Everyone should be accountable for there own decisions. Whoever buys a stock without proper DD and now upset that the PPS is down blames others for it like the MMs, the paid bashers, and the shorters.
Many like me play the pennies knowing the high risk and or high rewards take a chance and if it goes up and sell and make money all is well, but if the PPS goes down and start to realize a loss and hold the bag you get upset and start pointing fingers.
I have helped out around here with verifiable DD for months and I'm sure many that will never post to this thread have used it to make a decision, and may never hear from them.
Most penny stocks are pumped up to get you to buy while many are selling off when you are buying in.
Many think that I’m a paid basher, which is not true. And I care less what they say and I will continue to post. I got interest in following TNOG because I live close to Kosciusko and have visited 3 times. I also worked in the oilfields in the early 70s so I know just enough to keep me out of trouble.
I have been threatened with the SEC, FBI, and now with an ax, LOL
The talk of other exchanges, adding other leases, JVs, New pipeline, etc just don’t cut it.
It all boils down to production.
The only way the PPS is going to go up is with verifiable oil and or gas production numbers that are sustainable.
So, point the finger in the right direction, and be accountable for your own decisions.
Good Day
Do what you have to do. and good luck to ya!
nuttin like cuttin corners, now lets get back to reality! This is a pinkie and non reporting to the SEC... good luck to you while they blow your ballons.
Verifiable Prs are the name of the game!
Yes or No?

Everything is dependent on if K1 can "sustain" verifiable production.

The new Midway pipeline is refered in previous Pr.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050815/155323.html?.v=1
8/21/05 Norm and I looking for any "NEW" pipeline in the area and went north up Hiway 123 from Pruski's on the east, Hiway 541 to the south, Hiway 1347 to the west, and county road 225 to the north. We could not locate any evidence of a newly built pipeline.
We looked for new trenches in the fields in every direction and for any new under road crossings. (All pipelines that cross a road have to be marked in plain view with warning signs). The only pipeline we saw in the area was 1 ½ miles north of Pruski’s on Hiway 123. I took a picture of the pipeline markings and it was an OLD pipeline crossing for Texas Gas Service, not Midway.

Space heater, instead of wining about someone stating there opinion around here because you have no control like you do on the Yahoo board, go ahead and give us the location of where the NEW Midway pipeline crosses any road within its 4.5 mil journey from Kosciusko to wherever so I can verify its location. The pipelines have to be marked with the name of the owner and emergency phone # at each road crossings, fence lines, and ditches.
Im in the area and just trying to help.
My 3 visits to the TNOG wells:
------------------
My 7/21/05 visit to Kosciusko
I talked to one of the people that are in the 160-acre pool for the Kosciusko #1 well (4 @37 acre each) for over 2 hours. He told me that Maupin was the one that drilled the well over 10 years ago. At that time his company name was Black Gold. Then the name changed to
Clipper Operating and now he operates under Titan.
He said the lease ran out in Jan this year and has not been renewed with him. He said that he has to sign a Division order before they can sell any oil, has not seen one yet.
He said that the workover rig just left the site Wednesday. He said that he sees Maupin about twice a week when the rig is on site. Mr. Maupin told him that they were going to run an electrical line to the well for a pump.
He said that this well has a history of producing a lot of water and it had to be trucked out by several trucks per day because of no pipeline to the well, this is why they had to set up the two tanks and the separator. Also stated that the reason he thinks it is valved out is because it has lost pressure, and that is the reason for the need for electricity. Un known why the two sets of Tubing are lying next to the well
He said that during the life of this well he has received about $3000 in royalties
He told me that many wells were drilled many years ago around town (you could see them in every direction)and that only 5-6 wells remain.
I only went up to Stanley Lease gate, which is across the street from the Kosciusko well as you can see in the pictures it was locked. The man gave me the name of the landowner and where to find him. Just up the road at a business. I ran out of time and had to head home. He gave me his address and phone number and told me to come back or call any time.
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/view_album.php?set_albumName=album02
He also pronounced Kosciusko KA CHUS KO
----------------------------
My 8/21/05 Visit
Norm and I met at Pruski’s in Kosciusko 8/26/05 at 11:30 AM. We sat in my truck and talked to each other about ourselves and about our past history in the oil field. I then took him around and showed him the Stanley well, which has a pump jack that was a pumping! (We counted 10-5 ft.strokes per minute. We then went looking for any "NEW" pipeline in the area and went north up Hiway 123 from Pruski's on the east, Hiway 541 to the south, Hiway 1347 to the west, and county road 225 to the north. We could not locate any evidence of a newly built pipeline.

