I have just one questions for all of the readers here? Why hasn't the company released the ground water sample results? It appears from their last news release that they have them. Everything this company is about is based on the ground water results because that is what gives them the edge. Please don't say that the company that they use to extract the results has equipment that is damaged. That isn't an acceptable answer. Are they in discussions with Newmont for a buyout of the property? Are the results terrible? The last news release basically said that we are homing in on a Tier 1 discovery, but we aren't going to tell you anything about our data yet, so just trust us. They also mentioned that they are learning a lot from their drill hole separation placements and ability to home in on the mineralization. I really don't like to hear that you don't have any results to share, but you are learning a lot. Most of the time that means I didn't find anything, but learned a lot from the experience to apply to our next exploration site. Thoughts from anyone?

The one thing I have learned about thsi stock is that it doesnt trade like a normal stock. If we hit 1.7 million, it will probably go up.... even if they are way off of their projected 10 million for year end. Even when we had that severe market crash recently, this stock weathered it like the market was all rosy. Also, what I have noticed is that even the slightest hint of good news this stock is like a rocket ship. The share price skyrockets. I have to believe that the float is so tight that its like when I wear my nice tight jeans for my hubby and my but squeaks because the cheeks are so tight in them!
I called Etrade due to my problem in my post below. Etrade has restricted the sale of Cryoport stock. Dont believe me, call them. That will cut volume down a bit, I bet. So what do you have to do to get on Etrade's restricted stock list?
I will let you folks chew on that one and then try and spin it positively. LOL

Use some common sense folks. They are raising the number of shares available. They are moving to new facilities. When you move facilities, it takes a lot of time and resources to complete this. Your eye gets taken off the ball. They wont be hitting their quoted targets, but they will be bringing in the new year in nice comfy new facilities. They did get a fantastic deal on the facilities for California. I would be highly surprised that they could go from the numbers they had the last two quarters to numbers that they need to make their guidance. It just isn't going to happen. Again, use common sense.

Considering the guidance at the beginning of the year, all of the new customers, the expanded sales force, and everything else...a 200k gain quarter over quarter is aweful honestly. If you think anything else, you are fooling yourselves. They are indicating that they will have sales of 150 million over 5 years with 20% growth per quarter over 19 more quarters? The numbers dont add up. Time to get out of this stinker. Maybe years down the road this might be worth investing in. The revenue is moving up, but so are the expenses. Its not worth $2.50 a share. More like $1.50 or less. I will be back later this quarter when after it plummets some more. I see many of you holding out for the conference call and for good news....good luck with that!

The sales numbers could and probably should be higher than what you might think. Think about all of the companies last quarter that Cryoport made public announcements about bringing onboard for to provide transportation services for. I would think that there should be significant sales numbers behind all of those announcements, unless its smoke and mirrors....

I think its very responsible of the company to explain what happened with the financing in an open forum. As for the numbers, I would like to see 1.7 million as the low, 1.9 million as the middle, and 2.1 million as the high. We are aiming for 10-12 million at the end of the year, so these numbers may be a little low.
I think the stock flies at anything above 2 million.

I'm pretty sure there was a 90 day lockup clause on those Aegis and Felt shares. You shouldnt have to worry about them dumping, right? Maybe someone dumped their shares when they found out about the deal and maybe that was before the market found out. I couldnt speculate on that though. :)

Nice article out today promoting Cryoport. They are projecting 150 million in revenue over the next 5 years based on 45 of their existing clinical studies. They better come out with some huge supporting numbers in the next few days or this is going to look like a lot of hot air.
I for one am hoping that they did extremely well this last quarter. Kind of bummed my 401k money hasnt settled yet so that I can buy more into this stock (hopefully at a lower price in the next three days, say $2.30 or below).

Most likely they could not fill the PP for whatever reason. Even though they said they had a firm commitment, it did not happen. If there was that much interest in the PP, it would still have been filled at the original price. The committed investors went away for whatever reason and this is all Cryoport could get. Cryoport wanted the full amount of the PP. Please do not accuse companies of fraudulent activities when you do not have the facts. As many of you on here have said before, you need to be careful of what you say with publicly slandering companies. If you have facts that prove your accusations then by all means make them public, otherwise you should tread carefully.
As I had indicated before, this stock was going to $2.30 or less and hopefully down to $1.70 so that I may buy more :) I base those forecasts on my analysis of the company and the market. If they come out with great news in four days on the Quarterly, that would be great! I do like this company and I always have. I just had to wait until the price was right to buy :)

As I said months ago, there goes HALF of your investment money. The PR folks did a great job keeping you all on the line until they got a partial pp. They obviously couldn't fill the pp at the price they were pitching.
Anyway, this is great news for someone who hasn't bought in yet. New price $3.25 per share with a $3.57 cap on the stock for a little while. This thing is going to get shorted into the ground for awhile, until they show sales numbers equaling their guidance.

