Sorry Casbboy, I don't invest in people, I invest in companies and what they offer. In this particular case, the technology is impressive, its the new wave related to mobile technology and its in demand.
Whatever alleged "Illegal" activities you claim are really a subject for the police or SEC to handle, so if you see any violations, you should report them.
With regards to Brodeur and his dealing with other companies, I personally don't have any opinion regarding them, They are companies that I haven't invested in and whatever he does in the civil world, its the court system we have today. If he or his lawyers work the system they are the ones that need to sleep at night with the decisions they make, but you have to admit that if he keeps getting acquired all the time, then he obviously has some value to what he sells or what the company has to offer.
These are more personal attacks towards this individual as opposed to the company and the product it sells. Attack the product and I'll listen to what you have to say if you want to make a difference with investors... Doesn't make any sense to keep bringing up his name because no one knows who he is and the majority probably don't care. Just my opinion
