I don't understand this page on Bevnet.com.
It says DLR is "Out of Business"!
Who Owns DLR?
http://www.bevnet.com/companies/listing/DLR_Associates_INC
How about holding back on spreadin' the word until some of us can free-up some gold? Like, maybe 1/2 hour....
Who really knows about the HOSS and whether it will ever make money? Just look at the competition from all over the world, and also what garbage scooters hace come out of China. They are Japan 60 years ago when it comes to serious mechanical stuff.
The issue is the EPA and Hy-whatever.. here is part of an August '12 email from H. Southern, which has been posted here before in full context but then removed.
"....Now then, that having been said, if you truly believe in doing due diligence, perhaps you can ferret out why it is that the EPA apparently is not actively testing hydrogen while the US Dept of Transportation boasts of many successful applications for the enhancement of diesel engines by the use of hydrogen? The two are diametrically opposite on the same points. If you truly investigate hydrogen you will learn that the EPA is presently using test procedures which do not include hydrogen as a variable. If you do indeed talk to the EPA gurus you will also learn that they are not totally opposed to the use, they are just waiting for someone to come along and show WHY it works. They require that you show the science behind any change to their testing procedures. Bob, that takes R&D money, not just that it does. As we are a small company, we must dedicate our R&D dollars where they will do the most good. At the moment that is in further development of a product that can and does save money. "
Even if there were any testing from an outside party, the EPA does not care, and they actually end up taking their cues from the states, like CA, which actually has OKed several HHO units this year. But they come short of recommending them and make no comments on performance improvement. Do the DD and you will see.
HLNT....Solyndra without subsidies.
Since JF has publically stated that GTGP share holders would inherit whatever equity is left over from the MSE purchase, does revocation make any difference? We're in the same position, as is Jim, percentage -wise. Is his statement legally binding?
Also, the lack of the PR on the GTGP website only indicates that anything of import will be announced on the new company website at mse. A good omen, I would say.
Do you know that the Trademark for Hy-Drive has existed since 2001, and in the same business catagory as the Hy-Impact applications. I sense a challenge by the Hy-drive owner would be successful. I hope the "patent" that the NDAs keep mentioning doesn't conflict as well. If Hy-Impact was for boxing gloves there wouldn't be a problem. JMHO
In the recent past Jim has sold some licenses to use the MSE technology. Do we know the details of these sales? Was there any cash or stock involved?
In order for a 3rd party to invest, they would demand to know what % they are buying. Is this not published anywhere. It seems that creating a new entity just to cut out the original investors of any or all of their ownership would certainly be unethical or illegal, especially if done "after the fact". If an investor wouldn't invest in a pink sheet company, why would they invest in a subsidiary unless the numbers were defined.
Can someone please tell me what this says? Is there a typo here?
If Global was to receive all the shares remaining from the placement, it would be deemed to be and insider or full control and therefore the shares would become restricted. Therefore, this was a way for Global and its shareholders to participate directly in the selling shareholder registration. It should be noted that in either event, the percentage that Global would own directly as a company will still be classified as an insider and may still be classified as control predicated on its equity percentage as well as James Fallacaro, President.
So I've heard. Does that make us "partners" instead of shareholders?
No replies!! I guess everyone is too shocked to comment. II think I saw this product on Ebay a few years ago. What? no EPA approval, probably because the EPA doesn't care about this technology because it "does no harm." My 1 post for today.
But is there enough here to sustain the PPS? Where will the new money come from? Is there a contract of any kind that will start generating revenues?
Speaking about % ownership, do the posters here own more than 50% of GTGP? If so, do we have any say in the future regardless of what happens?
The way I look at it, if the volume isn't above what I and many others hold individually, a move up or down doesn't mean squat.
That's why being able to look at the bid and ask volumes is so valuable, and badly missed. Better to just hold/accumulate at this point, if you have any ammo left...
Idon't understand your quote "I am a shareholder of both". Can you explain please?
I agree, the KU is great tasting, but the ZERO has a dissappointing flavor and aftertaste, IMO.
I didn't ask because I didn't think to...however, I don't think this individual was in a position to know. You have the numbers....look for a title/name that looks knowledgeable and report back. Apparently they are open now.
I just spoke to a spokesman at MSE (who did not want his name used since he plans on staying on with the new company) and he said the use of Jim's name was a "generalization" and the Global was the owner with Jim as CEO. Happy days.
Has trading been halted. We're stuck at 64K shares
According to H. Southern, there is no EPA work being done for the HHO products as being "too expensive for a small company". DOT is a different matter however. Here is a place to start to do some DD.
http://northeastdiesel.org/construction.html
The best way to succeed with this product is to start reporting verifiable results from credible customers, not the casual comments from isolated "success story" commentators with an agenda. Just once I would like to see even a hint of positive testing from even a medium-sized corporation that has a fleet od 18 wheelers.
Statements like this bother me....
“The management of MSE and Merdi have been working with us both professionally and amicably regarding the expeditious way in which the required due diligence has been forwarded to us and have been a tremendous help in this upcoming transition with us. I intend and will keep all my commitments to keep MSE in Butte, to expand the entire workforce in Butte and also move all operations of both Global Technologies Group and Global Technology Holdings, our private company which is making the acquisition to Butte. At this point in time, I see no reason to believe this acquisition will not close between Global Technology Holdings, Inc. and MSE Inc.”, stated James Fallacaro President of both Global Technology Holdings, Inc. and Global Technologies Group, Inc.
.
Just who is making the acquisition? ...and are we involved?
I called the WM District Mgr. this morn and asked about the future of Koma. The Asst, Mgr. said that it was selling well and that there was NO thought of taking it out of the system. That can only mean gradual expansion countrywide. I'm trying to get a deal for SOCAL, with the target being Costco. loaded up with 200K more today at 735 avg. I also talked to the product buyer at CEFCO a few days ago, and he not only likes the product, but had nice things to say about BW. I'll sleep well tonight.
Most of the WM stores we checked on were SuperCenter, where over-allotments may have been made. The smaller stores will tell the true story of sales numbers and overall acceptance. That is where I got some negative vibes. I wish some others would post their results. Here is a listing of all the stores

