Canadian Cross List $EVIO would see share price skyrocket from added eyeballs in a heartbeat.
October $EVIO hires Erika Miller ex-Roche Pharma - January now sees ex-Pfizer $PFE exec Albert Lustig as President and TODAY ex-Quest Diagnostics $DGX
Management is definitely getting that professional pharma feel and less pink stink now...
$EVIO Inc. Announces the Appointment of Ron Russak as Vice President of Operations
Russak joins EVIO from a 17-year career at Quest Diagnostics $QED where, as regional director, he had operational responsibility for 529 patient service centers and 228 inter-office phlebotomy sites throughout the western United States. Prior to joining Quest, Russak worked for Pennsylvania Hospital (of the University of Pennsylvania Health System) for 13 years where he served as administrative director of Laboratory Services.
“After an exhaustive search, we knew immediately that Ron was the right fit for EVIO,” said Lori Glauser, EVIO’s co-founder and COO. “His experience with Quest, a Fortune 500 provider of diagnostic services with a global network of labs and service centers, aligns seamlessly with our desire to rapidly scale up our laboratory operations.”
In this new role, Russak will provide operational direction and leadership for EVIO’s portfolio of labs and will drive EVIO’s profitability and growth by scaling existing and new laboratory operations.

That is the tag line for the law firm. EVIO engaged them back 2017 late summer/early fall? $EVIO CEO has stated that big board is the goal. Theyve already moved up successfully from the pinks. Cleaned up the share structure. My understanding is that the original law firm in San Diego was a problem in getting the financials out on time as they had recently had a 1099 contract employee accountant/lawyer for their audit team who had either overlooked/missed or straight up submitted/signed off on some really sketchy financials in another deal - which brought the hammer of Thor down on the auditors in the sense that their every move, paper work, staple was being triple checked by their staff and the SEC - at least that was the spin.
Regardless. These guys were signed on as an access to deeper pools of capital as EVIO was transitioning through the rollback at the time. As well in the PR if i recall... WW made mention of the Law Firms success in the past in uplisting deals to the big board.
When you write an $EVIO post- There is a stack of blue buttons over <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< here - There are 9 of them. To format your text in any number of ways. Bold Italics..etc The 3rd button from the bottom TICKER - Write a post and then go back and with your mouse hilite `the "word" EVIO - While it is hilighted in the text box... go over to the TICKER button and click it. The EVIO will now be formatted as $EVIO - it registers for the ticker cloud tracking tool on IHUB - it also permits you to "hover" over the ticker and a pop up of current price volume appears...
OK - why mine shows as blue.. I am writing the ticker pre-formatting as $EVIO rather than EVIO - which formats the ticker with0ut clicking on the menu bar - when i hilite $EVIO and format it to "TICKER" it reads the dollar $ as a repeat ticker for some reason. If you hilye a ticker without that $ designation it just converts to an $EVIO hilited yellow
To change the COLOR of a word or phrase... Go over to the COLOR button after hilighting the word, phrase or paragraph you want to change from black. The default is RED. IF you want to use BLUE or GREEN for example... When you examine the formatting you will see [color=red] just change red to blue and you are gtg... Use the preview button at the top to test your formatting before publishing. hope this helps
Valentines Day $EVIO Q1 2018 harvest cash flow yo
Or news of the $3,000,000 capital raise that was to close on Dec 29... and what $EVIO might acquire with that cash...$D!GP assets on the cheap anyone?
But a share reduction would send a strong message of protecting shareholder value. Which makes me wonder if I was dropping 3m into a deal as a friendly investor id likely want that reduction to happen as well.... food for thought...
Oh yeah... and then by Valentines Day we will have the $EVIO Q1 2018 fall harvest numbers which might just blow any predictions out of the water - The organic growth of the overall cannabis testing cashflow marketplace notwithstanding - Two big events occurred in the Q that should drive revenues over and above any $EVIO organic cashflow growth.
