You are correct, I was one of the early birds to get on the small run to trip 2s. If you have shares of this consider it a loss at this point and move on. Good luck
Greetings WDHR holders, anything new lately?
I'm still watching this one. Good luck
Definitely could not sell.
I've seen pps jump up over 100,000% in NASDAQ pennies before, but that was on 100 share volume.
The problem with this is you would never be able to sell all those shares, you'd hit the biggest wall ever. If the price were .25, even a very high trading day would not even come close to 3 million shares, so all those with large amounts of shares would be stuck in line for weeks (the pps would not support that).
I agree, for reasons that I have already outlined.
I have Scottrade elite and can buy. It depends on your account type. It's a huge risk and so they try to limit people from purchasing.
I did, I currently do not have any securities with WDHR, I said that I will continue to watch and chime in with thoughts and happenings with potential news, I also have the time right now with the current holiday.
WDHR is also looking for organic growth (their words not mine, read 10Q). This isn't a pump play, no darksiders here.
News anticipation, this does not mean there will be good news though, we see this a lot in NASDAQ a short run before news, news hits, stock sinks, time will tell.
I'm sticking around and will gauge my options with WDHR, as for now I still have some concerns. Thanks
I might start an iteration soon, at the moment I still have concerns, timing and news will be key for my decision going forward.
Bid back, very odd.
No bid returns.
It's the best thing you can do right now, wait for the news, whenever that get's out then everyone will know what to do. Even if the worst case scenario happens it's at trip 2s and in a much better launching position.
Speaking of Sith, last night I re-watched all the lightsaber battles and I especially took note to the Yoda vs. Dooku fight after Dooku defeated Obi and Anakin, Dooku said his power was stronger than any Jedi and Yodi said he still had a lot to learn, I guess that is why Obi, Yoda, Vader, and Jinn were able to live on in the force compared to everyone else, that's a whole different level of force.
Anyway, back to WDHR.
I am completely out as of right now, but that doesn't mean I can't buy back in, my plan was to watch on the sidelines for news, and I will stick around once it gets juicy.
As a former long that is watching on the sidelines this changes things a bit. The MMs have made their presence known today. The ask is around 100mil, once volume for 2s comes in at 100mil it is up from there. The question is how and where will that volume come from? Obviously news from WDHR (10k) and or promoters, but I'd say that both would start it up. I expect it to ping back and forth between 1s and 2s for a bit though, flippers delight.
Stack it on 2s, not 1s.
Ha, that is correct. It's definitely better than dilution at this point, but it just means that the MMs are holding this one down for a reason and playing their little games. I'm trying to think of it from the MMs point of view, the OS is 6bil, and that is the amount that all the MMs have to offer (excluding those shares held by retail). The MMs have a lot to get rid of and they aren't afraid of selling them for some reason...(hint hint).
WDHR
SS 11/25/15
A/S 30bil
O/S 6,309,497,960
R/S 90,416,850
For all you longs, they are not diluting.
Pretty much, I sold this before I posted that link.
I went through WDHR financials from their last 10Q and calculated their maximum profits from weedhire.com and took that into consideration with their working capital (assets vs liabilities). It isn't pretty and I played with those numbers over and over, I convinced myself this would be a long term play (and it might be), but considering all the debt they have, a failing AnythingIT business, it would be extremely hard for WDHR to become profitable as it stands.
BUT, this is the OTC and pumps happen on worse SS, that is a simple fact. So, I put myself in the shoes of the MMs. The MMs are holding this down for a reason, and I believe that reason is an RS play. It makes perfect sense, and rather wait through an RS I took my money back.
I've made a few bucks in the OTC world, but these companies are trash, I'm investing full-time into the big boards again and Forex. My time on the hub is pretty much done as well, as many traders/brokers laugh at the board.
Well ladies and gentlemen, I bowed out last week and sold my shares. I wish you all the best of luck, I will follow this board from time to time, but rarely be back.
I don't think the 10k will be substantial, overtime this will be successful I feel, but not right now, not with Bernstein at the front and not with all their debt.
I'm calling an RS.
Negative, WDHR updates are done on social media by their secretary (I believe her name is Ashley). They also hired more management within their last filing, they have done reductions, but not from a management standpoint.
Patience is right, they have a long way to go before they see gains. If WDHR did not operate with AnythingIT they could have 1-2 crafty people own and operate the company. This is how a real startup starts, not the other way around. They have a lot to lop off in order to get to startup status, they are upside down.
As someone that has been here for nearly a year I think it is time to talk some realities with everyone.
Do a revenue calculation for 12 months for weedhire.com, I plugged in overestimate numbers, 1200 jobs at 30 per month and added in some ad revs and end up with around 420,000 (pun not intended). That is before operation costs, which are pretty low. Next take a look at their working capital and their liabilities, it is ugly. AnythingIT has really made it hard for WDHR to find it's legs. WDHR will not be a near term play, not even a next year term play, there are way too many liabilities that have brought down the PPS and future outlook.
What's unique to the OTC is the pump and dump darkside plays, could it happen here? Maybe, the SS isn't the best candidate for that, but it could be a sleeper, buy in at your own risk.
Agreed with all points.
If it goes up good luck I have a cap on these pond plays, hitting the wall sucks.
How many shares are talking? Sell a large amount of shares even if the pps goes up will be a hard task.
This shows that some of the MMs want to move the pps, while VFIN does not. All other MMs like the volume and want to see the pps move based on SS, it may not leave trips but anything is better than nothing. VFIN doesn't think it is a good idea, probably forecasting an RS from WDHR.
That could be either good or bad.
Everyone is waiting for the 10k that was delayed after they filed an NT. It's a lotto ticket, one of two things will happen here. 1) They release good numbers, PPS reacts based on SS. 2) WDHR delays and delays until they announce a RS due to less than stellar results.
It's a flip at this point nothing more.
Haha, maybe.
Anyone call the TA?
I agree with what you say (regardless if I think you spoke with Dave or not). MMs are in this to make money, they will play the RS potential until something otherwise says WDHR is going to reverse. Thus far, WDHR has let the PPS be controlled by the MMs, until news (and good news) the PPS will stay at trip 1.
Ask at 35 million, not bad
Still have VFIN to worry about first.
