DVD starts to be delivered to investors on Jan 9th according to the investor relations page
Rod
No he said that TMM owns 100% of Q television. he owns 53% of it and the 47% is in the hands of the shareholders.
so your statement is infact an untruth.
i think that is agreat idea but it has to be done according the Washington state laws.
for a better idea of what you should put in the letter talk to Doctoall. he has formed a very pointed letter that i believe they will have a hard time postponing the meeting on .
Rod
completely possible. i have been thinking this was the plan for months now.
Rod
Yes they did. there was a disclosure as the start of the CC that stated that this session was being recorded.
ok guys here is the link to my recording of the CC
thanks goes out ot Marty for making this happen

you bet he is one of the best.
we are not letting him go though we want to keep him on Allstocks
rod
a little off topic here but has anyone seen where the QBID thread went to? I was looking for that and got caught into this political areana somehow.
Go Q
oh ya that would make the government look better.
shoot people for trying to survive.
think about what you are saying.
who cares at this point about the stuff in the stores.
this city is going to need to be buldozed over.
people that are poor do what they can to survive. the relief supplies tood way to long to arrive.
some people where just getting supplies droppes to them yesterday for the first time. How many meals and drinks have you had since this happened?
you are not very human to make a comment like that.
these people are living in the worst of the worst situations. they feel like they are being treated like dogs.
they are looking at the money and the troups that are in Iraq, and can not understand why people in thier own country are being ignored.
yes there are troups in there and working now. but common, how much more could have been done. if that was a predominantly white area of rich upperclass citizens, this may have been a completely different story.
but this was a large poor sector of humanity that doesnt seem to be as highly regarded by the president.
and you think they should be shot for trying to survive.
nice very nice
Rod
Skunks you have a PM over at allstocks go check it out
Im sure you will find a bit of humour in it. actually i think he may need a responce lol
rod
yes someone with as feable a mind as the ones here that dont like her posts.
those that have nothing to say should remain quiet. the stupid ones jump on the good ones to try and make themselves look better. the sooner everyone stops responding to them and coming down to thier level the sooner they will either shut up or start talking to themselves and looking even more foolish.
they love it when you reply to them as you keep thier issues brought forward, and you infact are helping them bury the real information on here that counts.
Skunks spend every waking moment researching about Q television. That is admirable to say the least. If the ones that spent so much time on here attacking anyone that brings good news to the board, would spend half that time working on thier social skills they might actually be liked individuals.
Those that have to pat thier own backs do so because no one else will.
Skunks does not ask you to thank her for her work, she offers it freely.
these guys keep complaining about the price so much it is like the guy that buys a lemon of a car. he spreads around town how bad the car is so much that when he goes to sell it no one will buy it. Why would you bash a stock that you own. Driving the price down does nothing for you but make you madder.
everyone says that a message board can not effect the pps, they may be right but you get the same idiots spreading the crap to every board, then you may be effecting the price. Problem is you may effect it bad enough that no one wants your stocks when you go to sell.
Not a very bright game plan if you aske me. But then again these individuals dont come across as being that bright to begin with. Foolish people are quick to speak and slow to listen and often dont even realise they are coming across as foolish as they do.
Ignore the children in here and pay attention to the ones that bring you the news. after all if it is not backed up with a link to a news site or a pr then it is plain speculation. Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see.
Sorry for being long winded here but it had to be said
Rod
agreed that is why i stopped paying for this site. no sence in it I dont see the value anymore other then the handful that bring good DD in here.
Im sick of the BS from those posters as well.
this board will not get another dime out of me untill these posters are brought to order.
Rod
Thanks Skunks
You are respected over there.

here is the part i mostly like
.” Wirth adds that Time Warner may also add the premium gay channel Here! (about $10 per month) and Q television, a pay per view service (pricing similar to mainstream movie services) available in a few big cities. Here! and Q could gain more viewers and eventually benefit from LOGO’s addition to cable systems around the country.
Very interesting read