The approval of the pesticide testing Nov 22 in Oregon means for 5 weeks $EVIO was able to retain in house likely somewhere around 30-35% of net revenue that was previously outsourced. Meaning if they were realizing $100 in revenue previously that $EVIO revenue was INSTANTLY bumped to $130-135 by keeping that pesticide testing inhouse -
An aside to that approval is with it in place EVIO is now the single largest capacity testing facility in the state of Oregon of ANY analytical testing lab for pesticides (food, drink, cannabis - whatever) So if they arent running at full capacity ie. sales team, chemists, admin they could conceivably be cash flowing any of a multitude of agricultural food safety tests. apples grapes honey fish etc.
The second significant event that should see an unnatural bump in revenues for $EVIO Q1 2018 reporting on Valentines Day is that their biggest competitor in Eugene, Oregon (which is a small college town but serves as the hub for most all of the HUNDREDS of cannabis farms/cultivation/processing facilities located in the surrounding Willamette Valley) experienced some serious controversy when allegations were published http://www.oregonlive.com/marijuana/index.ssf/2017/12/eugene_cannabis_lab_owner_plan.html
Pull the other one, it's got bells on.
its also extremely active - one of the top 100 sites on earth for traffic - many interested investors in cannabis opportunities will navigate the rabbit hole of research and inevitably arrive at r/weedstocks - EVIO has def been under reported on reddit - same goes for analytical testing of cannabis as a concept to seriously consider investing in. Perfect platform to drop knowledge bombs of testing labs critical role in the growth and development of the cannabis sector worldwide and especially $EVIO being the one place a retail investor can get a piece of that exponential growth scale. The other thing about reddit is that people subscribe to these subreddits as they generally deliver solid reliable intel on deals as the forums are typically very well moderated.
Point being is that a steady stream of Analytical lab intel and EVIO specific info posted on reddit r/weedstocks will inevitably condition regulars there to take a closer look.
New shareholders are what we need. Everyday in any way - exposure and awareness.
I am advocating awareness - New shareholders are what drives volume and price increases - People are generally unaware of the certified Analytical Lab tests for potency and contaminants required prior to the sale of any cannabis products in numerous states. Fewer people are aware that these tests are provided by professional analytical laboratories staffed by a team of chemists and scientists whose sole business purpose is to ONLY test cannabis products. Even fewer people are aware that there are public companies $EVIO they can invest in to participate in the exponential growth.
First task is to make people aware of cannabis testing as a thing - Second that there are actually labs dedicated solely to testing cannabis across the country - Third that there is an opportunity for you -the investor- to get rich.
Not real certain what you're referring to re. "flippers & day traders" - ID hazard a guess that with the slow and low volume typical of this deal that there are hardly any of those types into evio... Those people need regular strong steady eddie predictable large volume to play that game. we arent even close. In fact flippers and day traders would be awesome. if we were trading 500,000 shares in the first 30 minutes everyday with volumes total of 3-5 million - who cares - make or lose ten points in a few hours - Hell even 500,000 shares a day and bring em all on...
But before we can dream we have to plan. More awareness. LIKE FOLLOW RT $EVIO TWEETS - Tag $EVIO IHUB posts - $EVIO on FB - $EVIO on INSTA
I shunned EVIO for awhile because "pot testing" struck me as peeing in a cup. Once I realized they tested what goes in, not what comes out, so to speak, I took a rather nice position and have made a good chunk of money.
- Reddit comment in r/weedstocks
Lets get an organic IR campaign started chat?! Like Tweets w/ $EVIO Tag IHUB posts EVIO - r/weedstocks on Reddit needs to learn more about what cannabis testing is!!!! Its not peeing in a cup ffs! ITs a state mandated protocol to ensure the safety and efficacy of the nations cannabis supply - Tests of product - flower oil edible concentrate - for potency THC CBD terpenes - in a laboratory - by scientists - wearing white lab coats - Its science, bitch. Every milligram, gram, 1/8, quarter ounce and pound is tested driving revenue to analytical testing companies like
First 30 summary: EVIO 17 trades $14,769 - P0TN 1547 trades $4,500,000 - TRT3 460 trades $1,110,546 - notice a pattern? this is ongoing and a big reason why our price isnt where it might be.

