So i was just reviewing the financials that released on 8/19 and.... oh... wait... no i wasn't
All the direct VPOR stuff aside, the wider issue is FDA regulation... if grandfathering is enacted, it shouldn't be a problem, but if not every juice maker and distributor will get knee capped with stricter regulation. On the positive VPOR says their juice is made at FDA approved labs, so it could potentially end up where they're one a few sources of juice... just my observations speaking to a vape shop chain owner here in MD
Its a mindset... you do something very slow, flawlessly and smoothly... the more you do it the faster you get... lots of repetition etc. But i've found you can apply it to every aspect of life... constantly find myself "slowing down" when things are going sideways... including trading, driving, life... stops you getting caught in an avalanche of shit in my experience
I always stick to what i learned from special forces teams... "Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast"...
And auditors are hourly, like lawyers, right? They have no incentive or interest to move quickly... we had the same issue with a new lease for offices... both our company and owner sat for 9 weeks waiting on the lawyers to finish their circle jerk lol
Yep 0.001 or fins will wake my trading slumber lol

Probably some internet tough guy lol
They posted a fathers day sale yesterday on one of the FB accounts. There are multiple sites and accounts associated with VPOR. Yaniv and Dror don't post a lot even when the stock was rising early this year.
The fact that you used 'Gee whiz' made me feel better lol
I've noticed some deep discounts appear on the product line on their sites, i don't remember them being that low (50% off) for some high ticket items... might b coincidence, but my spidey-sense is tingling...
Great DD YWC. Got some more 9's filled today as well. My hope is that Dror looks to expanding the flavor line and high end device lines. My local vape shop stocks over 300 flavors, made up of about 20 flavors per producer - all small operations. Lots of crossover/similar flavors. I would like to see some buyouts of producers or their flavors that make the high quality VG juices, for incorporation into VPOR premium line. As a vape user myself, i have not seen anything in their line i would buy currently. This concerns me on the long term strategy for VPOR. It appears they're taking a good piece of the entry level vaper market, but their higher end customer is left dry and will move off their devices/juices.
Awaiting fins, but the long term strategy of vpor isnmy main concern.
GLTYA
About 15-20 days at these average volumes/prices by my (very) rough math... assuming $1.1m @ 0.0014 ~785 million shares... roughly trading 50 million a day... but will likely change depending on how long they sit on the ask
Tweedle De (VFIN) and Tweedle Dum (BMAK) sat on the ask...
VFIN @0.0021....
Anyone elses L2 f'd up? Mines not updated at all today... :-/
Agree - i hope the reynolds appointment is real and will slap some reality back to the business model - theres a big gap between a vision and making it happen, and rico is not steve jobs, so hire someone who can enact the vision. I'll hold my shares, but not my breath
I read last night that DiCaprio vapes now Shame he never gets an Oscar lol
Agreed... i never claimed this was a bottom, just that it was worth a bet. I like a flutter on a 3 legged horse stock once in a while and buy them expecting to lose it all... that way my expectations are not dashed
Looking nice for tomorrow if the BMAK smack doesn't come (which it will, but one can hope lol)
I just entered @ 0.0002 more as a flutter than a solid investment. Despite the negativity , which I get if you bought higher ,thereis a possible upside based on financials . Nothing for at least a quarter though IMO. And as I said its a flutter for me I expect will amount to little profit at best. Housing isn't looking too rosy atm either -lot of downward pressure. just my opinion
Beyond their line of dry herb atomizers they're a ecig / vape supplier, not really marijuana ...
key resistance today are :
0.0030
0.0032 - 0.0033
0.0038
0.0027 is a new floor IMO
with BMAK Sat at 0.0035 I doubt it will run to 38's
I'm trading off the 0.003 highs and rebuying at 0.0024/0.0019.... just using that 25% position to inrease my overall holdings without risking being left behind
Same - trading the channel with 25% of my holdings atm... leaving 75% for the long haul
Same, set a 0.0019 buy and stopped watching today... if it filled great, if not also great
Its very "wild west" out there. I've chatted a fair bit with my local vape shop owner, who attends a lot of the shows, and other than your larger brands like Kangertech, its lots of smaller groups vying for a piece. So lots of small stock RBA/RDA, box mods, tanks etc.
He also said he sees a speed up in the move from ego type devices to the mech mods as prices are falling. To the point he only stocks a couple now - battery life is too low, tanks too small and atomizers are pretty shitty. That to me says that vpor ego cig styles will be great in 7/11 etc or shoprite but the higher end market will remain in vape specific shops. Even here in "ban everything" MD tons of vape stores are opening.
Just my opinion
Thanks for the useless snide remark... i was looking for something from VPOR themselves, and someone posted it (thanks for that btw )
I thought when someone mentioned shoprite that new news was out, i'd already read the Jan 5 blog post but was hoping for something more recent. As i've stated in my earlier posts, VPOR's direction is not in line with the direction of the vaping community - the 'ecig' sales are up, but the future seems to be in mech mods, RBA/RDA tanks etc.
Also, all legislation currently trying to regulate/ban sales are all focused on ecigs as well which another downward pressure on the industry that i hope can be shaken.
I vape myself now as a 'hobby' rather than a need - i can attest that it stops you smoking - worked for me - and i see HUGE growth in this industry once the evil tobacco corporations are out of the loop.
I wonder how many people here are up to date on white papers on vaping, market trends as a whole, direction at vape shows (ie new products and directions of the industry).
I never invest in an industry I don't understand, and have chosen to invest in VPOR based on their potential, products etc. and hope they don't become entrenched in pre-packaged ecigs and realize they need to be looking at the horizon in order to fully build a robust product line. The franchises are where they'll grow if they pull it off this year
No hard feelings, just my opinion and always DYOR
Can you provide a source please - posting on a board without a source is pointless and misleading

I agree - stocks don't ruin your life, choices do. If you choose to invest ANY money in ANYTHING, even a 'sure thing' expect to lose it all. I would never ride my whole life savings etc. into a single stock, or even multiple stocks for that matter. Penny stocks are the 'fun' side of investing - they're a roller coaster of highs and lows - you can make AND lose a lot of money on them...
Don't blame a stock, or a crooked company (still on the fence regarding VPOR in that respect), or Brian Williams lying to you... DYOR, make your own choices and live with them...
I'm sitting out for now - managed to recoup losses from later last year into some profit. Waiting to see if the Friday sell off drops it down to the 0.0014 resistance or if it holds at 0.0019.
Just watching, reading the posts and toking my box mod vaporizer
If it goes trips again i'll load up and repeat this week
I believe the scrutiny is related to filings against Dvror in previous endeavours. I'm not heavily invested in Vpor, just a toe in the water, but it has potential. If they are legit they need to start engaging the vape community, bloggers and social media folks etc. and also look to expand out of their box. I vape myself, and DON'T purchase their liquids, tanks or proprietry brand items. The only tanks i might buy are the Kangers, and i can get them cheaper online or from my local shop.
Just throwing in my personal opinion as a user of the types of products they sell.
Their franchises will be where their future currently is, their online retail is still lacking imho. Their is a growing demand for high end mods (read luxury) that seems pretty open in this market, that might show potential - similar to the solid gold iphone case crowd...
