He's not helpful but if he ever gets to lay any support he'll have to go through reverse split. If he ever decides to throw millions in it that's what's coming next.
Hype is on the board, pump was over the moment Steve realized the buzz didn't work. No need to pump any further it doesn't help.
Again, one's common sense is their best friend in supporting facts. It's a cheapass dirty overdiluted pig with over 8 BILLION shares in the public float. Go ahead and disagree.
Regardless of how you call it .0001 is here to stay, it's called deception. And no, Steve did not partner with anyone who's putting millions into a hyperdiluted 8 billion floater that can't pass the. 0001 mark.
Fact??? What fact? There's no fact that the guy is involved here and is putting millions in this charade. Only pure speculation. Who in their right mind throws millions into an 8 billion floater that can't even pass the. 0001 mark?!?!?! Lmfao give me a break!
Steve got a dirt cheap shell in thinking he'd be able to pump it beyond pennies guess he can't even get his money back lololol.
The pump is over eegi is toast deal with it!!!
Make eegi trade again
This stock shook hands many times after it saw the volume you're referring to. Totally irrelevant to what the company is going through today. Oh and yes, the price barely moved a bit before crashing back down. Do you take it to mean it would take another 2 billion volume for eegi to kick it up a notch???
Same here. Totally confident in reasoning about this one. But hey if it ever so happens that insider information available to some IMO accidentally hits my account you can rest assured I will delightfully bring it up for everyone's attention here.
Use your common sense. That's your best friend in supporting facts.
Do we now have a reason to believe that inside information has been posted here by some who claim otherwise??? Hmmmmmmmm
Snowdenning scams can be rewarding itself. Thanks for confirming that.
Yawn. .0001, no action, interest or movement. That's what's really boring.
It is important to know who runs the shitshow.
Fact: this stock is dead thanks to the individuals who sucked the lifeblood out of it. It's not doing fine.
Was that before or after they lied they were buying shares back to lure unsuspecting investors into buying this sham?
Lol you still appear not to comprehend that those cannot be taken as facts.
In case you missed it those days that I was talking about actually took place not so long time ago and didn't help the price a single bit! It is way more realistic to expect increased share count coming from those events then a baseless tremendous breakout that you're looking forward to. Q1 results are coming up, they will tell us what Steve and friends have in store for the investors. Those will be the facts.
It is still unclear how tweets and individual emails could be taken as facts when they're not. But I guess you answered that question for us.
It was trading once like upwards of 160 million shares a day for several days in a row and didn't move a bit. That's hysterical.
Plenty of facts on this company were provided indeed but those don't include screenshots of emails and tweets because they're not factual information.
If you need some facts I will delightfully provide them to you.
Well said, SF.
Attached in the ibox is also a snippet of a mmg mailer about a touted share buyback that was canceled afterwards. So much for the info in the ibox being accurate and up to date.
Those who didn't are still holding a worthless bag of shares IMO
I don't care a bit what you think you know about this charade. I'm confident about my reasoning behind this one and will make sure everone gets my message across. To keep a good balance.
That's not what I said read my post again. You don't know whether eegi will make any money or not. As of right now it's not making anyone any money (not even you LMAO) and with the way things are working out chances are slim there will be any in the foreseeable future. It's so obvious one would've thought everyone got that by now. Well, uhm lol
There are no news. That's the only news you'll get. How's that positive?
The only people who were able to make money here were mmg. Other than that the vast majority of small time shareholders lost their money in that scam. Somehow that little detail got omitted.
Gotcha! Weeeeeeee
No it doesn't. Another summer woes excuse coming up next. 0001 is here to stay. Not good.
Then I'm not even gonna bother. It's not even worth it.
I will put together a big post supported by screenshots of publucly available information and try to address our new ceo's neglectfulness of why he's not moving forward with things.
hey waterchaser glad to have you here to add a voice of reason to the balance.
Some will also pump it to get novice traders to buy their stock and then break out even.
I'm wondering how much Steve paid MMG for the shell. Looks like there's a big sale going on right now.
So if playing pinkies is a lottery game why just not say so?
If you're going to trade this for a quick profit that's fine just don't tell me how this is a play of the century because it's not.
Thinking otherwise will not help, you know.
Keep having fun with this turd
Weeeeeee
Give me a break! That means squat here.
