Hi Impact, am in same boat, making money on other stocks, not Ipci. Have had some decent luck with Mara and Agen recently. Am trying to keep my chin up, but keep getting knocked down here. Not sure how much more I can take. Good luck to you going forward...
Amen! eom...
Some of the money raised undoubtedly went toward the Chinese venture, including fees, travel, etc. Now they go back to the well for more, except that the well is drying up...clueless leadership...
Perhaps, but delisting would drive them even further from the public investors that they seem to need to survive. Going private might be a better option than delisting with the negative association that has, imo. Also cutting expenses does not seem to be in their DNA.
Seems to me a reverse split is now almost inevitable, followed by the anticipated share offering at or around $2.50?! Can foresee a ten for one reverse split and then a short attack driving down share price from there. Shareholders here deserve a better outcome than that!
Belated Happy New Year, Impact. I think your post bears reading again, especially by some of the newer posters that have appeared here recently. Thanks again for keeping the faith!
Agreed, I think we all know who has to gain from wiping Ipci off the map. How they can get away with it is the frustrating part. Cost is no object so long as they can eliminate their competition.
Agree, the warrants are worthless until they reach the strike or exercise price of $1.25. If not exercised, they expire worthless. This makes me think that the buyers of the share offering last October (@$1.10 per share), must have had some information that the company would be worth more than the currently trading price, sub one dollar, by the time the warrants expire sometime in mid April of 2018. Perhaps this would be a topic to broach with Patient at the meeting next week, i.e. who were the investors and what were they led to believe at that time?
Doog, we still have to get the bid up above a buck, the clock is ticking...we know for sure that by next year we can't be at these levels...

Funny, I've been having the same dream. They should never have legalized maryjane ;)
Big disappointing comment by Patient regarding the short attacks and the diminishing share price. Makes me wonder if the company has the right cfo? Another point to bring up at the meeting could be to inquire if anyone at IPCI has seen the news release by Amazon today that they are seeking/exploring entering into generic drugs (manufacturing) and whether they (Ipci) and existing partners, Par and Mnk, might approach Amazon with some of IPCI's leading edge technology (podras, etc) to make a case for potential venture in this area. Much better strategy than hand wringing and letting competition leave us in the dust.
My feeling is, that if Purdue is behind the manipulation, then they are concerned that success by Ipci will be detrimental to their market position on opiods. That would explain the determined effort by them or their agents to get the company delisted. If Ipci doesn't protect their interests then that may be the inevitable outcome. This is without even considering what a deep pocket competitor could do to exert undue influence on the FDA. All of these possibilities, unfortunately, have occurred before to other companies. Let's hope the company has a viable strategy going forward to rebuff these attacks on its stock price and on its reputation. We have to hope for the best. Best of luck to all, we're going to need it.
Doog, glad to hear some positive news, but on record setting day for the market am surprised that even positive news for IPCI won't move the needle into positive territory. Whose behind the unrelenting selling pressure??? Remains to be seen, I guess. Maybe the meeting with the company later this month may reveal the reason???
Tek, am still holding here but have dipped my toe into blockchain by purchasing some MARA shares. Think that may hold some upside...GLTY...
Hey Doog, just hope us loyal core types don't end up in Fairview cemetery:(
Doog, though I am in agreement with everything you say, the only ray of sunlight I see is that the sp is still above $1.
This despite calls by the shorts for a .50 cent sell off. I'm trying to stay positive, clutching at straws...
GLTY, fmgrana.
Thanks Samsa. Just wonder what alternate Oxycodone ER product candidate they have??? Was detaching podras from Rexista due to the CL and if so why since timeline they mention seems the same for both?
Regards, fmgrana...
Samsa, why no mention of podras in the recent press releases?
Unless they have negotiated this technology away? Just wondering...thanks...
Wimike, shouldn't be a problem. I called from US and left message. Abby called back and the entire interview, about twenty minutes was completed on that call. Considering the importance of feedback from IPCI shareholders, I think even if it was on our dime it would be a worthwhile investment. Best regards.
Shorts covering??? $1.09 now...
Never believed that you had, not for a minute. One of the last questions on the interview was what are you proud of in regard to IPCI? I responded that I was proud to be associated with a strong core group of resolute and steadfast shareholders who are keeping the faith intact on their belief in this company. You Samsa and others are definitely the reason I have remained here and continue to believe in the mission to bring life enhancing medicines at affordable prices to patients. Best of luck to us all in the coming days!
If it goes low enough, perhaps Odidi will take it private?
Probably a mistake but options are dwindling. Just hope a reverse split isn't proposed, that would be the death knell for this company (I mentioned this to Abby on the investor questionnaire). Hope Wimusky is right and lawyers find those behind the manipulation of this stock, but will it be too late? Based on Impact's observations and his meeting with the company, IPCI seemed clueless on this subject which seems surprising to me, what has the former CFO been doing??? It seems time to circle the wagons, folks, and prepare for a final assault.
Impact, it is post 29867 by wimusky...
Impact, just go to post 29867 by wimusky. It references the name and phone number to call.
Agree wholeheartedly with thanks to wimusky! Just finished the survey with Abby. Was glad to add my opinion and sincerely hope the answers are heeded by the company.
Yikes! Does this mean Vega$ is off the table:(
IPCI has demonstrated that Rexista is bio-equivalent to Purdue's OxyContin. Accordingly, it can anticipate a "tentative" approval from the fda on Sep 25th regardless of the status of the patent issue at that time (see Mylan's tentative approval granted by fda on its anda 208592 re Salix's Relistor patent).

Agree with the noble sentiment expressed above for the victims of Irma, but how about a few of those thoughts and prayers trickling down to us long-suffering IPCI bag-holders, huh?
Not trying to be paranoid but someone or something seems to be trying to keep the price below one dollar. Hopefully tomorrow we'll break through that artificially set barrier...

It seems to me he is consistently bullish on that forum unlike others who post here...:(((
Tku stocking4ms, but I'm not on FB....
Mopar, I would be inclined to believe him over any others posting over there. Also, as you know the Company would never comment on Purdue rumors...
Stock Twits, msg on August 31st...
Sorry to hear that, would have liked an update on the Purdue lawsuit. Saw on another blog where Purdue was at IPCI office...
Hope the gag comes off soon...:(...
Where's Samsa????eom