wont share private portfolio deets in a public forum - suffice to say for the length of time ive been on the board - 30 months - and the passion i have about the finer points and sometimes exhibited in a half cocked shoot first style admittedly - ive got a couple-few $EVIO shares - on a stop sell of $10.05 ;)~
Suggestion of the day - Everyone posting should drop a "ticker" on the symbol $EVIO - work to get us on the ticker cloud of ihub and increase exposure to introduce NEW shareholders to the opportunity.
-for everyone who doesnt know what im talking about... its the 3rd button from the bottom of the stack... right over <<<<<<<<<<<< there on the left hand side of the text box when you write a post. every new shareholder is a good chance of being a long like i know all of you taking the time to respond to @GangstaRIB great post are. Which means locking up even more stock in what is still a pretty tight float.
Twitter too- tweet $EVIO FB $EVIO IGRAM $EVIO if anybody still uses FB - probably your parents. or maybe you. if youre the parents now lul - spread the wealth and share the knowledge.
The Q1 2018 results from oct nov dec harvest is already baked in? according to who> you? With all due respect I think your taking yourself and your insights a little too seriously my friend. As ive pointed out numerous times the company communications from this management team are an atrocious embarrassment. An MBA course elective on "How to NEVER operate corporate comms, EVER! EVIO 101"
Point being - the audience for this deal is still miniscule - while trtc potn sigo are trading like 1 million dollars in the first 30 of a market open evio does like $12,000 - Yes there is a long term core crowd on here screaming into an echo chamber but this doesnt get on the hot boards. doesnt really volume. etc.
ergo - there is still a HUGE audience that has no idea about cannabis testing as a play. and specifically EVIO as a deal. Without a competent consistent communications program in palce to speak to retails, institutiuonals, media on a regular daily weekly basis hammering the narrative... we are left with the PR's to generate a 2-3 day window of introduction to new shareholders... When joe portfolio sees the ticker scroll about 400% rev increases or 300% volume jumps he pays attention. The Q1 price is not baked into anything for these people... Their experience is ... Where has this been all my life and why wasnt i here sooner... FOMO - which at its essence is the entire point of a pubcos IR/Comms ambitions... a continual drumbeat generating as much FOMO as humanly possible
the raise could be closed in principle just not signed on the dotted line = no need to file an 8K - why was there such a HUGE volume and price jump on 12-27/28 with no material releases? just 1-2 days before the announced deadline? Why no comment on the price volume bump? OR comment the status of the raise? Interest lacking, oops or omg...Looking at an oversubscription... Anything? Its like the first time the company was dipping into the equity markets after two years of feasting at the convertible debt buffet of ecoli - This is news, this is of great interest to shareholders and the market...right? why the silence?
38900 on the ask is interesting... why the rush? we are anticipating the Q1 to drop in 3 weeks which will? should? blow up the revenue numbers significantly and demonstrate how successful their spoke and hub/ customer service/ turnaround times is working... There is also the matter of the $3,000,000 raise announced in December which had a Dec 29 deadline... read into it what you will... the lack of any OFFICIAL communication from the co on the topic is somewhat annoying but par for the course as we all know that comms is the one glaring big lacking part of this deal.
On the other hand we saw a MASSIVE jump in price on 12/27-28 with no material news released. We can likely conclude - maybe right maybe wrongly - that the raise was successful - something leaked likely from the moneys side and volume leaped up to over 500,000 shares when we hadn't seen a day like that in 3 plus months. Point being... we can i believe expect an announcement soon (2 days to 2 months in WW universe) on the results of the raise. Which if it is as i suspect successful... will result in some pretty quick equipment/ acquisition etc news... So whats the rush on dumping 38900 shares brah?
EVIO Inc 782% increase in cannabis testing revenue. The total revenue came in at $3.021 million, a jump of 438% on a YoY basis. A majority of the development came from higher testing revenue, while consulting services surged by 27%.

