If IESV has even a CLUE as to funding outside Cornell, bonding etc.... why put this out before the general public? If you imply to investors... what-if, what-if, what-if... as in WE DON"T KNOW where funding is coming from. What are investors suppose to think? This implies we don't have a clue as to funding.. .so!!! If IESV had a clue as to bonds coming to the rescue, wouldn't it be wise not to publish this? Talk about beating a dead-dog until the bones show.... geez! T
