I wouldn’t touch this stock right now.
Would be like stabbing in the dark.
I’d Wait til the lights get turned on.
Maybe some folks want it to take a beating?!
Think about it? Who would prosper from a low pps?
Wow, JNSH was much better off in Fins at the end of May 2017 than the March 29 Fins just released.
Bottom line, they had 5x as much cash on hand (a whopping 50k to now 10k).
Something curious, taxes for 2017 where considerably lower than 2016.
Also, what's up with that -89k figure for professional fees?
The main reason for most of the nonesense:
Really? What is that person or persons name?
According to the Fins, they do not have a 3rd party
Cause Brian did it on his little kitchen table.
You'd think what with ALL that money they make, he'd do the right thing and hire an accountant and also get them audited.
But, don't worry, it's ok. All will be fine.
But of course, and it's mostly about Farkas getting paid.
Oh wait, I thought they didn't have any money to pay jns?
So blatantly obvious ccgi/blink are crooked.
The demand is HUGE!
I feel for you man, I do. I was there 3 years ago.
No contesting your post.
Appreciate the effort and time spent. Well put together and outlined.
However, what if the analysis was done for each 3 quarters of 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014 and 2013 and then yearly?
And then compared to what the actual PPS was at the times?
I'm betting (well not really because I was here, paying attention and invested), that the PPS never came close to the calculation for each of the above at the time or in the future.
My point being, this stock has hardly ever changed PPS (or trades for that matter) accept for the company diluting to illegibly "pay for legal fees".
I would wager a guess that the PPS won't see .05 ever unless NET earnings were over 2 million and debt was less than 15%.
Just saying...
Expecting five times the profit now just from the electric power business?
No EV.
No millions in settlement money?
Odd. GL.
still good. i envy that.
Why stil in? 300% gain is REALLY GOOD.
Bought in the .0003s???!!! Really?? More power to ...
Maybe meant .003?
IMHO they failed to take advantage of what they had "won" and the timing of the EV market/segment.
I invested expecting them to "run" with it, which at first, it looked like Brian was doing that what with the evGo partnership (with NRG), the Evolve subsidiary, new web presence, social media (and at the time current updates).
But then came the 'shell' company and subsequent demise, no updates on the social front, the dilution (announced after the fact) and PPS drop, NRG selling out of evGo, stations going off line etc. (I'm guessing he got some bad advice during that time and/or thought he was on easy street and/or got caught by lawyers fees etc. fighting CCGI). And now, sold out for about $750,000 I estimate (hmmm seems that what I predicted months and months ago, but was told it would be MILLIONS!).
All in all a failure in my opinion. They really had something but didn't have the where with all to take it to the next level.
Silence is almost never golden - but alas, and again the typical sentiment here. Forgiveness and a blind eye. For shame I say.
To me that thinking (which WAS also mine) is so 2014.
JNS Holdings (aka Brian and Mrs. Howe) WERE actively engaged in the EV segment, and potentially in a BIG way but imo they failed. Failed to take advantage, failed to build on it, failed to support, promote, profit from it.
I don't understand the notion of keep holding on and going down with the ship?
As "shareholders" we should DEMAND action, transparency, accountability and proper communication.
True, there is potential here what with the share structure but potential is lost on idle hands.
That's what America's said about the metric system and Beta (vs. VHS).
Yeesh.
Luckily these 'guys' aren't so closed minded...
1. Toyota has been working on hydrogen-powered cars the longest, having put 23 years into the technology. Here we see its hydrogen car, the Toyota Mirai.

Respectively disagree in the long term...
EV may have some inertia now but when all the "cons" in electric are solved by FC and people take notice I predict FC take over BIG and FAST.

Hahaha. That's awesome. I could have told you that last year, in fact I did tell it here and got slammed for it and was told 'it's worth millions because of the revenue'.
This just keeps getting better and better. Glad I sold and then glad I bought in again but with a much smaller holding.
I really really really would like to understand how ANYONE is making money off this stock?
How do you do it? It never moves, yet some days there is volume. So strange. And so strange how promoted and revered it is. It's small potatoes. Nobody is ever going to drive this up to .03 or greater. It just doesn't make and sense. The Howe's make *themselves* a nice living but that's it.