Evio Labs, the McDonald's of cannabis testing. It has a practically unrivaled foothold in this growing industry. In the past month, shares of Evio Inc. have jumped 201 (actually 400) percent, and a second lab in Florida is scheduled to open soon in Gainesville. So it's safe to say the business of marijuana is taking root in the Sunshine State.
"We have some of the most advanced technology when it comes to being able to turn around results in a fairly quick amount of time," Martinez says. The $1.3 million in equipment ranges from Shimadzu gas chromatography machines that cost as much as $550,000 to freezers that can drop to temperatures as low as -112 degrees Fahrenheit.

Deal needs a real IR firm to be telling the story to investors in the lulls between PR's Theres no way management thinks that the world comes rushing in everyday all day to trade their paper just because of a few days of volume on a few releases. That would be so ignorant and arrogant all or i could obviously see that the only thing to do is what every other legit pubco on earth does and get an IR firm telling the world about you on the days you dont have press releases.
massive volume doesnt happen in a vaccuum. You need to be introducing the company to a new audience everyday repeating the story over and over and over while focusing and inflating the awesome and avoiding downplaying the negative. TBH people are busy - they dont have time to do their research. People are also lazy, they might read a release and think... maybe... and then they dont and then they never think of it again. People are also fucking morons who have their own dipshit dumbfuck and very wrong ideas about how businesses operate and what their potentials are. People are also just straight fucking stupid. there is the 5-10% of people who do get it and thats you if youve already found EVIO. But thats not enough to get you there in stocks. There are some naive idiots living in dreamworlds who seem to think unicorn farts and candycane castles are available to one and all after a PR or two. But an experienced market professional who has worked dozens of these deals would set you straight in NY minute.
I sure hope they manage to get their act together in the communications department otherwise this deal will never get anywhere close to its potential.
Congress: Seize the moment and legalize marijuana -
REP. EARL BLUMENAUER (D-ORE.),
The new year brought with it the opening of California’s legal marijuana market—now the largest in the nation. Three days later, Vermont lawmakers approved legislation setting the stage to become the next to legalize the adult use of marijuana, and the first to do so through the legislative process.
More and more states are following my home state of Oregon’s lead—recognizing marijuana prohibition has created more problems than it has solved. They are taking a new and smarter approach to legalize and regulate marijuana. Yet, the new year also brought a destabilizing move from Attorney General Jeff Sessions, with his announcement that the Department of Justice is rescinding longstanding policy—the Cole Memo—that allows states to implement responsible marijuana laws without fear of federal interference.
This outrageous decision flies in the face of public opinion. An overwhelming majority of Americans support the legalization of marijuana, and even more want the federal government to stay out of the way of state progress. This isn’t a partisan issue. A majority of Republican voters—for the first time ever—also agree.
Though born of a Democratic administration, the Cole Memo was framed through the lens of states’ rights. Why then, has a Republican administration opted to nullify a policy so directly aligned with one of the GOP’s staunchest principles? Especially when Donald Trump repeatedly affirmed that he would leave marijuana “up to the states” while on the campaign trail.
The Cole Memo enabled the federal government to maintain its ability to manage the harmful collateral effects of substance abuse, while also freeing states to govern and regulate marijuana on their own terms. As a result, 95 percent of Americans now live in a jurisdiction that has legalized some form of cannabis, helping patients suffering with nausea from chemo and veterans with chronic pain, creating hundreds of thousands of jobs, and generating sizable new streams of tax revenue for education and treatment programs.
The Department of Justice would argue that it is Constitutionally-mandated to uphold the laws passed by Congress. Regardless of how destructive or nonsensical, this rash and reckless act makes clear that only Congress can resolve this next.
It is a matter of economic concern. In 2015 alone, national legal marijuana sales provided a $5.7 billion boost to state and local economies, with the numbers growing rapidly. By 2020, states that currently allow medical or adult use are projected to generate over $2.3 billion in state tax revenue. These revenues have helped fund budgetary shortfalls, state-provided education and public safety projects, and public health plans for low-income Americans. In Oregon alone, cannabis has created over 19,000 legal jobs for the hard-working people that call it home—instead of feeding the black market.
