia also has a thriving import and export industry. Among the features and benefits of Colombia, the most important is partnering with the local indigenous people and local farmers in the region. One World Products empowers the native people of Colombia through education, building infrastructure, and expanding their economy by collaborating with them to compete in the international market.
THREE TIER EXPERTISE
OWP uses a proprietary plant tissue culture method to rapidly multiply cells of specific plant strains to produce huge amounts of genetically consistent and superior quality progeny plants.
During the extraction process, OWP uses cryo-ethanol technology to create distillates and oils made with the highest possible levels of purity to meet specified customer requirements.
When it comes time to package and ship our customers’ orders, OWP has a dedicated team of lawyers and professionals handling all aspects of customs and continuously updating the CRM database that organizes required documentation to participate with countries and states newly entering the market.

$NILE It's a good report - I don't know why that disclosure would bother you, Ascendiant IS the investment banker that handled the ATM offerings this year and last, after all, so I would definitely expect them to know a lot about the company - sufficient to conduct a valuation and to generate a price target.
In fact, they also clearly include those capital raises in the report, as follows here in these clippings:
Yes, and here's a little more detail on the SS history - easy access for those just now taking a peek or sitting on the sidelines.

Yeah, well I think you need to give a little breathing room. We want a growth company here, not a $2 million cash generating machine that's worth all of what I could do for myself with my own small bank account. They're just getting started, it takes time to build the machine and fuel to operate it. Net profit for a growth company can be accomplished at almost any time - assuming there's a value proposition and some bit of need/demand for the products/services. What's more important at this stage (imho) is 1) growth, and 2) a healthy balance sheet.
Profitability is coming, what I care more about at the moment is the very important attention to the balance sheet:
Assets
December 31, 2020: $5,951,767
September 30, 2021: $7,578,427
December 31, 2021: $9,059,642
Liabilities
December 31, 2020: $8,346,803
September 30, 2021: $4,195,096
December 31, 2021: $2,638,744
The debt ratio has flipped from an asphyxiating 1.40 on 12/31/2020 to a very healthy 0.29 on 12/31/2021. That's a wonderful achievement in 1 year's time.
Boilerplate cover-ass included in financial reports of all such small emerging growth companies - insisted by any auditor worth their salt. Nothing more.
$OWPC Nice report, keeping a pretty firm grip on the share structure, and we know that much has been accomplished since the last operations update from management... expect some substantial news to follow any time in the coming days/weeks!!
$NILE Great results, assets SO much higher than reflected in the market cap - moving up large from here!
$IQST Nice report, continuing to exceed expectations!!
$ALPP Pretty fantastic report this week!
$REE Very nice, thanks for posting!
$OWPC Wow, great find, thanks for posting!!