Cable delays local launch of new lgbt network, LOGO
By Brad Smith
“I want my Gay TV!” That’s what Viacom MTV Networks would like us to say about its new channel, LOGO. LOGO debuted in about 10 million homes in parts of the United States at the end of June. Time Warner Cable added LOGO to its digital lineup in other cities, but so far, refuses to do that in Rochester.
“The company is in negotiations to carry LOGO in Rochester and our other markets, says Time Warner Rochester spokesperson Brian Wirth. “We may have an announcement by the end of the year or early in 2006.” Wirth adds that Time Warner may also add the premium gay channel Here! (about $10 per month) and Q television, a pay per view service (pricing similar to mainstream movie services) available in a few big cities. Here! and Q could gain more viewers and eventually benefit from LOGO’s addition to cable systems around the country.
Money is delaying the rollout. Both sides need to agree on how much MTV should pay Time Warner (if anything) to add LOGO in more than two dozen cities. As an example, Viacom might insist that cable companies carry LOGO if they want to continue to offer Viacom channels such as MTV, VH1, CMT and as many as 10 others.
The delay may help Time Warner avoid confrontations with conservatives who oppose anything gay. Organizations affiliated with the hate group Focus on the Family have launched campaigns to pressure cable companies to refuse the channel. Time Warner in Rochester won’t confirm that, blaming the delay on corporate negotiations that are “out of local control.”
Should negotiations result in the addition of LOGO to the local cable lineup at the end of the year (six months after its launch), customers may find the announcement in the end of the year mailing that details the annual cable price hike. Cable is a business with at least three revenue streams, but the money doesn’t go as far as it used to: channels pay to be carried, customers pay for the service, and cable also makes money selling advertisements.
Even in a 500-channel universe, a spot on the dial is not cheap. For example, Time Warner and the owners of WUHF-TV 31 Fox Rochester couldn’t agree on the charge to add the high definition (HD) Fox signal to the cable lineup, frustrating cable customers who invested in expensive TV sets to watch American Idol in HD. Some stations dare to suggest that cable should pay them for what can be expensive local broadcasting efforts.
What is LOGO? LOGO is a 24/7 digital cable channel whose president is Brian Graden, a gay man in his 40s from the Illinois countryside who attended Oral Roberts University. He gave us shows such as South Park, The Week That Was, I Love the 80s, Jackass and Punk’d.
Don’t expect to see such extreme programming on LOGO. LOGO bills itself as a mix of original and acquired entertainment that is smart, inclusive and authentic. LOGO features a library of 200 major film titles, documentaries and news coverage, plus original series and specials. It’s not just for men or just for women. Future issues of The Empty Closet will add more details on programming if the service is added.
Viacom promised that LOGO would be on the air two years ago (then called Outlet). America, which had no LGBTQ niche channels, now has several. Advertisers want to reach the biggest groups of consumers as cheaply as possible, and to them, the gay market is more attractive. Won’t the rest of America be surprised to see commercials on gay TV are as mundane – or the same - as the ones they are used to seeing?
As the major networks sanitize their lineups, LOGO and the other new channels may offer the opportunity to come home, flop on the couch and find someone on TV to identify with.

Rod
o i can play this gaem this is number 3 for you
your turn
that is fine i thought you where more of a grown up that can discuss things with out haveing a hissy fit.
i guess i was wrong and i will drop this here.
Im not going to fight about it. My point was made.
and you have made 2 post now about my boring posts so yes you do bring that up even though they are my posts. but i wont point that out.
Rod
that is fine, all im saying is that this should not go beyond this.
as i said the ignore button works on anyone.
you find my posts boaring that is fine. I can accept that.
Im not looking for approval from anyone. but you get very defensive when i suggest not getting into a pissing match, i dont understand that.
I dont understand the reasoning behind making sure that the post count is higher then other boards. to me it is more important to have quality posts as opposed to quantitity. If people want to find us they will we dont need to be at the top of the list all the time. that is what the search button is for.
if there are 400 posts a day i will not read them all.
in the last couple of days i have been able to catch up everyday on all posts. But when there is 400 posts or more a day, i skip most of them to get to the info i would like to see.
infact i have skip entire weeks here because there is way too much crap to wade throw.
lets not get into this pissing match.
those who want to read will read those who dont wont.
ignore works on anyone.
i dont know if i have any people marks nor could i care less if i did or not. I'm still not sure what the big deal is about people marks.
lets drop this before it blows up.
Rod
I do think it was an unnecessary pr,and it only serves to make me wonder who got fired or quit from the position and why.

The Q Television family would like to wish Steven Grunberg a happy and rich retirement. Steven has been with the Q family for years and was well received within the Q executive management team.
Alexis Fish will take over as interim Acquisitions Manager until the role is permanently filled.
We wish Steven all the best with future endeavors.
The Q Family
so you admit that your way is illeagle but you still continue in your criminal ways.
your more foolish then i thought.
Rod
why would you need to have carriers here to expand to other countries. I'm glad your not at the helm.
any avenue that expands our coverage is a good move. I don't care if it is in Botswana Africa, as long as there are viewers willing to pay the sub price, and the advertisers are willing to advertise to them, it is a revenue producing option. the idea is to produce enough revenue to be profitable. if it means selling bubble gum machines and makes us money so be it. that is what it is all about.
ya it would be great to have all the carriers here carry us, but hey we take what ever profits we can get till that happens.
maybe that is why you are not a CEO but rather an impatient investor in a pink.
Rod
your right they said a while back that they would be going HDTV in the third quarter. maybe that was part in parcel with the new studio. it is supposed to be state of the art equipment in the studio.
I have been patiently waiting for the HDTV announcement as that is where all tv stations have to be by a certain deadline that i believe was extended into 2006 sometime. I would Imagine that they are expecting any new channels to be HD ready before carriage.
lets wait and see what the new studio brings us.
rod
woops did you forget to change your screen name? i was talking to Robg.
PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Sep 22, 1999 is the date in that pr dick wad. To me that is 6 years ago, if you think it is 6 weeks ago maybe we have found your problem.
I will forward this info to your shrink.
Rod
notice he has not addressed this point
lol
you idiot. can you not read that was a statement from thier lawyer Goldman.
whats your point. you are digging up 6 years back now? have you nothing better to do then make yourself look desperate.
lol
Rod
jeezzzzz dont give that kinda credit his head is big enough now. dont let him think that he is responcible for the pps.
god that is all we need that egomaniac thinking.
Rod