This is a fundamental question of public safety. The classification of marijuana as a Schedule I drug results in the arrest of one American every 37 seconds. The punitive enforcement of marijuana laws systematically disadvantages and actively discriminates against low-income people of color, with crippling implications that can follow people for life.
We know that legalization and regulation will better keep drugs out of the hands of our children and strengthen the fiber of our public health system. Nationwide, marijuana usage amongst young people aged 12-17 has plummeted to its lowest rate in over two decades. Prescriptions for antidepressants, anti-anxiety medication, and the opioid-based painkillers at the heart of our current national crisis were all lower in states with access to medical marijuana, with 25 percent fewer opioid overdoses on average.
If the Attorney General’s reckless decision returns us to the decades of fear and failed policy, it would threaten the lives and livelihoods of countless Americans. Congress has the power to fix this. It is past time to stop this cruel folly and allow states to treat marijuana as they see fit, without threat of heavy-handed federal interference.
Blumenauer represents Oregon’s 3rd District and is co-chair of the Congressional Cannabis Caucus.
Last 8 trading days EVIO over 150,000+ share traded per day. Three of the last eight trading days volumes over 500,000 shares traded per day. and gained upwards of 300+% in price today closing around +200% gain since Dec 26
Go back +-90 trading days from Dec 27, 2017 when the renewed interest appeared in EVIO - There were (quick glance at the chart here dont hold me to the exact exact numbers trust that im very very in the ballpark) only like 3 or 4 trading days where they crossed over 100,000 shares traded and probably averaged like 45-60,000 shares traded daily.
IMHO Things have changed fundamentally for this deal.
Everything you thought you knew about how EVIO trades, who trades it, what its ranges are, the level of awareawareness, the market support, the FUNDING - the NASDAQ. Thats all in real time motion. now. tomorrow. next week. next month. this year. everything has changed now California is in play.
and even with the 200,000 share days or the 500,000 share days. the reality is hardly anyone knows about this deal. the transition from pink sheet 2 cent trash to OTCQ 2$ legit k is now 3 months in.
2018 is going to be when the REAL retail market steps in. No more relying on the frat boy penny players buying 500$ of stock trying to make beer money in an afternoon. Now its a 55 year old man working in senior management at GoodYear rubber in Ohio buying $10,000 worth of shares for his portfolio play. Its transitioning as we speak as we speak and the numbers imo are going to amaze. The writing is on the wall if you put on your thinking caps
whole. nutha. level.
Definitely possible as the:
1) financials for the year end will drop shortly
2) we can expect an "executive summary/ conference call" from CEO to follow describing whats happening. Do they now own 20% or 25% or 30% or even more of the total cash flow in Oregon testing?... This will be a big indication of whether the "spoke and hub" model and EVIOs ability to get and retain customers is working. That market efficiency and intel will make their implementation worldwide that much easier with wins under your belt in a sector where nobody else even has pants. *Remember - their largest competitor in Eugene got taken out when it was reveled she was a NAZI/White Supremacist supporter. How the California rollout is progressing. Colorado. Costa Mesa CA developments. Whats happening in Florida and the lab in Boston area
3) - and this imho might be the biggest factor at play that a lot peeps on the board apparently have forgotten..... Dec 29 was the close for the announced $3,000,000 raise to fund the California and other expansion... rumors are swirling that not only weas the raise successfull but possibly massively oversubscribed wish is why they havent made an announcement yet - Major financial backers perhaps - household type brand name financiers making stakes in the sector -
4) Pfizer exec hire for President likely to be the precursor for a name brand notable board member... think ex politician/university chancellor type..
Any one of these could drop this week... likeliest is #3 followed by number 1 with number 2 on the list not likely this week but def have impact once Oregons growth hints are made...?
There is a TON of possible news. The interest, volume and awareness of EVIO as the play to make in cannabis (cause they are actually "testing labs" and dont "touch the leaf") means the pop up to irrationally exuberant price marks is only inevitable - whether its this week, this month or this quarter. imho buy now and hold on for the ride of your life.
