That profile also reads that she's from Fort Lauderdale, which is wrong. More red flags.
Hmmmm, I just checked that fb profile.
That beautiful face doesn't look like someone from the western hemisphere, to me she looks like she could be polish or something.
No way her real name is Irene Black.
Interesting why they would make up a name like that? Hmmmmmm
I'll research some more into it.
How are they going to facilitate the merger? Are they buying out a company for cash or stock? If stock means more dilution down the road. The stock might be restricted but it will flood the market before you know it. If cash the creditor will prolly receive the stock priced much higher. We might see some traction once they start to produce news if the merger actually comes through. How is the company going to secure outstanding debt? We should've seen some positive impact on the share price with all the hype going on, no wonder investors are bailing out. Some things just don't add up.
It sure as hell reeks of yet another mini me failed startup venture.
They dont even bother to cover up by changing key figures names who have been involved with them for over 10 years ago.
Hugo Rubio and zoran cvetojevic have been around since mini me chnw ugly franchise divested into a few other franchises both of which ended up in a crapper.
Having said that, Irene black could be yet another name they made up so yeah mini me is at it again. However some of their stocks skyrocketed 10,000% in a day and if their pump campaign kicks on and price starts to creep up it won't be long before they unload their stock on the bagholders and laugh all the way to the bank.
Maybe, but just maybe this scenario does not play out.
Successful biz people you say, huh?
Share buyback never happened and is unlikely to happen.
We need a confirmation that the share structure has remained undisturbed for I verily believe that, based on the performance of the stock price, the company was doing nothing but increase the public float count.
The numbers on the float that somebody posted before is a straightforward BS.
Over 110 million shares traded in 2 days and the stock sits hammered at the bottom. Do you NOT think with all the buying pressure taking place we should see the price pop up or at least kick up a notch?
Funny how mini me pushes out their same ol crap on the shareholders and they keep biting the same rotten bait. share buyback, float lockup, uplisting to higher venues, divvy distribution, becoming fully compliant, current and transparent in their filings are some of their flatout bs they've been feeding the public for years! None of that ever came to a fruition.
Don't take my word for anything, go ahead and do your own research. I am not taking their word for granted. Between their word and my common sense I choose my common sense. Works for me. GLTY
Lol, speaking of typos, has anyone tried to get a hold of their IR at 561 257 3155. I have and after leaving them a voice mail I got a text back:
thank you for contacting EEGI investor relations. if your inquiry is of retail shareholder common stock nature please e nail us at eegi@mail.com regards eegi
I tried looking up e-nails online but couldn't find any. Maybe their IR return my call and address some of my concerns but I am not holding my breath for that to happen.
Yes, I am a hero, a real superhero, thanks for pointing that out.
Big time dilution day today. Fact, period.
Big chunks being sold @ .0001 means someone's desperate to make a quick buck and move on.
I know right. With all the sells going through today what are we to expect when news drops and more buyers start to come in? They won't let it breathe.
I don't have to answer that question for you but yes, I was invested. Whatever your strategy is is nobody else's biz but yours. However I do have a problem seeing mini me blatantly do the same routine times and times again after my DD has proved me right MANY times in the past. I don't know if I saved or helped somebody else make money, I'm not soliciting either, I'm just making a point. I dont want you to base your investing decisions by listening to my advice. As a matter of fact I want to encourage you to do your research as well and bring it up on the chat boards so we can discuss it, that's why boards are for. I am hoping this answers your question.
Since when was I the topic of this discussion? Down another-50% on over 5mil shares! Amazing!!
Have you received their mailout the other day where they solicit eegi as a good entry point? Well I have. And I know what it means. And i have seen it MANY times before. You don't seemt to question everything you see, do you. That's what they feed off of. The best way to learn it is the hard way. You'll thank me later.
What good company stirs a buzz and then dumps millions of shares for a quick buck!!!!!
Instead of adding value to the stock price and then maybe sell some to raise some funds to grow business they unarguably get rid of as many shares as they can and the stock fell flat on it's face again!
There is not even an interim management! These same names have been around since before chnw days which is another mini me related stock. All they do is sign a power of attorney which gives the mastermind a power to sell the controlling interest of the stock right into the market. The ploy has been working ever since and each time small time shareholders would wind up holding bags.
Can you post a l2 snapshot for us here? It has been a common practice by these controlling people to sell the crap out of their stock into a run which as a result held the pps down. I've seen it happen many times before. I dont mean to rain on your party, to me looks like these folks are at it again. Glta
I agree on the upside potential. The volume is creeping in but I cannot confirm a no dilution as I don't have my l2 quotes. We might as well see a run here but if so make sure you bank your profits before they bank it on you!