These pictures are of HIGH resolution and if you have a good picture viewer you can see very good detail by double clicking on each picture.
We then went to see one of the four Kosciusko lease owners which is near the K1 well, the guy was spraying weeds on his fence lines around his property at noon and it was hot as heck, he was ready for a break on his back porch under the shade of his huge Hackberry trees. I introduced Norm and then I ask if he was a millionaire yet…we laughed.
I ask him as to what has changed sense my last visit with him 7/21/05 and he told us that nothing other than the Kosciusko well has an extra storage tank now. And that he has seen two trucks and his son saw one leave with some oil he is guessing 180 barrels of oil! No other activity around the well other than that.
He said the rig left the site 7/20/05 when they pulled the tubing and set it to the side and has concern why they would hook up the lines above ground from the tree when there is no tubing in the well?
Per the leaseholder Maupin and a couple of Hispanics dropped of some plastic pipe a week ago, Norm and I went over and looked at it and I took pictures of the plastic pipe.
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/view_photo.php?set_albumName=album01&id=P8271375
That is as what we assume is the 3200" of pipeline from the Kosciusko to the Stanley lease in the last Pr that is about to be buried.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050815/155323.html?.v=1
S heater was right about the locked gate he mentioned this morning. Me and Norms comments to each other was why would the have anything to hide from any one that wants to see what they have? I told Norm that the only reason they now have the locked gate is because of my 7/21/05 visit when I took the pictures. They never expected any one to do what I did.
Also, per the leaseholder Maupin told him that the rig was to be on site Friday a week ago not yesterday per the PR and S_heater. We informed him that he should expect it Tuesday the 30th.
The leaseholder said again that his lease expired in Dec 2004 and Maupin has not re-renewed it use to be for $25 per acre. 37acres X 25= $925. (Verify this with Maupin s_heater)
He did receive a letter from Shell trading about the oil that was just sold and he must return some paper work to receive a check for the oil sold, and he expected the check by now. He said that the oil must be sold by the 20th of each month to receive a check after that date
The leaseholder said that the K1 well produced the oil while the rig was on site up 7/20/05, then they pulled the tubing.
This is the " BURP " I mentioned before.
He said that the area around Kosciusko had many wells years ago; you could see them in every direction then. Now all they have is a few wells in the area. The reason is because of all the water they produced in the past. They have been cemented and abandoned years ago.
I ask Norm if he counted the wells on his trip down. He said that he started looking when he entered Wilson County on Hiway 123 from the north, he said he never seen any oil or gas wells.
In other words this area is not the greatest an oil-producing region of our State of Texas.
WE had fun going around together and talking and just looking for any wells in the area, but our main goal was finding the MIDWAY PIPE LINE crossing a road. We never saw it.
I’m sure it is in the area of the wells; If someone could please find out where we can go to prove the pipeline exist please let me know where to find it. Just give a cross street of the above!
WE did see the pipe that they are to use for the 3200 ft Kosciusko well per this press release: it needs to be bored under Hiway 1347 to reach the Stanley well tank battery
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050815/155323.html?.v=1
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/view_photo.php?set_albumName=album01&id=P8271375
And it is 2 " Plastic not steel!
Pumpers please respond that you would like me to take you on a visit here to Kosciusko soon to visit the TNOG wells!

My visit to Kosciusko 9/24/05
I drove thru Kosciusko today around 10:30 AM on my way back home after our mandatory evacuation Thursday because of Hurricane Rita.
I drove by the K1 well and an orange colored work over rig is setting on site and the derrick is up, but only at half-mast. No one was at the site, the gate was closed.
The Black plastic pipe from the K1 has not been installed yet! It has to cross under FM1347 to reach the Stanley Well and it has not been done yet!
The lease owner next door to the K1 well was not home!
The Stanley well pump jack was pumping, it was not shut down!
The area is in a drought and it is very dry right now, the oiljaxtx is full of it he reported a few post a go that a lot of rain. Do not believe this guy he is a PUMPER.