I'll try and find my post from last year+ that I mentioned just that scenario. Remember Evolve etc.
Wonder what the deal with evGO is now?
Good post.
You KNOW over time Farkas will "screw" JNSH/JNS Power over.
All he EVER wanted the whole time was the EV territory.
True, but ... it really is the best thing to happen, finally. JNSH was doing nothing with it. Now they can do what it seems is really their core and where their hearts are at.
Probably not the best for those hoping this would run to .05 or great but I would image it will stay right here at .01-.015 so folks can still dream and hope.
Maybe some day they will throw a bone to the loyal shareholders.
I also hope that maybe now folks won't be treated unfairly or unjustly.
I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IT MAKES NO SENSE WHY ARE YOU REPLYING TO A POST THAT YOU ARE REALLY NOT REPLYING TO AND WITH NO PUNCTUATION PER SE. AT LEAST NON IN THE RIGHT PLACE.IT DOESNT MAKE ME WANT TO READ ANYTHING YOU POST ESP ABOUT JNS BECAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS SOME PERSONAL MOTIVE NOT ANYTHING FOR DISCUSSION PURPOSES. I HEAR THAT MOST OF THE 14YR OLDS HANG OUT AT RAGING BULL MAYBE THAT WOULD BE BETTER FOR YOU.
Is there anything to this that it mentioned JNS power not JNS holdings?
Farksa/Blink HATES to give up cash - their own anyway.
Funny how JNSH were awarded the network, spent tons of money in lawyer fees, let a bunch go off line, never reported earnings from the chargers, and now sold back.
And, obviously the NDA or 'gag' order is not in effect, so there goes that theory that so many like to speculate about. How can JNSH have a non-disclosure but Blink can put out PR after PR?
Let's here from JNSH directly about this not piggy backed onto Blinks happy PR!!!
I wonder how this one is going to get spun.
Honestly, it's a smart move all around - may turn out ok but doubt jnsh will see BIG money which does not bode well for the PPS.
Farkas got what he always wanted. Jns gets what they always were.
And there it is! I was right all along.
Jns goes to bed with Farkas/blink.
Ha! Told ya, long time ago. Maintenance company.
Thanks, I read it, but it's nothing. No confirmation, just speculation.
I found nothing from the "company" for 2017 other than the 1.
I thought it was obvious, I was trying to address the question with an example. Asking how many new ones went on line in a year seems appropriate but when you look at it from a business perspective and investor or potential investor, the bigger picture and question should be considered, aka how many were added, and how many were subtracted? Basic no?
The VW comment was just that, just a comment, a gut feeling, an intuition.
But while it is on the table, I can't see JNSH getting any money because they don't seem to be on the 'hustle' with regards to EV. Sure they have a large network but what have they done? It's basically stayed the same (or imho think it is smaller). I don't think Brian or his wife really has the interest in EV that is needed to sustain it and grow it.
If I was on the committee to award some of the VW funds, why would I give some to JNSH over another small startup that is REALLY interested in EV?
Thanks for the clarification hat12. Appreciate you stepping up. Still waiting on a link from X.
I think a deeper question would be how many did they start with since winning the network and how many where on line at the beginning of each year since? If you install 10 but don't report that 20 went off line everyone thinks you are growing when in fact you went down by 10.
Mark my works, JNS holdings is *NOT* going to see any VW funds. Nor are they going to expand their EV network. Why would they start now, they haven't to date done anything. (Contrary to others posts)
I had to face all these harsh realities too. This company is not going to change. Never have really, and never will. I think they are happy where they are.
BTW - Are you playing games? It was your post asking how many EV stations were installed in 2017. I just answered your question to the best of my ability given what public information is out there. I only found the 1.
Link please
Nothing more reported on the website:
http://www.jnsholdings.com/press-releases.php
But I do love this quote from Brian Howe, CEO:
BlockSafe, please please please change or take down those team pictures. The quality is horrible, it makes the site look 'hokey'. You are an IT company in the IT space, spend a little money and put up a quality designed and coded site please.
I donuta know? In the principles pockets I would guess?
I'm not in the habit of calling false advertising on ACS. I just posted an image of what is their website. Don shoot the messenger dood.
Anyone care to speculate on the recent decrease in share price?
One.