If a few of us called one or two and reported back including the store nuber to avoid duplication, we would all get a feel (unlike the non-Ihub people) how well BBDA is doing, and act accordingly.
AS I have posted earlier, with verification from HTI execs, there is not currently any testing by anyone or any company for purposes of EPA approval/verification. EPA "approval" is not needed to market any such product. It must pass as a viable product only by the end user. Other Casa wouldn't have a business. Anyone who mentions the EPA on this board in an attempt to influence newbies or even longs, is doing a mis-service. Let's not confuse EPA-required HOSS testing (shouldn't we be hearing something soon) with anything HHO related.
I don't understand why a contract would not be let until after the acquisition. Doesn't MERDI want to make money? It's there technology now. I wouldn't give it away if there is money to be made. Help me understand, please.
I got this from the EPA...my question was sent in July...click on the reference URL first then read the second emeil..
Bob,
This reference was just brought to my attention. It is the official EPA - OTAQ consumer information document for add-on devices such as hydrogen generator systems.
http://www.epa.gov/otaq/consumer/420f11036.pdf
I hope this is helpful, albeit a bit delayed in getting to you.

Second email...much is irrelevant until the end...
Hi Bob,
Diesel oxidation catalysts (DOCs) are exhaust after-treatment devices that reduce emission from diesel engines. Typically packaged with the engine muffler, DOCs are widely used as a retrofit technology because they require little or no maintenance. Engine manufacturers have used DOCs in a variety of applications for many years.
DOCs consist of a flow-through honeycomb structure that is coated with a precious metal catalyst and surrounded by a stainless steel housing. As hot diesel exhaust flows through the honeycomb (or substrate), the precious metal coating causes a catalytic reaction that breaks down the pollutants. These devices may be formulated to operate with fuel sulfur levels of 500 ppm or less, but they are most effective when fuel sulfur is 15 ppm or less. DOCs can be coupled with closed crankcase ventilation, selective catalytic reduction or lean NOx catalyst technologies for additional emission reductions. Here is a fact sheet with some additional information: http://www.epa.gov/cleandiesel/documents/420f10031.pdf
Diesel particulate filters (DPFs) are exhaust after-treatment devices that significantly reduce emissions from diesel-fueled vehicles and equipment. DPFs typically use a porous ceramic or cordierite substrate or metallic filter to physically trap particulate matter (PM) and remove it from the exhaust stream. DPFs can be installed on existing vehicles and must be used in conjunction with ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) which has a sulfur content of less than 15 ppm. DPFs may require special mounting or brackets as they are typically heavier than a conventional muffler or DOC. In addition, an electronic back pressure monitoring and driver notification system must be used with a DPF. DPFs use either passive or active regeneration systems to oxidize the PM accumulated in the DPF. Passive filters require operating temperatures high enough to initiate combustion of collected soot. Active regeneration uses other heat sources, such as fuel burning or electric heaters, to raise a DPF temperature sufficiently to combust accumulated PM. In addition, filters require periodic maintenance to clean out non-combustible materials, such as ash. Here is a fact sheet with some additional information: http://www.epa.gov/cleandiesel/documents/420f10029.pdf
