ALSO WERE TALKING ABOUT TEMPORARLY USING SUNBURST AS AN ACTION ONLY LOT OPEN ONLY WED AND SATURDAYS FOR AUCTIONS,AND SHIPPING THE CARS THAT DIDN'T SELL TO THE MESA LOT. SUNBURST WAS RUN AS A USED CAR LOT WITH ALL THE EMPLYEES 7 DAYS A WEEK. I KNOW THEY HAVE LET SEVERAL PEOPLE GO/FIRED. NOT JUST HERE BUT THE OTHER LOTS AND OFFICES AS WELL.

GEIV changed to NAUG. NWAU is a tracking stock and won't change, but go
away after the record date is set, which happens only after filing is
declared effective.

A long way off ? Why does Schwab show NAUG at 4.50 ? I would say the split is taking place on Monday.

Of course PB doesn't expect any audited financials, then again he did not expect a symbol change or anything else that would say this company is going forward and is for real.

I am very sorry for posting that the numbers would come out the same day. But I was right about the rest. I was told before I left Arizona by Scott that the paperwork will be submitted and the audited numbers for the second Q will be out sometime before months end, and the third Q audits will be out in November. I did not correct my post earlier because I wanted to see this happen first. I am confident that we will se those numbers soon. As for auction results not being updated, they were in the process of moving offices and hiring new positions, one of which would be in charge of the web sites/updates. There car sales have been better every week. I don't think Scott has been skewing the numbers, we will be pleased.

NWAU buys every single car, and every car has a gps unit when the car is paid off they give the owner the option of keeping it for a monthly fee, if not they remove it. Insurance companys are giving breaks on insurance rates for autos that have gps. And if someone skips to mexico they have the ability to get the car. They also use the goe fensing feature, they mark a boundery and when the vehicle enters it they are alerted and then repo the car. It makes it more cost effective than driving to the southern tip of Mexico to retrieve a car worth 4,000 bucks. By the was they are working with some large entity in Mexico. Not sure but I think the company has contracts with the Mexican government.

I have been in Scottsdale for 5 weeks, went to the auction, those are pictures I took, Have met with Scott and Keith, have seen the new navicom office (hence the nice table). They are actually going to be moving in the next month to a bigger office in Old Town Scottsdale, the bldg isn't completed yet. I can't say I know much more than they have released, but I did overhear that date. I am very comfortable in my position with this company, I do read the boards but don't post often. Sept 15th they are celebrating the "coming out" of the new unit at a resort in the area and everyone is invited. Everyone should be recieving a news letter sometime this week giving the details. NOWAUTO, INC. ENTERS INTO DEFINITIVE ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH GLOBAL-E INVESTMENTS

Global-E Investments to change name to NowAuto Group, Inc.

Scottsdale, Arizona: NowAuto, Inc. (OTC: NWAU), which operates four auto dealerships in the Southwest and owns Navicom, a GPS Tracking Tier I provider, announced today it has signed a definitive asset purchase agreement with Global-E Investments, Inc. (OTC: GEIV). Global-E, to be renamed NowAuto Group, Inc., will purchase all of the assets of NowAuto, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Navicom, Inc. and Sunburst Car Company, Inc. Upon closing of the transaction and the filing and clearance by the SEC of a registration statement on Form SB-2, NowAuto, Inc. will distribute to its shareholders all of the Global E shares it received under the agreement.

Scott Miller, CEO of NowAuto, Inc., stated, “We are very pleased to have executed this agreement. Upon completion of the transaction, we will be a fully reporting company, will have greater visibility in the public markets and, we believe, improved access to the capital markets to fund our growth.

About the transaction

Global-E will have 1,550,000 shares outstanding at closing; all other existing shares will be canceled of Global-E and will issue 8,157,661 new shares of its common stock to acquire all of the assets of NowAuto, Inc. The 8,157,661 shares will be distributed, after registration, to the NowAuto, Inc. shareholders. NowAuto Group will file the SB-2 registration statement sometime in late August or September. Once the registration statement is declared effective by the SEC, a NowAuto, Inc. shareholder record date will be set and holders will receive one share of NowAuto Group common stock for every three shares of NowAuto, Inc. owned on the record date.

