Well let's hope the wennie's got out so we can play at a much higher level today...
How many times does this happen after a great day before to open with a gap and then drop. It goes to show you how many newbies sign up to play in places they need to study, FIRST.
SirTemp'
the way these mm's are playing with it , they don't know how many shares they have....
pitful but fun...
Temp'
good call smartmoney77 EOM
just think that most investors are traveling, light today, so wait until monday....
temp'
agreed, thanks all 515k .027avg EOM
It's a long line guys... EOM
Yeah, I couldn't get in to save my life... it seems all of a sudden they let the brake's off...
Was left out for now...
Temp'
What's up.. all of a sudden.. EOM
Yeah, buying 280k, but they're only giving me 5k lots.... what's that all about?
Ok, now I see, others getting more too....
EOM
Temp';
Nathan, thanks... so let's see, 53mil on the float, 12mil already, possibly 15mil by the end of the day.
That's roughly 1/3 of the float.
Do we have a covering position by the MM's, influx of shares [maybe a private placement within the last 30 days], or ?
IMO, there's no way we'd be at .025... this is a serious flaw using sound reasoning.
Anyone else have a theory outside this being held down for unknown reasons?
HiTemp'
Q: I see a bit less than 40mil on the float, surely this can't be right. Anyone have an update?
SirTemp'
gilead.. that is sweet 90%+ EOM
Cropman... ditto, welcome EOM
gte-gold, I believe you're right, why wouldn't those who are losing a ton of cash in SLJB [been watching this one tank early]... not take what's left and make a jump into IESV.
PatientTemp'
News this am... EOM
Wait until 11am [IESV time] EOM
Jim, I'll join that group, thanks for info EOM
Yeah a contract with Organix EOM
Anyone else here proxy-vote IESV? EOM
I wrote Ellis regarding a visit sometime in Nov. One would need permission from the farms to visit the construction site... I was told. Then I received an email about two hours later regarding a possible tour date on the 30th of Nov, and shareholders meeting the next day Friday the 1st of Dec.
I take it he's gathering info from others who might consider both days. I for one am seriously considering both. I'm not writing this for everyone to jump onboard nor email Ellis with a ton of questions, I'm sure they'll come out with dates. But, consider what I said here and see if those dates fit as we wait further info.

Bonding will be a part if it if it goes through. No reason to think otherwise since all they needed was to prove "rev's" were coming in. Nuff said. As anyone should know who's taken the time to call, IESV has had a number of interested investors [those with millions] inquiring over the past months. I believe not only will IESV receive bonding, but someone will step to the plate and be part of our A-financing. A... as as in acceptable funds with no immediate dilution. Maybe even preferred shares out 5 or so years out.
I believe a lot of A-type investors have called, therefore I see Cornell way in the back ground. Don't know about you, but Ellis seems to be avoiding investors as of late. I've called 5 times in the past week, and he's always away from his desk.
That said, it's either a rat tap-dancing on his desk, or $20mil of gold-boulon. I believe he's not speaking due to the very sensitive nature of "current" funding opportunity now in play, so he'd rather not get to the phone, for he may slip and give part of it away. [grin]
Anyone else talk to him within the last week or so?
Temp'
Thanks, "paid for for sometime", as in since I was told about it, it has been about 6 weeks or so. I was told the equipment for the current 8 tanks, and not the next. That may clear some of it up.
Didn't have a number regarding the carbon-credits.... thanks!
Great time to be holding into mid 07.
temp'
Thanks, NYMEX was up today and closed at $6.85 http://www.bloomberg.com/energy/ so prices seem to be steady and slowing rising. About $1.7 mil at $6.85.
st
As Jim stated, the tanks are/were paid for and have for quite some time. It's funny how many over the past months including RB have stated how they doubt this.
Now someone tell me since I forgot, if 250mil gasses are a great amount, how does that equate to gross sales? I had the forumla once, but have misplaced it.
Temp'
Yeah, the sale to Intermountain is strategic, and other than a-type of funding [bonds],first-mover-status usually implies [best of funding], but I believe in this case management, [a lack of a true entrepreneur] has hurt IESV.
