This may not be totally logical (hopefully worth the read), but based on the details given in the bankruptcy filings reported, they knocked out over $31 million in debt right off the top.

Based on 139 million shares outstanding with an 81 million share float, I would say that they are 22 cents per share better than where they were prior to their voluntary filing last year when they were trading at .04/.05. Add 22 cents to .04/.05 and you have a QUARTER plus or minus.

They voluntarily filed because they had dormant plans in the pipeline for when gold woke back up out of the multi-year down reaction in this still unfolding Grand Super Cycle Bull as we are headed to $4,000-$5,000 spot gold and $150-$250+ spot silver.

Management knew that the past several years was only a temporary downside reaction; a return to the bull market move was inevitable based on global government credit mismanagement (Brexit and Trump's increasing popularity are confirmations of the people waking up, FINALLY!!!). Huge money is flowing into anything gold related as you will see the uptrend continue.

The worm has now turned...perfect timing to come out of bankruptcy. The public losing confidence in government was/is mandatory for gold/silver to resume the uptrend. It was just a matter of SFEG surviving without incurring more toxic debt. Management did not know whether the lull would last another year or three, so they did the only thing possible to give them a chance of surviving for future plans to unfold.

I personally see this stock getting to the .20-.25 in the next couple of months. Not on anything concrete other than melting up with the bull market action just based on future hypothetical prospects regardless of what they may be.

Retail investors are buying any cheapy gold mining stocks that they can get their hands on since many of the high quality, known stories have already moved 500-1,000%+ since January/February.

Retail investors who have missed the first 6 months of this bull move are clamoring to buy anything gold related that is under 25 cents. I see it all over the place with crappy pump and dump gold stocks in the .10-.15 range.

SFEG ACTUALLY HAS PROSPECTS COMING...and DECENT ones that have been waiting in the wings. Just a feeling...wink, wink.

Once SFEG's actual management plan unfolds going forward, we are looking at $1.00-$1.50+++ in the next year or so as gold/silver continue to gain momentum in this resumption of the Grand Bull Market that began back in 1999/2001 which will continue into the 2018-2020 timeframe and probably as far as 2023.

Lock and load. Buy now while you still can below .20-.25. It's going to continue to inch up while climbing the wall of worry and curiosity. I say we hit .22 by the time management reveals the actual plans. More and more people are just throwing capital at the .10-.15 range gold stocks regardless of due diligence. This will continue to melt up. Bank on it!

The other key issue with this stock is that it will be consistently diluted each and every time they buyout a new property by issuing stock. So expect the price to languish in the 25 cent area +/- a dime for most of 2016.

A couple of months ago there were only 100 million shares outstanding. Now there are OVER 300 Million shares with these past few acquisitions. I kind of wish they would borrow cash from Majestic Silver and buy distressed properties outright (and only issue stock back to AG in lieu of paying cash interest on the debt) rather than fully diluting current shareholders on each and every purchase as it seems they are continuing to do.

This is why this stock should be bought in a dollar cost averaging format rather than a lump sum initial investment to avoid the dilution effect. Buy a specific $ amount each and every month or specific period of time so that you don't get stuck at the pre-dilution prices. Until and unless gold bottoms which won't be for a while, this stock is going to have a hard time going anywhere positive, albeit their portfolio will be growing nicely. Just don't expect to get any return on your initial investment until early 2017 at best.

I just see Keith buying up another 3-5 properties in 2016 like he suggests in his latest interview, and I am worried that we will end up with 750MM or 1 Billion shares outstanding. Yikes! Major share dilution.

Since he intends to build a BILLION dollar company as he suggests doing again like his past successes, if we end up with 1 Billion shares outstanding, then we are looking at a $1.00 stock. Not as great as it originally seemed when I first heard about the company a couple of months ago. I was salivating at the idea of a $10+ stock on 100MM shares. Now, I see that is not realistic unless they change their strategy on financing acquisitions.

Agreed. Salivating at the prospect of picking up positions below a quarter and all the way down to a dime (doubt it will go that low, but definitely revisit .20ish).

Spot Gold should find a LONG TERM bottom anywhere from 989-1005 or maybe even higher at 1027-1045 (my bet is on 975-1025). But not until AFTER the Fed finally cranks the rate up by 1/4% beginning a long term change in policy. Then you will have the final capitulation low in gold and an immediate reversal back up after that first definite follow through announcement.

That is good for FFMGF over the next 3-6 months in order to pick up distressed properties. Then once spot gold bottoms, probably around May 2016 or Sept/Oct 2016 at the latest, then this puppy will begin barking.

Until then, FFMGF will be an ACCUMULATE and STRONG BUY all the way down below 20 cents. No fear. Just get it in gear! Plan your trade and trade your plan.

Dollar cost average every month all the way down and through 2016. Then make 3,000-5,000%+++ (when FFMGF is $10 minimum to $15+) exiting somewhere between 2018-2020 (and possibly $4,000 gold spot by 2020).

This is definitely a long term stock. Won't go up above 50 cents until AT LEAST mid-2016. Don't park your capital here unless you are in it for the long haul and possibly 2018-2020 timeframe. Prepare for a final low in gold when the Fed raises rates (Dec 2015, Mar 2016 or June 2016 are the most likely dates).

FFMGF reminds me of Seabridge Gold way back in the early 2000's when it was trading on the Canadian exchanges only at under a buck (2002-2004). Gold was around $400 +/-.

Same type of strategy in buying up undervalued resource properties on the cheap...just like Neumeyer's model. So look at a Seabridge (SA) chart from 2004-2008 and then 2009-2011 (after the 2008 meltdown in all resource stocks) to get an idea of what buying up distressed proven properties on the cheap can do for a stock's price over the long-term.

All of this is just my opinion and exactly the plan that I am following and intend to continue following. Just wanted to share what was given to me from the Ether. This is going to be one of those once or twice in a lifetime opportunities. Get ready!

They approved it, but they don't have to follow through with it...it is just an available option. It specifically states that they can abandon the R/S option should they choose.

New to this stock and averaging down from .255. Noticed a few Insider Purchases in Sept/Oct...so what's the panic?

In the past 2 months, 3 insiders have made purchases of 45,000 @ .314, 50,000 @ .43, and 25,000 @ .40.

That's a Director, the CEO/President, and the VP of Finance in respective order (only about $45,000 worth, but hey, maybe they know something the debt guys don't).

I am looking for a blowoff capitulation bottom here today on HEAVY VOLUME, reversing up by end of day and upside follow through tomorrow after the QE report this afternoon (if no bounce off low today, then gap down tomorrow with a major reversal by end of Friday).

If no up reversal on Friday, then take the loss and run. Come back in 30-90 days near the FDA potential approval time or AFTER the Reverse/Split if they follow through before the FDA decision.
