There are shares deposited with the Escrow Agent, that are pending for distribution. Before distribution an amount of these shares need to be issued and sold in order to receive cash to pay taxes owned on these shares(distribution). It seems that there won't be a much further drop in the pps of COOP..Trading at these levels could be the Closing Date average pps they are using to sell these shares imo.

We need to wait till the end of the Closing Date period. Which is 12 months after February 11 2022 the Closing Date.
