If QTN partnered with Sirius' Gay & Lesbian channel, it would do wonders. If QTN aired one of Sirius' programs as a TV show or if Sirius broadcasted one of QTN's shows on the radio, it would greatly help QTN. It may take something like this for QTN to move forward, get a national carrier. QTN needs a well established name associated with it.

at Staff@EquityRelations.com. However, that was before new management. I've also called DishNetwork and DirectTV and requested QTN. If more did the same, surely it wouldn't hurt.

I appreciate your honest opinion, which is more than likely correct, sadly. However, on the west end of this property it does have a developed spring, which is leased out. Sadly, the a good opprotunity just passed by b/c the company who has the lease would not sell it. But, none of this really has anything to do with the rest of the property, which we've discussed. I just wish I could do something with it that would result in a monthly income.

Thank you for your reply. I know all of it can be lease around 3 to 4 grand a year for farm land/cows. I'm wondering, though, if something can be done with it for more of a monthly income.

The land is located in Arkansas. I can't say there is anything really special about it, other than it is an unpopulated area, in the country, and on the back side, below the hill is a small pond, and beyond that is a small river then hills of the national forest. The nearest biggest town/city would be Hot Springs, which is an hour away.

Although, I do not know how ideal the location is for people to rent easily, commonly. The property is rather in the country, out of town. The nearest towns are small. If it would be easily rentable, the initial cost would be outrageous, but, if wealthy, out of state people are prone enough to rent, maybe it could have a pool and such. I would like it, if even possible, if a land developer and/or investor would lease the land and basically do the rest. However, that may not be cost effective for him or her. Somewhere in the future, I may set most of the fields out in pine trees for a future investment. If the area was deemed easily rentable, I just don't know if the monthly income would exceed the loan payment or have much of a difference. Any suggestions or ideas?

I don't know who Cary Harrison is, honestly. I've never listend to Sirius, other on Dish Network. However, I hope it is a promising connection. It would be a beautiful thing if siri helped Q out.
It would be wonderful if SIRI and QBID teamed up for a project, as I've said before. If QBID becomes more prominent, successful, a project with SIRI would skyrocket QBID. I think their teaming up could consist of QTN airing one of SIRI's gay radio programs as a t.v. show. Just the name "SIRI" associated with QBID would help immensely. However, I don't think siri would do anything with QTN unless they had a decent to big viewer base. But, if siri was ballsy enough to do it, it may help QTN get that big viewer base.

QTN needs to do a project with a well known company. I know I've said this before, but if QTN were to broadcast one of SIRI's gay radio programs as a show, it would prompt huge exposure. Only if SIRI would have the balls do something of the sort. SIRI may not have much to gain, but QTN sure the hell would.
Will QTN inevitably have a reverse split? Are the odds high for this?

Well, we really do not know what will happen with QTV. It may continue as it is and eventually dwindle to nothing. Or, it may team up with other companies or make money and publicity in ways we've never imagined. I still greatly like the idea for Siri and QTV to team up. As I've said before, QTV could air one of siri's gay radio programs as a tv show. This would mutually benifit the two companies. Just think what would happen with QTV if it had PR's with Siri, but I doubt siri will have anything to do with QTV since it is on such a small scale.
How many hrs of programming does QTV currently have?
I don't know if it is so much what they know about qbid as it is of what they know about hereTV and LOGO. Don't those to simply have more money behind them, big backers ...
