ALY - Why didn't I put this stock in my "pick 6"? Big mistake there, but it has done very well for my real portfolio! I still think it's cheap given it's low PEG ratio!
HSOA starting to perform like a stock with it's sales and earnings growth and it's low PE ratio should!
HSOA - What the heck is wrong, it's up 5.7% today. What? Is the lame lemon finished bashing?
Please trade INTT for RNO (double down on RNO)
Thanks!!!!!!!

Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner (NOBO) List
ADP Investor Communications NOBO LIST
http://www.ic.adp.com/nobo.html
Any hope UNQT will request this list?
We should all ask them. I have!
The NOBO/OBO System
The names of the ultimate beneficial owners of street name shares - i.e., the customers of the brokers and banks who have deposited the shares with DTC - are maintained by the brokers and banks, not by companies themselves. Recognizing that this system left companies without direct contact with a large proportion of their beneficial owners, the Commission adopted rules in 1983, which went into effect in 1986, requiring brokers and banks to provide companies with lists of "non-objecting beneficial owners" (or "NOBOs") who did not object to having their names and addresses supplied to companies.17 Objecting beneficial owners (or "OBOs"), which constitute an estimated 75 percent of shares held in street name,18 still may be contacted directly only by the broker or bank, or its agent. Although companies may mail proxy materials directly to NOBOs, as a practical matter they never do so, because current SEC rules require companies to forward proxy materials through brokers and banks regardless of whether they are also mailed directly.19 Therefore, companies only use NOBO lists to mail out supplemental materials, annual reports and quarterly reports, which do not have to be mailed through brokers and banks.20 Furthermore, because only the brokers and banks are legally entitled to vote shares held in street name, companies cannot use NOBO lists to enable beneficial owners to vote directly with the company.
The Role of ADP
The overwhelming majority of brokers and banks have contracted out the administrative processes of distributing proxy materials, tabulating votes, and responding to requests for NOBO lists, to the Investor Communications Services Division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. ("ADP").21 Brokers and banks accomplish this by transferring the proxy authority they receive from DTC (via omnibus proxy) to ADP via powers of attorney.22 ADP then mails the proxy statements and voting instruction forms (known as "VIFs") to beneficial owners. It does not mail "proxies" to beneficial owners; instead, it requests voting instructions from beneficial owners via the VIFs, and thereby retains the legal right to vote the shares.23 ADP, as the agent of the brokers and banks, also has the responsibility of creating NOBO lists upon request by companies.24 As discussed below, companies must reimburse ADP for its dissemination of proxy materials and other communications, and creation of NOBO lists according to a fee structure established by the NYSE and approved by the SEC.25
HSOA Lets look at their financial performance:
Sales up 90% vs last year's quarter
Sales up 25% sequentially.
EPS was .12 vs .04 (June '06 vs June '05.
PE is about 16, not bad for a company growing this fast.
Another thing to consider is that Institutional Investors are net buyers.
Net Position Change 5,376,670
Buyers 7,727,374
Sellers -2,350,704

Short interest is pretty high too.

Short % of Float 34.36 %
I believe their is still a bunch of work to be done in rebuilding from hurricane Katrina. How fast it's done and who gets the contracts remains to be seen.
I think stocklemon is sweating right now and trying to cover, but that's just my opinion based on the facts as I see them.
ALY - Too good of a stock to keep down forever. I bought a little today since the $14.20s is pretty cheap for a stock with it's earnings and growth in my opinion!
GLE acquires more gold land and raises estimates for gold production by 20,000 - 35,000 ounces per year.
2006 estimated gold production: 106,000 Ounces
2007 estimated gold production: 146,000 Ounces
Bellavista Costa Rica 54,000
Limon Nicaragua 52,000
La Libertad Nicaragua 40,000
As a result, earnings estimates have also been raised to:
2006 est. EPS: $0.08
2007 est. EPS: $0.14

