HOM may continue to do well, but it reached my price target so I took some profit. I often sell too soon though. I'd just be a bit carefull with it since it's had a real nice run and it might need a little "rest" just my honest opinion!!

Good upside potential in VLXC
They probably have 2-3 Million cash on hand to make deals. I'm sure they are trading way below book value.
I'm not as "easy trusting" as you might think. I personally visited Matin in Las Vegas during a trade show. I've met some of the salespeople (including one of the models). I don't think they had a sign that said "now hiring salespeople" just for their health. I have seen independent information that backs up the Canadian Sales and earnings and the projections are low. I know some people want to see shareholders sell and they want the price to go down. Is it so that can cover their short, or do they want to get in cheap and go long.
I'm not big and powerfull like the "Hedge Funds", but I'm armed with knowlege for the longer term.

Yeah, hind sight is 20/20, but looking at todays fundamentals it seems to me the market cap is about $550,000. We own a mansion worth $630,000 today (future value?), the condo is worth a few hundred thousand I'd bet, and home values are expected to continue to increase although at a slower pace. If and when Eden Development Group shows some profit, Kingoffer gets going, and these properties are sold for a gain, who knows what the true value of the company is? I think it's worth a lot more than $550,000 IMHO !!!!!!!!!
Also, when the reverse merger of Preferred Properties happens, that should be another chance for a nice run.
We know that the Canadian sales are going better than expected. Some other good deals are on the table waiting for Matin to hit the go up button IMHO!
After the equity loan sharks are done shorting the he** out of it. Then, they will cover and ride it up. 10 bagger not out of the question IMHO !!!
(Pink Sheets:UNQT) Union Equity Inc., PALM BEACH, Fla. - executed a pre-construction reservation agreement to acquire a unit at the new Hard Rock Hotel & Casino condominium in Las Vegas, Nevada. This reservation agreement includes Union Equity in the elite "pre-sale" group, meaning that whatever unit the company secures will be done so at "first-tier" pricing.

Are you long in any stocks, or do you just specialize in shorting and bashing.
What's the short interest %?
Isn't Eden Development Group "flipping properties", or Developing something?
When are they going to make the Preferred Property Shares tradeable?
You seem to know everything, care to share your knowlege on these items?
Dear OTC Investor:
I am writing to alert you of a very important rule change that is needed to improve the OTC marketplace. I need your help to make regulators turn on the lights and protect investors from the menace of hidden short selling in the OTC market.
I think you'll agree that this issue deserves the small amount of your time it will take for you to tell the SEC what you think about this issue.
As Chairman & CEO of the Pink Sheets, I know perhaps better than anyone the importance of improving the Pink Sheets and OTCBB trading. And I know the devastating impact that small companies face when their market is tarnished by the threat of manipulation.
There is a crisis facing the OTC market today in the lack of short sale position reporting and disclosure for OTC issues. This lack of transparency regarding short selling in the OTC market allows fraudulent acts to go undiscovered and manipulative short sellers to hide.
I believe regulators should fix the problem. Small issuers traded on the Pink Sheets and the OTCBB deserve the same transparency and regulatory oversight of short selling as those listed on Exchanges or NASDAQ.
Therefore, Pink Sheets has petitioned the SEC to cause the amendment of NASD Rule 3360 and require NASD broker dealers to maintain a record of total "short" positions in all customer and proprietary firm accounts in all publicly traded equity securities as well as report this information to the NASD for public dissemination of the short positions by security. The SEC's action is urgently needed to prevent fraudulent acts, expose market manipulation, promote fair principles of trade and protect investors.
Our full rule change request is available for you to read at: http://sec.gov/rules/petitions/petn4-500.pdf and comments by other concerned OTC market participants are available at: http://sec.gov/rules/petitions/4-500.shtml
But I cannot make this important rule change happen without your help. Thus I'm asking you to write a letter today, and voice your support to the SEC for the Pink Sheets' Request for Rulemaking Regarding Member Records of "Short" Positions and Reporting and Public Dissemination.
So please send your comments via Email to: rule-comments@sec.gov with a Cc: copy to: pubcom@nasd.com
Or, if it's more convenient, you can mail your comments to:

Where's Eden Development Group? Shouldn't they be out fixing properties and "flipping" them. Come on guys, get to work for heavens sake!!!
I wish Matin would release the 2004 audit so VLXC could start a new up "cycle".
George, I see your point. Thanks for the explanation. I'm rooting for the individuals out there like me!
Why are people so afraid of the 2004 audit?
2003 was bad because of the trucking losses, but that's history.
2004 will show sales and earnings BOTH in U.S.A. and Bangladesh. Will they be consolidated? Did Veltex pay off the $561,154 debt that they borrowed against Velvet Textile Mills also due to the trucking fiasco?
Gee, Wet Seal posts a big loss and they are trading for over $5.00 a share.
I wish I knew what the short interest % was in VLXC. It's too bad that the MM can get away with naked shortselling because VLXC isn't "protected" by the SHO rules.
Book Value as of 12/31/2004 will be about $1.90, or I'll never post here again.
CinTel Corp. (CNCN) has entered into a cooperative marketing and sales agreement for development of domestic and overseas markets in networking equipment with Hyundai HDS Corp., a comprehensive information technology solution company which has a variety of security solutions. Unlike previous cross-marketing agreements entered into to date with other system integration or network integration companies, this Agreement calls for each company to package the others' products synergistically to create a Total Package Solution Service.

These homes look real cheap. Certainly, Eden Development Group should be able to fix them up and sell for a nice profit. With a market cap of about 1 Million, it wouldn't take that many of these to show a health profit and return on equity.

"Jay is the ideal contractor," said Union Equity CEO Michael Anthony. "The guy has worked on everything from historic homes to multi-million-dollar Palm Beach estates. I like him because he brings his projects in under budget and on time. He's also got a serious talent for maximizing space and including lots of classy features without sacrificing the bottom line. His reputation in the industry is golden. We're lucky to have him."