Beauregard Sessions: All HAT NO CATTLE
Mr. President:
I request you immediately use your Presidential authority to order your defiant Attorney General to reverse his decision repealing the Department of Justice’s Cole Memo and other related guidance specific to marijuana enforcement. His thoughtless decision undermines you and your rightful position on the legalization of marijuana and is an outrageous attack on states’ constitutional right of self-determination.
His decision will only serve to hurt our country and further damage your credibility as someone who regularly proclaims to care about businesses and people.
As the President of the United States, you can stop the Attorney General from undermining your leadership and hurting your popularity. I urge you to maintain your position that the vast majority of Americans share: supporting states' liberties and allowing businesses to continue to grow.
While the ineffective Attorney General Sessions has often stated his opposition to states' rights and often spoke of his desire to pursue an antiquated drug enforcement policy, when it comes to the legalization of marijuana, you have shown you are in touch with Americans by consistently saying that states should be the final decision-maker. On October 29, 2015 you stated:
Fall Harvest Means Cannabis Testing Laboratories Running at Full Capacity
...the company reported 1.5 million dollars in revenue in their Q1 2017 financials for last year’s harvest season from four analytical laboratories testing cannabis samples in Oregon.
In the past 12 months, the company has added operating $EVIO Labs in Sacramento, California, serving the world famous Humboldt County area, Denver, Colorado, and Southborough, Massachusetts to their portfolio; additionally, the company and has two EVIO Labs currently working through the respective accreditation processes in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Costa Mesa, California.
It is important to note that many financial analysts and investors agree that EVIO Inc. is not really defined as a “pure cannabis play” by definition, in the parlance of investment bankers and attorneys, since they “don’t touch the leaf.”
They can easily be identified as an analytical lab testing company that specializes in cannabis – which means that we might well be looking at the very first company testing cannabis trading on the NASDAQ or NYSE sooner than you can imagine.
$EVIO CEO Will Waldrop has indicated in their recent press conversation that funding opportunities are opening up with partners who have an aligned vision of the company’s future in launching new testing laboratories in what will be the single largest retail cannabis market on earth in California in 2018, as well as bio-tech IP opportunities contained in the mountain of data and science that over 50,000 tests performed by the company in the past two years have delivered.
The annual fall cannabis harvest is underway and the company’s financials should reflect that green rush in January 2018, which means it might be a good time for a savvy investor to take a closer look at EVIO and its potential for profit in your portfolio.

the rules for money makers and retail are two entirely different subjects. it is the job of the market maker to "make a market" - and is what they do sometimes really sketchy looking and at times as shady as slim - hell yeah
But it is definitely not the job of retail investors to "make a market" with their other retail stock holding chums - the legal definition is conspiracy to commit fraud
messaging the narrative - everyday
acting as an individual utilizing no material knowledge you are free to do whatever you want
acting in concert or collusion with other parties to manipulate prices - the example i commented on -
"i will sell to you for $1.10 and you sell to me for 1.12 and he sells to you for $1.16" thats clearly manipulation
regarding your comparison to the store analogy. the simple answer is the SEC - there are rules there that to a civilian make no sense - but are there because they have been dealing with "creative" people for decades and have rules in place to ensure a transparent trustworthy marketplace.
As to materialknowledge - just watch how much jail time the equifax principals get - im taking the over on 35 months federal time
its no theory - And you havent stumbled upon a new idea - the SEC calls it stock manipulation or maybe you know it by the more popular term. Fraud
Manipulation is intentional conduct designed to deceive investors by controlling or artificially affecting the market for a security. Manipulation can involve a number of techniques to affect the supply of, or demand for, a stock.
They include: spreading false or misleading information about a company; improperly limiting the number of publicly-available shares; or rigging quotes, prices or trades to create a false or deceptive picture of the demand for a security. Those who engage in manipulation are subject to various civil and criminal sanctions.
its apples and hand grenades compairson. thee various series of preferred in the last iteration of structure were assigned to the deal from its first inception in 1977 - as a pink sheet deal with close to 500 million fully diluted when SGBY team took it over to use as a vehicle for this deal. In that inflated structure preferred were a very necessary defense against losing control.
