Some food for thought while we weather the effects of the dead timer and hope for news by EOD:
I am by no means an expert and I nearly never post, just watch and trade. These boards are pretty entertaining at times. Call the following info DD or whatever, it's more like frustrated curiosity bearing fruit I'm not sure is safe to eat...
So when the timer ran to zero and nothing happened, I went to check the source code of the page. The source for adaptivem.com points at another location (perfectcircle-bdef2.firebaseapp.com/) which is identical, but it's the source code of that page that I want to point at since it's not just a mirror site.
The first 6 lines of the source code are as follows:

So I googled EFS LLC.
Electronic Funds Source LLC provides customized payment solutions for corporate purchasing, travel and entertainment, expense reporting, cash access, payroll/settlement, accounts payable automation, and fuel purchases in North America and internationally. It offers EFS Fleet Card that provides carrier controls, customized reports, cardholder/vehicle reporting, direct bill, online and mobile access, ATM access, flexible payment options, and system integration solutions; EFS SmartFunds, a multi-purse card that combines limit and declining balance transactions on the same card; EFS MasterCard Fleet Card, a single card solution that leverages MasterCard's acceptance network combined with the EFS.

EFS LLC is owned by parent company WEX Inc.
Starting as a fleet card provider in 1983 as Wright Express, WEX Inc. expanded to facilitate corporate payments across the fleet, travel and healthcare industries.
WEX Fleet provides vehicle fleet customers with fuel cards and data and telematics offerings for drivers. In 2012, WEX Fleet acquired Fleet One to provide fleet cards to drivers. WEX Fleet also partners with GasBuddy, OnDeck, and Chevron , among other companies, to provide services to customers. In 2017, WEX Fleet launched a new telematics platform, ClearView Advanced.
The travel segment, WEX Virtual, helps online travel agencies facilitate cross-border payments through virtual cards, allowing online travel agencies to automate back-end accounting practices. WEX Virtual launched in 2000 in support of customers including HitchHiker, HotelTonight, Expedia, and Priceline.
In 2014, WEX acquired Evolution1, a cloud-based health industry payments provider, later renaming it to WEX Health. WEX Health Cloud helps to administer HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, VEBAs, COBRA, defined-contribution, wellness plans, and transit plans. Some partners include Fifth Third Bancorp, Paychex, HSA Bank, and Discovery Benefits.

I have my own hopeful speculation as to why the page was developed jointly between ADTM and EFS LLC but I'll keep it to myself for now. Hopefully, this will generate some interesting speculation if it turns out to be a rainy day here.
Cheers!