Rained like a mother here and of course high winds. Thank god we aren’t west of Houston))))
Correction oiljacktx we are west of Houston.

lowtrade., Maupin the idependent has had control over the K1 well sinse it was first drilled years ago. First as Black Gold, then Clipper, then Nutek and now Titan. It was Pete Maupin that capped the well in the past not any big Oil giants.
BTW he sold the well to Titan (kent J) for $28,000
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/view_photo.php?set_albumName=album04&id=Titan6
What are the odds of the K1 well having a better second BURP?. They are in Wilson County of Texas which has only 1 producing gas well per the TRRC. This is a gamble hope you win:

180 barrels per truck load. 1 barrel = 42 gallons so a truckload will be 7,560 gallons
Gun barrels are found predominantly in older or marginal fields. A gun barrel is also called a wash tank.
lowtrade
"Total" reported production by Titan to the Texas Railroad Commission is below:
Only 432 barrels of Oil & 94 MCF of gas
If they get at least 55 $ per barrel because of the sour crude and 8 $ per MCF for the Sour Gas:
$55 X 432= $23,760
$8 X 94= $ 752
That would be a verifiable income of $24,512

BREMO This is Texas! People are friendly around here. I know most of you folks do not understand this.
Maupin talks to the lease owner when he is down...
And YES the roughnecks will talk to the locals
BTW roustabouts are the ones that sevice the lease piping, tanks, etc. they do not work on the well itself!
I keepem Honest!
I'm sure the are going to test the well before posting any production numbers. Remember the time when they posted 50 BBL per day with the K1 with "high pressure" and it ended up as a BURP, and was shut down for month's waiting on a rig to go to the next zone 300 ft lower.
They know now that they have to report actual numbers with the TRRC and they also know that I will visit the well which is only 65 mile from here and talk to the locals and one of the lease owners that I have contact with the town folks and best of all take pictures.
So they know that, so they have to have the ducks in a row before they release anything, which is the way it should be.

When your ready to answer a few of my questions to confirm you have been there let me know!
I have been there 2 times; the second was with Norm,
About me:
I live here in South Texas and worked in the Oil field in the early 70s. I have posted my opinion of TNOG for many months. I have visited Kosciusko twice. The first time on my own and took many pictures of the K1 well:
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/albums.php
And have talked to a lease owner on the K1 well and reported what I seen and heard here:
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=TNOG&read=77299
The second visit to Kosciusko was with a person that has oilfield experience here in Texas:
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=TNOG&read=78369&submit=Go
I have been accused of working for the MMs, shorts, and some gang.
I have posted this many times before that if the SEC wants to get in contact with me they can at:
crowtf@hotmail.com
Still waiting!
100 BPD--Yea right!
Look at previous MONTHLY production numbers to get a clue of whats coming. These wells were previously in production and were cemented and abandoned. Now they are just drilling thru the cement plugs to reach previously tapped zones, go figure:

Expect another "BURP" soon..
You need the light.
I'm for real, If you would like to visit the Titan wells give me 2 day notice for a tour.. Norm came down last Saturday for a few hour visit and He saw the light, you can too!
you are very funny to read LOL
Your to funny deomonte21
You need to understand what you talk about before you post and make a fool of yourself.
The pipeline in this picture is a production line that is going from the well to the tank batterys you see in the background which will carry oil/water/gas. This is not the Midway gas line you are trying to make reference to.
http://www.novakcapital.com/titanpics/06.jpg
If you need help understanding what you see just ask I will help
First I was talking about the K1 unit you make refernce to the stanley unit gate. It has always been locked.
Here is the the pic of the new locked pipe gate to the K1 unit:

If it did state how many barrels of oil was sold he would have said so, and not be guessing how many loads left the site..duh
what else ya got ROFLMAO
The Midway pipeline was to be buried here recently per Titan news releases .. If so it would show signs of fresh dug and back filled earth. We could seen no sign of any digging from the 4 surrounding roads within 3 miles in all directions, The only pipeline crossing we found was 1.5 miles north on Hiway 123 for Texas Gas Service

Also, per the leaseholder Maupin told him that the rig was to be on site Friday a week ago not yesterday per the PR or S_heater. We informed him that he should expect it Tuesday the 31st.
In other words this area is not an oil-producing region of our State of Texas.
WE had fun going around together and talking and just looking for any wells in the area, but our main goal was finding the MIDWAY PIPE LINE. We never saw it.
I’m sure it is in the area of the wells; If someone could please find out where we can go to prove the pipeline exist please let me know where to find it. Just give a cross street of the above!
WE did see the pipe that they are to use for the 3200 ft Kosciusko well per this press release:
