I googled the name of the founder and saw a bunch of stuff including a pdf titled "not for publication" from four days ago. It says his appeal was denied. Is that what you are talking about?

Thank you guys for the quick replies. I am not very good at this stuff but my new TV got me thinking about how things are changing. I work hard for my money and if there was a way to invest in a small company that might get big, it could help put a few extra ziti in the pot for the future. The shop I work for has good owner who runs the place. How is the management here? If I am out of line with these questions, let me know.

I'm new to ihub and investing in the pinks but I bought a new TV at Walmart and it had Ultraflix on it. Can someone with history here please give me the scoop on this company?