As part of the agreement, all Global-E board members will resign, to be replaced by NowAuto, Inc. designees, and Scott Miller, the NowAuto, Inc. CEO will be appointed the CEO of NowAuto Group. NowAuto, Inc. will continue to be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol NWAU until the distribution of Global E shares has been completed. Global E will continue to be quoted under the symbol GEIV until the NowAuto Group name and a new ticker symbol are obtained.

Well licenced or not all threelots were open for business and selling cares in March, was there saw it with my own eyes.

Yes, they are, just thought you were referring to months and months ago or last year when they purchased Navicom, because it was confusing as to just what we bought.Kieth or Scott never claimed to have purchased the ownership of any gps units or technology. Technically we bought the name, at least that's my take on it talking to Kieth. Do you doubt that we are producing the units ? The product is exclusivley ours, technically NAWU doesn't own the factory or employees The units were designed for us we contact out to have them built. Maybe in the future we will have our own Factory/engineers etc.. This is a step in the right direction from just buying a gps unit from some other company that is manufactoring it.

Show us where NWAU claims to be a manufacturer of gps. Up until NWAU developed the two new units coming out, which are exclusivley ours, they did not own anything, an yes they did by the units from some other manufacturer. Didn't know that was some big secret and they were trying to cover that up.

In the business world 10 days is 10 business days, that would be next friday, I guess we will find out tomarrow what he meant.

Interesting, my husband has mush fewer shares than I, (he is kissing my aaaaaaaaaaaas right now) he has not recieved one thing, in fact I don't remember him recieving any news letter.Tee Hee, what is mine is his. havn't heard of any talks, but they are a pretty big deal in the area, they have been buying out the little guys, thats just what i heard from a local friend.

It's a start, castration would solve alot of repeaters. However usless thy invent on that can not be removed, implanting would make it harder. Similar to putting chips in pets, except that it would have gps, buy the way there is a battery life issue. the braclet that is used now, at least in Wisconsin does have to be changed out at a meeting with the parole officer. Assuming that the offender makes that meeting !

Its already available somewhere. Big market. They are use for dimentia/alzhimere patients, and correcction all over the US use GPS ankle braclets they just need to be improved, For sex offenders (IMHO) should have a chip implanted, makes it a little harder to remove. and if removed punisment of castration. I personally think that should be first.

Sorry I was respnding to a post about monthly subscription rates and forgot the $ sign !

Our internal affairs is using it, so I am not sure, given the unit they are pretty secretive. I can't imagine why they wouldn't like the unit, however I do no the departments budget, need I say more. I couldn't see our deparment ordering more that a handfull of units, to pay a monthly subscription fee is something I can't see them wanting to do. But we do have a relitively new chief who was the last US Marshall under the Clinton administration. She is more innovated with technical tools and is from Milwaukee, she was a Captain and took a leave of absense to serve as Marshall, so she is committed to the department. To give you and example of how stupid our past administrations have been.......... About 15 years ago the department bought computers (100's of them)for the squads, they sat in storage for years and were never installed. One of the reasons was that they decieded the continuing fee to have access to NCIC/DOT would cost to much ! We now have computers installed in every marked squad and they are hooked up so they must be paying that bill! I did some calling around back in March and Chicago's Department of public works has gps units on everything, and the police department was looking into it. Just like cell phone 10 years ago to now, gps will unfold the same way. They will probably be in every phone !! Anyway I recently retired and am not planning on going back to visit !! If they order units I'm sure Kieth will put out a PR.

That picture was taken by me in the garage of the Tucson dealership. I wanted to give an example of the size, the new units that we had made and are patent by the company are smaller. Didn't think ahead what I was putting the unit on.

IMO this stock/company will make us all money !!!!! My husband and I have met with Scott, Kieth and Tino, They have great vision and leadership ability and so far have been able to make the connections. This thing will explode with Navicom !