Dr. Keiser's resume is impeccable, but only as far as "engineering - scientific research", so who's to say... maybe he can pull it off. But when it comes to funding... all the R&D type of personalities don't mean a hill of aftermarket poopoo-beans, it's charismatic-hutspa man!
We'll see
SirTemp'
Those who have spoken to Dr. Keiser? EOM
http://intrepid21.com/news.htm Video release EOM
We'll see a huge rise in the pps before we see any news. Imagine IESV signs off for the bonding with three separate counties.. and all those "heads" within each county. How many eyes will see this draft if/when it comes about?
I tell you, JMO, that we'll see well above .08 before any of us know whether the bonding went though or not.
If not, it will lower slowly based on those already in for the long hall...
SirTemp'
Did anyone get the big message regarding the SB/2 change, in that it's now 85mil instead of 105mil? That's 20mil less but unfortunately, and one-big-stupidity for the company... and that is timing and [not their fault] attorney gobble'd gook.
So from what I read the change wasn't all that necessary, and using attorney language just to lighten 20mil? And on a day in which the stock should have run leveled off?
All I can say is about the SB/2?
a.) No need
b.) Poor timing
Who cares about the 20-mil drop due to the damage it caused a few days ago.
Anyway I find myself in a catch-22 here...
Temp'
RE: last statment.... what I meant to say is by the end of October as I just got off the phone with Steve Ellis. If we don't have bonding by the end of October, they will need Cornell. Which makes logical sense because of the projects IESV had going forward.
I personally and truly believe they will receive bonding, and if this happens we should know by the middle of the month, OCT, and not the end of the month.
Temp'
It's lost because of the ill-timing of the SB-2 release, so someone said that called the company this a.m. and whom ever he talked to, agreed. I'm guessing it was S Ellis, but after trying to call him all week... I'll wait until he calls me now.
My conclusion would be speculative...
Patience I guess is in order until we know more. As I've said once before, if we don't have some financing before the end of the month, Cornell may raise his ugly head. Therefore I'm giving IESV until come out shooting with both guns loaded before sun-down.
Sundown being by Sept 30th...
SirTemp'
So Jim, why don't other's here get the same clue? I wonder.... as I refuse to pay for these SEC filings until they Yahoooooooooo
Temp'
If IESV has even a CLUE as to funding outside Cornell, bonding etc.... why put this out before the general public?
If you imply to investors... what-if, what-if, what-if... as in WE DON"T KNOW where funding is coming from.
What are investors suppose to think?
This implies we don't have a clue as to funding.. .so!!!
If IESV had a clue as to bonds coming to the rescue, wouldn't it be wise not to publish this?
Talk about beating a dead-dog until the bones show.... geez!
T
Ellis out for the rest of the day EOM
I say that because I don't subscribe, so I leave it up to those that do. 85mil? hmmmm
Can't be right
Temp'
What in the hades is going on now? Another SB/2? Geez guys, don't ya just love it.
I guess it won't matter what funding comes about....
This is NUTS!!!!!!!!!!
Jim the MM's had a fun day, and some made a few bucks. But I wonder what 100k of IESV will be worth in less than a month?
Could have sold 100k today for $7,300
Will sell 100k [soon] for about $12-15k
Don't know when, but it would seem a reasonable price once funding is in place.
PatienTemp'
I'm not going to ask if you've sold any yet, so don't ask me if I've sold any yet.....
Not yet....
SirTemp
Indy 500 Area
Extremely positive... otherwise would Intermountain allow one of their largest customer to buy something that might harm them? Absolutely not!
If Intermountain lost their Galvanizing Plant in Paul, Idaho CUSTOMER... Who else might follow?
This is extremely positive....
Temp'
Yes, Gas, no numbers, follow though, generic in a sense that it leaves investors wanting.... MORE.
Not to mention PR Newswire, more costly, but a world-wide audience.
I really like the no fluff, easy to understand release.