Take it from somebody whos been around for over a decade. Otherwise you can start digging deeper by going through other mini me related boards. I am trying to save you a hassle. Do your dd and let me know what you find.
Mr. Cvetojevic is nothing short of a string puppet who has handed over a power of attorney to his boss so he can have a full control over the stock! Mr cvetojevic is not knowledgeable as to what current mj market conditions are in China and has no beneficial impact on the company either. Mr. Cvetojevic does nothing but sit on his a$$ along with another serbian pleb that goes under the name of 'irene black' who sporadically drops a few unsubstantiated lines of crap on chat boards. That sec article was writen by mini me with a delusional intent of duping more novice investors into their dilution machine! Dont be duped!!
Well, let's put things in right perspective then. It is a pennyland indeed. However, true longs know the history of this stock, it's ex management which I believe is still pretty much around, the performance of this stock and its inglorious demise.
But if by some miraculous force this thing kicks on again you should have your exit strategy put in place lol
A no bid and skull'n'bones coming to a town near you. 3 mil shares sold at .0001 today knocked the pps down another 50%, that's like $300 worth of trades. A shame, isn't it.
We heard that some plebs from Serbia were planted on chat boards to spur doubt and trash/pump random stocks they haven't done any research on. That's what's up.
True longs are all PUMPED for that to materialize.
What's up with MASSIVE LOSSES that took place here under the SAME management?
If I am going to put my money into this one I am going to ask questions HARD which you have never been able to address!!!
Lol, I know right
Why are you working for MMG?????????????
Dude...ima pull my old records of this stock for your own, uhm, indulgence.
All nwtt did in the past was print shares while the purportedly merged company was producing news. Pump and dump routine if you will. With that being said why would the investors be so pumped about the rm you are touting around here?
Thanks for letting us know mini me has NEVER rescinded its ties with this stock, as a matter of fact they're still pretty much around!!!!! Not good IMO!
Oh no, an old a$$ mini me stock is being promoted again!!
I can walk you through the entire history of this detestable stock since before mini me took over.
Do you really want some insightful info on this piece of an abomination???
Don't be duped!!!!
Hey waterchaser,
to answer your question, I don't have PM privileges so I'll respond to you here.I went through his posts a while ago and he doesn't seem to me like he's compensated to promote/endorse mini me stocks however I do believe he maintains consistent communication with them via e-mails/phone etc. Sadly, he's been duped and he doesn't get it. Oh, well
I'm gonna front load this scam, pump the crap out of it and sell to some dupe that doesn't understand the game.
I know, right. Hell, I'd rather blow all my money in Vegas then let these creeps play me for a fool.
- Best
I'm very glad someone spotted the pattern here. And mmg folks be like "we got a deal coming, quick throw it out on the boards....no, wait, hold it off for now" lol
I thought it was gonna be fun this time, nah, still hit and miss.
Let me fill you in on the blanks here really quick. MMG had been running the same bait in the past about their companies filing docs to become fully SEC transparent. Truth is NONE of their companies EVER become fully SEC compliant. Fact, period. They're now pushing out that same crap in thinking that people have forgotten about those undelivered promises.
As a matter of fact MMG was doing just that: getting off SEC eyes first and then throwing out garbage PRs and unaudited worthless filings.
I would assume you do have a clear understanding of what MMG stands for.
What's in it for the investors? Even more dilution. You might think that the shares need to mature first before they can flood the market however MMG has always found a way around it to dump the stock at a discount and make their money. It is the investors that got shafted EVERY time.
Taking turns, right? Who of you two is now driving behind this handle? Now we know what you don't want us to know, that's what's up.
Keep 'em coming Rothman!!!
That's what MMG said and I don't trust them for a minute. Ever wondered why they STILL have their paid touts on boards?
The same crew of paid shills has been dangling the same rotten carrot about this baby being able to deliver multiples on investment. How is this even possible given the fact that the stock hit the bottom after being massively diluted?!?
WOW!!! I might have some bad news for you right here:
How is this super-thin when there's no market for the stock, no volume? No real business, no feasible entity underneath the hood to garner any interest. Only paid MMG shills touting this turd to make up their daily quota. Unreal!!
What's the share structure like, was anybody able to talk to their transfer agent? They might not push that PnD effort before they'd do a reverse split to knock that zillion figure back to a reasonable range. I mean c'mon MMG, it's been years now I thot you could do better than that.
.
Investors had too much of that hype already. Just because someone threw $400 in it doesn't mean this is going to soar anytime soon given the history of the company that ran the stock all the way down from 0.1 right to the ground.
