I can’t imagine trying to predict the start or finish of a major construction project right now. We are in month 6 of a 3 month renovation project with probably 2 months to go. No one wants to work, all subcontractors are short handed and supply constraints are commonplace. Doors are 4 months back ordered and even cushion stuffing is limited so we finally received outdoor chairs but with no cushions for months. The pilot plant will happen but I bet there will be speed bumps
...and that doesn’t include other revenue streams like the clay extraction or potential licensing of their technology
Not much new information but Menka did an excellent job presenting a great deal of information. She was very thorough and organized. Very reassuring
Invoice on Twitter for Conditional Use Permit ! Maybe that will stem the bleeding
What’s with April 14th?
Lots of companies will emerge that can recycle lithium batteries, but I want to be invested in the company that can produce battery grade lithium in 3 hours at 80% margins while generating almost 0 pollution from a plant running on solar energy.
Sounds as though things are starting to happen. 25 million share offering for capital for construction and now the OTCQB...Is that a necessary step before Nasdaq or is there some advantage to that designation first?
Doug seemed giddy in that latest interview. Hope his excitement turns into share price increase real soon. This much volatility has been unpleasant
The bears are coming out pumping a pending stock offering...
Where did everybody go?
Don’t forget the 3-4hr turnaround time from old battery to new battery grade materials ready to be used, all in a closed loop system with little if any waste products. Not to mention, the entire plant will be solar powered.
I like the sound of that!
...I would add that ABTC may serve as the stockpiler of these metals for the government
Thanks So much for the link.
Is there a non-Twitter link for the webinar tomorrow? I just can’t bring myself to support that incredibly biased platform.
Nice to see the incentive milestones for the CFO. At least you know he is seriously motivated to get the PPS up.
Well this sucks
Have some pride and do some of your own due diligence. Here’s a start...

How are 38K shares traded if OTC is not open yet?
Ev companies are by default green companies. It only follows that they would preferentially support selling their feedstock to the greenest recycling company available. I don’t understand the chemisbehind what Ryan talks about but his process sounds very environmentally friendly. I am not a big greenie myself but it’s pretty clear where the industry is going
Sometimes I get the feeling that some people that post here have not seen any of the videos with Ryan or Doug talking about the proprietary nature of this process. I do wish they would go ahead and break ground though.
Thanks for the post. Ryan is a beast. He should definitely be involved in more promotional interviews for the company.
Any news on this?
Not your typical OTC stock. Non toxic funding, actual construction underway with video camera soon, proprietary technology, totally green process, recent technology awards, impressive hires, red hot market sector. What’s not to like...our pps? That’ll change, just hold
There was a notification here a while back
I thought the conference call was pretty good although I didn’t learn a whole lot more than we already knew. Elimination of toxic convertible debt is a great thing with no plans to use toxic debt again. Backup credit line in place. Permitting underway for new site with contractor chosen and financing in place. Doug is confident we will see significant revenue generation beginning 11/21. No shortage of feed stock whatsoever. Completely green process, revolutionary and proprietary. I asked about the comparison in carbon footprint between a completely recycled new battery versus a new battery from mined lithium. He liked the question but didn’t answer it. My overall impression was that this is a fantastic opportunity in a space that is going to explode with rapid development of EVs. Holding tight, adding on dips.
Pretty volatile today. Steadily adding on dips
Ramble all you like, that’s how I learn. Very exciting technology and very capable people in this business. With the inevitable growth of EVs, it is only a matter of time.
Well, I certainly hope you are correct. But I would think someone would buy us out long before we got to that PPS.
True. I guess I have just been wondering if there was perhaps a different chat room where there is more discussion. I am a long-term holder with approximately 200 K shares. Will hold for years if necessary.
Where is everybody on this board? Why so quiet?
Hard to imagine this won’t climb considerably once construction of the plant is well underway
I guess we just have to tuck this one away and wait for it to take off once these processing plants are up and running. Very frustrating that it does not reflect what is coming and can’t seem to hold gains.
That little blip to .1997 was encouraging. More to come
Does anybody know the potential impact of the “quantum battery“ on this recycling business? It seems as though that battery is also based on lithium, more than likely. I wonder if this technology recycles the components for that glass battery as well.
Is it just me or did $0.15 feel better?
The patient is showing signs of life !
Great interview. I like the sound of becoming a $1 billion company.