Why did EZM agree to me merged? Come on, it has great growth and a very low valuation on it's own. I think it had great momentum and could have justified a $5-$6 share price in the near future.
I'm still holding a modest position, but I'm just disappointed. Maybe I'm wrong, but I liked it more and I thought it had more potential before the proposed merger.
WADE - HSOA , I bought a little bit today based on the same reasoning as you. The stock is heavily shorted and yet the best growth is yet to come IMHO!
I wouldn't recommend a huge position, but I too think the risk/reward justifies having a modest long position.
SEMI stocks seem to be doing well today
UCTT up 5%
NUHC up 7.9%
EGLT up 6.6%
NUHC may be just about ready for the I.B.D. 100. Now at $14.20 and going up!
BRLC, Well I'll say one thing. Institutional investors are buying up a bunch of shares. In fact it's 11.5% of the portfolio of Noesis Capital Management Corp.
http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/invsub/ownership/ownership.asp?Symbol=BRLC
I do agree that the SEMI industry is due for an upturn. Analysis are predicting double digit growth for 2007. Alot of SEMI stocks have been beated down to where they have very low valuations.
I'm in LTXX, UCTT and INTT with LTXX being one of my largest holdings.
Good luck to you!!
e5oo NETL, I have not followed the stock recently. Just going by the financials, it looks like they have some difficult comparisons coming up. In the most recent Q2 '06 the $0.15 eps vs $0.14 Q2 '05 doesn't show much growth.
In Q3 '05 they reported $0.20, so that may be hard to beat. If they do show growth in EPS, how much will it be? Then the following Q4 '05 they reported $0.28.
I guess I'd have to say neutral simply because I have not read the recent filings.
Sorry, I'm not much help!
G&V
LTXX - Wade, thanks for your comments. INTT went up over 40% after hitting their numbers and they are also SEMI test equipment. Hopefully, LTXX will do the same.
Good luck to you!
Wade, I agree with you, alot of stocks these days have very low PE ratios. They have great growth rates too.
LTXX reports on 8/30/06 after the market closes. If they meet their earnings estimate of $0.22, the stock price should go up a bunch. Trading today at only $5.15. Forward PE (as of 12/31/06) is only 9.9, while the growth rate going forward is 25%.
Sales growth in the latest reporting period was 77% YoY and 22.6% sequentially.
Institutional investors are adding shares too!
http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/invsub/ownership/ownership.asp?Symbol=ltxx
UCTT - Anyone else in this?
They reported EPS of 0.21 vs .04
249% Sales growth Year over Year and
40% Sequentialy.
Current year (2006) P.E. is less than 12.
With the growth that they have, I think they could breakout to new highs.
P/S only 0.90
Earnings estimates have been raised recently.
They have very easy comparisons for at least the next two quarters.
Just an idea that I think is good.
It's time to play, "How Much Would You Pay for This Stock?"
How much is the sales growth YoY and Q o Q?
EZM GLE CFK CAMT Are all performing well!
They all have accelerating sales and earnings growth with sales and earnings growth 29% and higher.
The PEG ratios are all LESS than 0.5.
The forward P.E.s (2006) are all LESS than 10.
Institutional investors are Net Buyers of these stocks.
I think that these stocks have a great chance of at 50 - 100% stock price increases in the next 6 months.
Especially GLE and EZM, as their estimated (2007) forward P.E.s are only 4.4.
Just my opinion. GL
GW just came out with a very good EPS report IMHO!
http://news.moneycentral.msn.com/ticker/article.asp?Symbol=US:GW&Feed=PR&Date=20060731&I...
I'll Take ALY anyday over DXPE
DXPE is not a bad stock, don't get me wrong, but ALY made EPS of $0.50 and is trading for $14.72
While DXPE made EPS of $0.51 and is trading for $31.30.
Just my opinion! GL
LTXX may be done correcting.
If they meet their earnings estimate of $0.23, it should do very well in my opinion.
For a stock earning $0.23 in a quarter, it should trade at more than $5.33 I would think!
http://marketwatch.nytimes.com/custom/nyt-com/html-earningestimate.asp?symb=ltxx&x=14&y=9
SIMC - Jay nice call on the EMS sector today. My guess is SIMC will "breakout" to a new high once earnings are released. Then, it might make the IBD top 100 list, etc.
Just my opinion! GL
DXPE I bought some early today. I'm hoping for at least $36.75. I'd like to thank those who have mentioned it recently!!!
Thanks!!!!!!!!
EZM GLE LTXX CFK CAMT What do these stocks have in common?
They all have accelerating sales and earnings growth with sales and earnings growth 29% and higher.
The PEG ratios are all LESS than 0.5.
The forward P.E.s (2006) are all LESS than 10.
Institutional investors are Net Buyers of these stocks.
I think that all of these stocks have a great chance of at least 100% stock price increases in the next 6 months.
EZM, probably the best chance of them all.
Just my opinion. GL
PYR - Please add me to the club.
I bought some today. I should have bought a couple of days ago.
I like the sales and earnings growth.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. The U.S. MUST become more self sufficient in oil period.
I wish we didn't have to buy a drop of the middle east oil.
Middle East countries make a fortune off us and yet they hate us? I can't figure that out &*#@$% It doesn't compute.
IAAC bucks the trend and gains 13.5% today on no news.
The following numbers are from Last quarter (03/31):
EPS was .13 vs .05
Sales growth 292% vs last yrs qtr.
30% sequential sales growth.
Just an idea to look at.
Wade, Thanks!! I too like SIMC the best of the group.
As you know,
P/S only 0.90
I believe there are only 1.578 Million shares in the float.
I like the fact that there has been no insider sales and the share price has stayed above the 50 day average even while the overall market has been weak.
My frustration has been with CFK.
P/S only 0.48
I'm thinking about adding at these low prices.
Wade, What is the EMS sector (if I may ask such a silly question). What stock(s) do you feel are the best in that sector? Are you talking about Electronics Manufacturing?
Thanks!!
G & V
Bob, on ALY, I was lucky enough to buy it a couple days ago for $10.79 and sold today for $14.32.
I wanted to hold it longer, but it was already making new lows for the day after only about 20 minutes. I was only looking for a quick gain, as I don't know much about the stock, but the EPS numbers sure seem that they warrant a much higher stock price.
I may get back in soon.
Thanks for mentioning it!!!
Gold up on Bernanke comments
EZM & GLE up.

NITE Short Interest 6.8 days or about 12.8 Million shares, it will be interesting to see how many will cover today.
http://www.shortsqueeze.com/index.php?symbol=nite&submit=Enter
I bought for ALY just now on the theory that EPS will be good and the short interest ratio is 7.2. So, good EPS news should at least cause some short covering.
Nite up on EPS news, it beat estimates by $.10 per share. Revenue also higher than expected.
SUWN Any idea on when they are going to report earnings?
