Nothing reported, No news, Company CEO is busy diluting his other company EYSM.

What would you like me to update? The last press release was posted seven times.

Actually, I'm visiting San Juan Puerto Rico for the next week or so, not Hawaii.

"Holding since .12" OUCH! Nothing is up with FLIP that I can see. Scott has completley bailed on us.

I just called the Transfer Agent. The numbers are the exact same as they were on Sep 2, 2010 in the I-Box.

I'm sure Scott has plans with the company. He may wait until the smoke clears from past lawsuits. My guess is he will Spin something and Dump a few billion shares.....

As of today the Outstanding Share count, Float and Restricted are the same as Aug 11th.

Interesting to see that Scott renewed the FtsGroup.com and FtsGroup.info domain names.

FTSGROUP.com was going to expire this week and got renewed and FTSGROUP.Info was going to expire last month and was renewed.


Maybe he's waiting for the dust to clear???

To royally screw his Shareholders..

It will be interesting to see what Scott spends all his new found money on. Or I should say your money.

When he was the CEO of FTS GROUP "FLIP" he spent it on a "Cell Phone Translator" But that didn't pan out for the shareholders. Another case of shareholder money just badly spent.

So in the sprite of the hit movie "UP" My guess he will spend your money on a "Dog Translator"

Maybe he could demo it with the assistance of that girl he's going out with.....

Summary: Scott paid alot of investor Cash for the Biz, Defaulted on his payments, Gave the entire company back to the former owner plus more cash to prevent a lawsuit.

Same actions and results will more than likely playout with EYSM.

1. Scott will dilute more.
2. Spend your money foolishly.
2. Do a 1000 to 1 R/S.
3. Then you might be able to BUY before he puts out PR's making claims to be the next GOOGLE.
4. Sell into the pipe dream.

It only appears the Chart Lookers where wrong. When I predicted .0003 on July 6th I was just using common sense knowing who the CEO is.

You may highly doubt there will be more dilution. But instead of looking at Level 2 and Charts I suggest you look at the CEO Scott Gallagher. I think it is highly likely that there will be much more dilution.
So Van said last verification was 671,000,000. I'm thinking over a billion within 3 weeks. Time will tell. GL

Only the CEO knows the answer. Since he didn't disclose the amount he diluted in the last 30 days, chances are if he's going to dilute the other 1.8 Billion shares you wouldn't know until he's done.
I think it's more likely the price will be trading .0001 to .0002 in the near future. Compared to some predictions of .005

Good News! Scott is still the CEO of Elysium Internet. You can click on the link below to see his Linked-In Profile page. This is how he chose to notify the shareholder of FTS Group (FLIP) that he was no longer the Chairman and CEO. Not kidding! He never put out a press release he just went silent and starting talking about Elysium.
So if he dilutes the day lights out of your investment and goes silent you can always click on his Linked-In page to get his employee status at Elysium..

Your asking for advice from people who made the same bad choice of buying in the first place. Some are probably averaging down today. Scott's other company "FLIP" is now trading at .0003 (yes that's three zero's)
It wouldn't surprise me if EYSM is trading in the same range.