It's more than obvious that he started out by getting this dirty hyperdiluted shell from mmg on the cheap and then ran a pump to get investors into buying the stock. He was however pinning his high hopes to get it to trade anywhere above the solid rock bottom before dumping millions of shares at .0001
Let's recap: failed share buyback, more dilution, phantomic merger that never materialized, botched hype about Kevin pumping millions of $$$ into a pig that barely ever traded above .0001. No biz-savvy investor blows their money into such an abomination. Let's see what trick Steve pulls out of his hat next.
Eegi was presented with more than decent opportunities to show some beef when the stock traded a couple of hundred millions of shares in volume per day for several days straight. It returned nothing. What's gonna take for eegi to run? A real buyback, merger and aggressive email promotion. The truth is none of these are coming. The pump is over. Eegi is toast.
I'm extremely happy to hear this is working out with you just fine lol
It's a pump'n'dump scheme regardless of whether it's making you money or not.
By the same token this pos presented me with an opportunity to Snowden what I believe to be a scam. I've done my DD and I totally don't care how (un)comfortable the stock is making you feel, this board is to talk about the stock and I'm here to stay. So is the pps.
The only option the CEO has is to dump stock at .0001. Hundreds of millions if not billions of shares have flooded the market since the share count was last reported. You are about to witness that shortly. Can't get a better price then .0001 to dump stock at. Amazing!
Agreed. This is a pure SCAM!!!
Who do you think makes those company info updates on otc markets website? The same individual who puts up filings, news and other updates. But hey if a filing is what you need then wait for the upcoming Q1 results to come out.
I have been saying the same and could not agree more with the accuracy of the figures the poster outlined in his comment. That's the hard rock bottom line.
Excellent DD nodummy.
I also strongly believe that they sold hundreds of millions if not billions of shares into the free market since the time the float/ OS of 7.5/ 8.1 billion respectively was last reported which was about a year ago.
The newly updated figures to include that should come out in a filing by July 1st. It's also worth mentioning that MMG knowingly touted EEGI before they handed it to Steve about a stock lockdown / buyback which they knew they couldn't afford. Plus it is still unclear what happened to the merger from over a year ago that they issued more common stock for.
Comes to a sane mind that printing shares is sole modus operandi of this company. They cannot afford a merger and/or cannot find a suitable company to merge EEGI with. If they had one they would've PR'd the company's developmental news and kept shareholders abreast of progress being taken. There is no progress here and FINRA is used as an excuse to buy more time.
Past is detestable. Presence is abominable. That's what we KNOW about this company. Whoever ignores that fact deserves to be swindled out of their money.
That was a recycled post, some of those points I already addressed by replying to you before.
We can only speculate about things that we don't know. You don't know what mergers if any are coming and how sizeable they will be. You know what happens when you assume things. I am concentrated on what WE KNOW about this stock and how that knowledge sets the course for this company. I don't care how grown up you think you are or what your investment plan or your goals are.
The only people who made any money here in the past were MMG. If you happened to be around this one to flip it for a quick gain that would be the only money you could've taken to the bank. In all actuality the majority of the investors ended up holding bags. Ask around.
And that was before the "dream team" took over. Today nobody is making ANY money and chances are slim that will change for the better. Why is it you may ask. Let's do a quick refresher here:
Steve has .0001 in store for the EEGI investors. No business, no deals in the works, nothing. Nada. Zero. Triple zero. Before you pull up Kevin's name let me tell you that no business-savvy people would in their right mind sink big moneys in a pinky shell with outrageously high share structure. IMO! Steve dropped the ball by not doing DD prior to taking over the shell and I'm afraid Kevin might as well walk away on this one. EEGI is not gearing up for a major breakout by the looks of it.
Moving on. Whatever happened to the merger that the company issued stock for? That one, I'm afraid has never been in the works to begin with. Was the stock ever returned to the treasury? That was never communicated by the company. Gotta love the lack of shareholder transparency!
And finally whatever happened to the share buyback? Oh, that one was canceled and even more shares were issued to secure old debt stemming from the ex management. Again, it was Steve's job to secure a DD into the shell which I believe he got from MMG on the cheap. It appears to me that MMG are selling their shells away at any price they can get today.
That's how you puzzle it together. I totally hate to rain on your party but that's how this pos is presenting itself to me. Things might turn around and make us some money but as of right now I have a reasonable doubt about it.
Blew the only precious free post I have per day on this board. Treasure it wisely!