As I said before, I will be buying your shares from you for next to nothing very soon. You should probably get out while you can and at least save 2/3 to 1/2 of your investment, especially if you are in the green. My previous question may be irrelevant as I see that they are utilizing their B stock for offerings and hiding that there without diluting the common stock visibly. Or maybe they are holding off on the offering until after the stock is uplisted to keep the share price up fairly high.
The share price has already dropped to a new low of $6 from $8 or so in the last couple of weeks. It wont be long before we visit my sub $2 predictions. Although, the company could prove me wrong with an exceptional quarter where they bring in $2-3 million. If they can pull that off, I would put my tail between my legs, suck up any pride that I have and say that I was completely wrong on this one. I highly doubt the company brings in over $1.4 million this quarter, if they are lucky. I am betting the company comes in with around $7 million revenues for the year, which is better than last year, but way less than guidance..
Any thoughts?

Does anyone know when the massive dilution hits for the offering? What is the dilution 3-1 or 4-1? I thought we would have seen the dilution hit already as it was supposed to be completed concurrently with the reverse.
Any thoughts or insight would be appreciated.

Everything that I have predicted has happened so far. If I remember correctly, Mr. Ice indicated that the reverse split was far off into the future (3 months or more if I remember correctly) and that the reverse split would be unlikely to happen based on past and hopeful future performance of the company. Its amazing how many promoters that companies hire to post on these boards to help keep their stock price up. Yes, it is a proven fact that promoters and bashers CAN affect the share price on a board. Just as you have indicated before Mr. Ice, there have been suits over things posted on the board because it has been proven that comments on these types of boards DO affect share price.
The promoters can keep talking down about my negative short term view of the company, but I am allowed to have my opinion. As everyone can see that is reading my posts, my predictions have started to come true. So that basically means that your predictions have been completely incorrect thus far Mr. Ice. Yes, I predict the share price to go lower over the next several months and it will.
If you want facts I can give them to you. Please rest assured that I have done my due diligence and I have a 235 page report with all of the numbers, clauses, details anyone could ever want about this company sitting right next to me at my dinner table, which I have read three times now just so I didn't miss anything.

I tried to warn all of you about the promoters on this board paid to promote the stock. Now look, just as I said, they got the company to the reverse split and disappeared and now you are stuck holding the bag. Now for the great part...as this thing slides into oblivion I will buy it up as it hits bottom, which will be around $1.25-1.80 once everything washes out. I am sorry that many of you had to learn this lesson the hard way. Honestly, I learned the hard way too. Next time I would recommend considering all of the comments on a board, even if they aren't as positive as everyone else's view.
There was one individual who was posting multiple times every single day, that had way too much information for someone to have..... He would reply to every single post that was put out there by someone and put a positive spin on it.
He was a promoter.

Good morning everyone. Please dont say that you werent warned about what was going to happen. There are PR folks on this site that are going to feed you positive information about this stock all day long. They are here for one reason, to keep and get the share price up while the private placement is completed and the private investors make their money. In my opinion, this stock will drop to the $1.50-1.75 range if not more in the next month and a half. That will be the time that I dive in for some shares. I am truly sorry for those taken on a ride and I hope that you do not suffer losses and I am completely wrong. I do like this company, but I will wait until after the massive dilution to be completed before I become a shareholder. This is only my opinion and prediction. Please all do your own dd.

Reverse Split and Public Offering. Ok folks, I have not posted on here before, but have been following this company closely over the last year. I was waiting for it to dip below 43 cents in recent months, but it kept going up. Finally bought in at 61 Cents and bailed out at 83 Cents or so in multiple trades. On the evening that I invested this company announced the reverse split and public offering. YES, I thought that this company was heading the right direction with growth. Although, now I see that the company is willing to do that at the expense of its shareholders. Look if this company was so great wouldn't they get to the minimum dollar requirements this year for listing on the Nasdaq anyway? All they would have to do is show growth meeting their guidance from early this year over the next two quarters and we would have been there. THERE WOULD BE NO NEED TO DO A REVERSE SPLIT IF THIS WAS THE CASE AND THEY WOULD MEET GROWTH GUIDANCE. Heck, we would be over $1 after this next quarter. So then I ask, why are we doing the reverse split??? I knew the public offering was coming and was ok with that as they needed working capital to make through the year until they break even and start making money in 2016. A little dilution there would be fine. Reverse splits rarely ever work out to the benefit of a shareholder!!! Someone on here was comparing this penny stock to a very well established bank that did a reverse split? Are you serious? You cant compare a penny stock to a stock listed on the NYSE. I think we have a penny stock promoter on this board. Its pretty easy to detect those folks when you find them on these boards. They are usually the PR folks at the penny stock company. They use you for your money to help the company to get to the next level. That's the way this world works. Some of you may say no way and want to believe in the better side of folks and companies, but let me say that I have warned you. Let me also say, if you think that the reverse split and the public offering wont go through, you are crazy. Its going through. They need the money, period. The reverse split is advantageous to new investors. The price will be 4-5 dollars after the split and will fall fairly quickly and probably hover above a $1.20-1.50 for awhile until late in the year or early 2016 where it will climb back up some. Those who wait until later in the year or early 2016 will profit the most, unless there is more dilution, which is entirely possible. Please, before you invest...really think about this one. I am already out of this stock and made some $$. This company probably has a bright future, but unless you are ok with watching your investment go to 25% over the next year or two and then finally breaking even and then making money at the end of year two or in year three..then don't invest here yet.
