Pursuant to the Joint Venture agreement in the formation of AHS, HTI acquired the remaining ownership of HOSS Motorsports, Inc. In a review and analysis of necessary organizational needs, it was determined, subsequently, that the now fully owned subsidiary was no longer necessary. As such, HTI has allowed the
Registration of the Subsidiary to become dormant, which has led to it being revoked. As a part of record keeping, HTI will be filing for dissolution of the entity as time and efforts permit.

Does this mean you guys are going to cancel your orders for the HOSS? What is the EPA status?