It should also be noted that preferred were used as currency for some lab takeovers in the past 18 months but that was to take advantage of the fact that those shares were restricted and didnt dilute the float - Reminding that to date management has had ONE Form 4 sell deal of the CEO for around $120,000 after tax maybe proceeds of 90k of which 60 the CEO invested in the deal.
SO now there are 10 million preferred held in the authorized share pile. They arent issued. There is no reason to define what their status is or what their use is because I imagine they are there as a last line of defense in the event of a worst case scenario. that .001% probability.
You seem to be confusing the previous structure and the holding of preferreds by company officers of multiple voting and redemption status with todasy structure where the preferreds are only authorized and havent been issued to anyone?
They are in theory "there" but anything you are throwing out there is projection or unfounded speculation of an irresponsible nature. Now if the preferreds were issued to insiders with multiple voting rights rather than the benign "authorization" of today - then you might have a valid point.
As to comparing TRTC and EVIO - Again apples and sea anenomes comparison. The track record of the management team of TRTC and their Form 4's have demonstrated a proven behavior of liquidation of paper by every level of insider from the CEO to minor adminisrative employees. At no point has the behavior of EVIO and trtc towards paper and its selling ever resembled each other.
Alex Jones and his chorus of gay frogs would love the dream state level of accusations and paranoia you are flinging around. How is it you conflagarated a number of shares allotted to preferred status and turned those into an imaginary paranoid delusion of 5 billion shares in the float? Can you walk me through again the logic used to arrive at such a ridiculous and inflammatory number?
In the last iteration of share structure the senior management utilized the status of their preferred shares to protect the overall integrity and structure of the deal to protect shareholder value.
Now they are set up like any other NASDAQ type deal. 66% held by insiders 33% in the float - 21.5m in the fully diluted. Why would a management team in who has spent a fortune on attorneys and listing fees to set up this current structure - why in your paranoid fantasy Alex Jones level imagination would the company go and self destruct everything they've worked for and issue the 5 billion shares as presented in your fantasy rant?
Are you imagining that the CEO has it out for you personally? Do you have an agenda? Are you just so blind to the other 50 positives of the deal. Traditional structure in place. Rapid expansion from 1 tiny Oregon lab to 8 labs nationally in 18 months. Plant Science and research = Bio Tech and 10x share pop opps. All of this and then some and you re driven to rant raging about the most unlikely .0001% probability event like your preaching a venomous sermon from a mount.
Bizarre
What is the old line...if brains were gunpowder you couldnt blow your brains out.
$EVIO is leveraging its treasure chest of knowledge
The rush to blame the "market makers" and the "shorts" for a lagging stock price is the refuge of scoundrels getting paid to astroturf a crap deal and the uninformed flailing for any reason to not blame management-
you have no idea what you are talking about - no offense. - 500 million market cap - what ive learned is that investors in pot stocks are too often consumers of cannabis - the budget should be a minimum of 20,000 and it should be 50,000 a month.
This isnt a private company benefiting a tiny number of shareholders. It might appear to be run like one to a lot of people. Lack of information. Lack of transparency. Lack of communication.
It is the fiduciary duty of the officers to protect the interests of and work to increase shareholder value. And that does not happen in a vacuum. As you seem to assume - With the misplaced idea that 20,000 a month could somehow, what, open a new lab?
and that Press release announcement of one more new lab is going to be the tipping point in opening the eyes of thousands of new shareholders rushing into buy the stock - like the pollyannas have been wishing for all along.
Look at today - there are 5 posts on this board 70 minutes after market open. A couple of them are status quo responses to my previous posts. But thats what, 3 organic posts on a "thriving, bustling, active" deal? There is no traction on this. There is no action. Untilthere is a constant, steady, consistent, reliable drumbeat of news and information and updates and professionally craftred and delivered communications actively courting new shareholders on a daily basis for at least 12 months this deal is stuck - keep putting out PR's announcing another license or acquisition. As weve seen in the past 12 months - the market doesnt care. WHy will anything change in the future.