As for the testing of HHO gas as a catalyst for engine efficiency, I do not have any knowledge of such testing. I would recommend contacting the clean diesel help line with your question. 1-877-NCDC-FACTS (1-877-623-2322) or send an email to cleandiesel@epa.gov.
I hope this information is what you were looking for.
Thanks!
Jenna

I have contacted the C;lean diesel people in the past...they have no info and no interest. They only look at what companies have sent them as evidence of new technology.
I know you guys have missed me... hello again
What is the source of your information, please?
That's strange, cause I spoke to him this morning (Jim Black) and he was pretty straight forward, saying that there was no demand and that it was not on the VPI list (Valuable Product Item, I think).
I also spoke to store 4440. Most has been returned. I still have a call in to the Regional mgr. He should be the last word. But if they wanted a true test, why not a local commercial as planned.
I honestly feel sorry for your loss, but it (BBDA) also cost me the equivalent of 7 months of SS checks, so join the crowd.
My advice...wait for the bottom and average down. But I still see a long term disaster.
If the companies sales are good, that gives BW more flexibility to buy back, and take it private, which he admits is the end game. In the meantime, don't expect any positive PRs, unless of coures, he needs some quick cash.
If sales are bad, we lose as well.
I don't see a way out that makes money at this point. The die is cast.
Yea, I hope she keeps pumping these fantasies, I still have another 1.2M to get rid of. If you don't believe me do your own DD...call a store and report back. Right!
I also contacted another main BBDA customer (chain). But why should I post those remarks to this (hostile) crowd.
By the way, emails don't work. They are too busy filling out RAs!
Gee, a lawsuit for something on Ihub. Can we sue Bebida for posting a faulty email afddress??
Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

Call yourself...pick a number!
Here's a better listing of ALL the locations. Feel free to call any...
http://www.mystore411.com/store/list_state/3/South%20Carolina/Walmart-store-locations
Just ask for the grocery mgr...the operators do know anything. GLTA
Another one is #625...just sent back over 100 cases. It may be too late for a commercial. GLTA
I did not keep track of the specific stores, but I called another one today #1183 and the mgr. said that they had already returned their allotment. "No interest!"
The link below is the contact info for all the stores in SC. I figured that even if BW wanted to depress the pps, the sales volume would speak strongly for the brand, so I called 10 of the stores at random. All but one said they were not selling well and 3 were returning their supply. Very disappointing and I have been a long time long. I am taking BW at his word (privitization) so have dumped almost all shares. No PRs, no enthusiasm, no sales as expected, high float. I may get back in under .005...

Pursuant to the Joint Venture agreement in the formation of AHS, HTI acquired the remaining ownership of HOSS Motorsports, Inc. In a review and analysis of necessary organizational needs, it was determined, subsequently, that the now fully owned subsidiary was no longer necessary. As such, HTI has allowed the
Registration of the Subsidiary to become dormant, which has led to it being revoked. As a part of record keeping, HTI will be filing for dissolution of the entity as time and efforts permit.
Does this mean you guys are going to cancel your orders for the HOSS? What is the EPA status?
And if the trigger was pulled by the CEO homself for some reason (maybe just to get away from it all) would that information be available under the FOI Act?
Is the interview over or did he say something good?
nada
connection problem?
