Frank created false statements on written PR to get everyone excited, then later changed his words and "hopes" what he said before will come true.

They are going to PR this Monday instead. The PPS will drop a little before closing today, the PR Monday will shoot it back up. Saving the best for last.

My comment is, Frank must have signed a contract stating that we'll have 150 market by 2006. Now, if we DON'T have that requirement by 2006, we breached the contract, law suits. Stock worthless.

The channel is real, pictures and videos has been posted before. MANY have visited the QTN office and spoke to Frank directly. This part i don't doubt.

My concern is how real are the PRs. All the false statements are what drove this stock down, not the MM or short sellers, or whatever you want to blame it on. It's Frank's big mouth!

How so? If they hire a CPA firm for auditing, that would sound like SEC filing. Finanical advicers don't do that.

Triangle Multi-Media Inc owns other business too right? Not just QTV. I think Frank purchased some other business years ago and that business provided funds to keep it alive while it creates QTN.

And don't forget Frank put in millions of his own money into this company.

Back in Sept - Oct, Frank did a one PR per day thing for a week. It was the week they announced the 2% shares buy back PR i think.

They did a 5 days in a roll PR before.

Sorry, but you don't make statements like that unless you KNOW it will happen and contracts are signed. If it doesn't happen, that means the other party Breached the Contract.

I don't know which country Frank did business with, maybe China where things are not on written contract? But unless it's a FACT that it WILL happen, most CEO don't make statements like that on PR.

No contract = Statements didn't happen = lie.

There is NO WAY you can argue with me about that.

Trust me, i've read every PR for the last one year. I listened to the phone conference live too. I've heard his voice and many on this board.

I've heard his promises and "claims".

Over time, his words are untrue. When this baby comes back up to my cost level i'll sell and leave. This is clearly a weak company covered up by lies.

2/14 was not the only date he missed. Launch dates. PR announcement dates. Remember that PR saying we have carrier CONTRACTS?? Now, nothing.

80% of what Frank says are not true. Those that still protects him are just lying to themselves.

I still believe in the business in the long run. But i PAID for him to manage MY company, being a stockholder, I have every right to be angry when someone i HIRED is not doing his job and he LIES to me about what he havn't done.

The whole channel is not on 123 markets. Just ONE show called Q on the move.

Bascially, we are giving 123 markets a "sample" of what kind of shows we make. We don't have 123 markets where people can pay us $8 a month to view it. Thats what we want.

Now this is the kind of professionalism I expect from a professional CEO. But still, this responds should have came 2 days ago!!!

What if i paid $8 a month for a channel, cancelled my dinner plans because i want to watch the show at home? Turned on my TV 2/14/05 and didn't see it?? Will I pay $8 again next month??

This affect a lot, not just shareholders! The over all management and integrity of Frank affects all bases, such as customers, cable carriers, production crew etc etc.

You think he says things that are not true to stockholders on PR? Just imagine what he can say to cable carriers, employees, contractors, etc??