I don't think the insiders are selling. If they were, then they would not be able to keep the 50% + shares necessary to maintain control. They would have had to hold an annual meeting recently if they didn't control over 50%.
All I know about the J Daly marketing deal is that Veltex is authorized to market J Daly's products. We have not been told yet if the 50% acquisition is a done deal or not.
Yes, insiders did sell some shares probably in the $2.50 - $3.90 range. I also think they used the cash to help purchase Veltex-Explorer. You can't acquire a $2.2 Million net income per year division without giving up something. My guestimate is about $3.5 - $4.0 Million cash and 2-2.5 Million shares.
Still that would equate to a 30% return on investment. I'd rather hold my shares and sell them at $2.50, then put money in a saving account and earn 2%, but that's just me.
If the 2004 audit comes out to be consolidated with Bangladesh, then yes VLXC will be worth $6.00.
I have followed all of the fundamentals very closly, as well as the share counts since I became a shareholder in November, 2004. I keep track of everything in a spreadsheet. I have gathered this from various p.r.s, www.otcgrowth.com, the veltex website, and other research sites. While I can't guarantee it's accuracy, it's the best that I can do.
As of 12/31/2004 shares outstanding 6,676,035
float was approx. 2 Million per otcgrowth.com at that time
Insiders approx. 4.7 Million
I believe that Giget Worldwide was purchased somtime in March 2005 which accounts for perhaps 800,000 shares.
As of 04/20/2005 shares outstanding 7,498,087
float was approx. 3 Million per otcgrowth.com at that time
Insiders approx 4.5 Million
As of 06/01/2005 shares outstanding 10,000,000
float approx. 3 Million per a press release
Explorer Headgear received about 2.5 Million shares I believe.
Insiders own approx. 4.5 Million
I believe that Veltex (North America-including Canada) fair value is about $2.50.
Bangladesh operations?
Total fair value $2.50 +
Daly finished tied for 2nd place, just 1 shot behind the winner!
.22 EPS per year from Veltex-Explorer alone!
Even with a very conservative P.E. of 8 = $1.76.
That probably why the stock price more than doubled after it was announced. Then, we see profit taking on much lower volume. I have already purchased and received items from Veltex and I know that they are great quality and low price.
Bashing may scare some people out that's the purpose isn't it? Independent sources reveal that Explorer Headgear had sales of $23 Million in 2004. This was a great acquisition as the share count only increased by 2 million. Profitable growth is the most important factor in stock selection. The price went from $1.50 to $1.43 on a 500 share sell. I've seen quite a few 100-500 share sells that came after 4,000 share buys. Stock prices can and are manipulated in the short term, but as long as fundamentals are improving, then the stock price will eventually follow.
John Daly just 3 shots off the leader! He certainly will get lots of media coverage on Sunday morning.
By the way, Veltex-Explorer has a very impressive catalog. I just don't understand anyone who still thinks Veltex is not for real. They are! I remain patient and I'll buy more. I'll buy alot more if the market permits it.
http://www.explorergear.com/catalog.asp#
Some of Veltex sales people are in Charlotte NC. Maybe we will hear some more news next week.
http://www.veltexapparel.com/PDF/TradeShowCalendar.pdf
O.K. you might be right.
The '04 audit might not be as good as hoped.
But, I think it will be much better than the '03 audit.
And the '05 audit will be much better than the '04.
I'm not a daytrader. I have a longer time frame in mind when I buy stocks. I don't pretend to know what's doing to happen in the short term. In the longer term, nearly every stock follows their fundamentals. If you believe, like I do, that the fundamentals are improving, then the stock price should eventually improve.
Dodge, Thanks, Yes I've done very well with HOM.
VLXC is another stock that I feel has a low PEG ratio.
I think the P.E.G is 0.3175, so I think it could triple from here IMHO !! HOM was hammered too, but it's gone up over 100% in the last month or so.
Might try watching VLXC as it reports EPS soon.
Javeed Matin Chairman of the Veltex Group commented, “ We are delighted with the result. Synergies between the companies have also allowed us to reduce operating costs in Canada and maintain sales volumes. Clearly Explorer is a mature company with excellent penetration in the Canadian Promotional Marketplace” he added, “ the addition of a Fall line in Canada should further improve profitability as sales will be increased with little additional overhead costs”
Commenting from Canada, Benji Falkenstein, Vice- President and a twenty year industry stalwart said “the new fall collection represents outstanding quality and value and has already been extremely well received by our major customers”
The collection which includes twill shirts, fleece and denim jackets will be marketed under existing brands.
Falkenstein added “Traditionally we have only marketed Spring and Summer offerings and the addition of the Fall product should increase sales significantly”.
Veltex currently has approximately ten million shares outstanding and forecasts that 2005 total revenues will exceed $60 million with net earnings easily surpassing $1.00 per share.

VLXC sales are accelerating and over estimates.
They have not reported Q2 yet. Here is a change to get in BEFORE the good news hits.
VELTEX CORPORATION ANNOUNCES EXPLORER JUNE SALES TO EXCEED BUDGET. COMPANY SET TO UNVEIL NEW FALL COLLECTION IN CANADA .
City of Industry , California : Veltex Corporation (VLXC) today announced that June sales for its most recent acquisition; Explorer Promotional Products Canada would be ahead of forecast.
Best of Luck to all!!!
Drop in VLXC probably due to people overreating on technicals. Since the stock broke $1.50 by trading down to $1.43 on a 500 share trade, it's been weak.
The fundamentals warrant at least $2.40, not the current $1.20 stock price.
Sales exceeded estimates in June and they have not reported Q2 yet, but they should very soon and they should be very good numbers!!!

History shows that buying stocks that are growing at a faster percentage than it's P.E. ratio is the way to make 100 - 400% gains. These stocks are all growing faster than 40% per year in sales and earnings.
Topflight, Only 400K shares in the float?
We have been told 3 Million. Have the insiders been buying that much?
With 10 Million shares outstanding @ 1.20 = 12Million market cap. If the P.R. about Veltex-Explorer is correct (and I believe it is), then we are trading for less than 1 year worth of Veltex-Explorer sales.
Any idea on how much sales have come from the 60+ days of trade shows this year?
Any idea on how much sales have come from retailers like Coral Head, etc?
Any idea on how much in sales go through the Veltex website?
I would really appreciate any information that you may have.
Yeah! I watched one go from .0002 to .0018 in two days. This could happen to us soon for those of us that have been patient!
