Outstanding revenue increase plan !
Not sure white coffee has any positive car washing attributes, but the reality is with the co-op plan they announced this morning it doesn't really matter. That's how products get on retail shelves. The majors want the traffic drive into their stores more than they want the product.
Any guesses on what Tuesday's release will be ?
I am seeing ads this morning for Baristas white coffee on-line. Saw one for the Kcups and two for the new bagged coffee
I saw it a bunch of times too . Saw it in LA and then also when traveling to Dallas.
Time to buy -- the traditional February news blitz is happening now
National Multimedia Campaign Kicks-Off Today.. Good PR ... last time they advertised sales went up big . I saw an ad today on OTC markets site.
Ihub newsletter today on the MJAC recap quoted Ihub as saying " We want to make a special thank you to CBMJ who was able to get our conference TV commercials on mainstream media including CNBC, Fox Business and Bloomberg. We were able to attract investors and exhibitors from across the nation. We look forward to expanding our relationship with CBMJ as they are able to accomplish what no other media company is currently able to and proved to be very worthy partners. "
Also says : " that there are additional programs in development that will soon air on mainstream television that will significantly boost revenues "
Good news for CBMJ

New programs to air on TV ..... Did anyone else look at the Cannabis Stocks News button at the top of the page ? In the MJAC recap article it says " I also understand that there are additional programs in development that will soon air on mainstream television that will significantly boost revenues and complete what Cannabis Stocks News reported as “a key component to true acceptance of the movement and one that will be highly profitable to the first to open up traditional media to the cannabis industry “
great point
I just saw that too . What I have seen in the past is that they send out their newsletter and then the next day it goes out on the Ihub newsletter . I am back in today before the whole Ihub community sees it on Monday
I guess we'll see . I did CPG retail expansion marketing for over 20 years and this is looking like a set up for retail expansion ... Could be wrong, but I am investing as if I am not.
The retailers benefit is a unique line extension . There are over 20 different regular coffee Kcups on my local store shelves, but no white coffee. Retailers want their shelves to produce category based sales. This is an new category.
Look what has happened in the functional beverage sector - Dr Pepper paid 1.7 billion last year for Bai -- a little tea company that got introduced through Costco and built consumer recognition through advertising.
Like I said --- we'll see
I am going to disagree with you on the Kathy thing .. Yes it was paid advertising, but all advertising is and if it was 20k that is actually a bargain compared to other TV exposure. 20k will barely get you a spot on a Hallmark movie ( agency guy before retirement ) . Real retailers will love the Kathy connection, I assume that is what it was done for.
He obviously has name and likeness rights since he is pushing video clips . I imagine we will see that used again.
I also doubt he will self distribute in 50 countries -- you are right, that is a tough play. Those deals are done like a licensing deal where distribution rights are sold off per region. This almost looks like he is positioning for a buy out from a bigger brand, but its probably too early for that . He may just be a great chess player.
Just now seeing inmg. Got here from the CBMJ board where a poster suggested looking at inmg since both are in the cannabis media space and both rising rapidly . Can anyone help me with what the company is saying about their plans for after the MJAC show ---
Retail distribution takes a while -- lots of steps . I have done it and it is all built around the re-sets which realistically wont happen for grocery until mid Q4 for a 2018 on shelf. If it is real we will start to see a shift in the advertising pretty quickly moving from the low production Megs spot to more of a polished branding spot building consumer awareness. Any major retailer is going to require that and I assume that is what the $2 million in media funding is really for.
Isn't that what we are all looking for ... A sub penny with a 1000% increase potential ? . This one is in the right space, offering what my dd says is basically an exclusive product in high demand ... It is just the very beginning. Once we see revenues this one is a keeper
I also saw them covered last week on Cannabis Stocks News where it said : " will be highly profitable to the first to open up traditional media to the cannabis industry " If that's the case we should start to see some revenue announcements. If they are half way decent in this early stage this thing will blow up at the show
Good question . My assumption is that they will expand eCommerce distribution first . The Amazon numbers are good enough that they should be able to move to one of the major branded on-line retailers, especially if they push traffic to them like the ads are now doing to Amazon
I am watching for a change in their advertising starting in September which would signal a 4th quarter move into brick and mortar retail
I think we are going to see one or even 2 more PR's focused on setting up the advertising expansion needed to support the next big distributor before we see a distribution announcement. Any big retailer is going to want to see campaigns in place immediately before the re-set
I also see that there is a story on CBMj when I clicked on the Cannabis Stocks News button at the top of the page . It says " National media exposure is a key component to true acceptance of the movement and one that will be highly profitable to the first to open up traditional media to the cannabis industry "
CBMJ appears to have done this ...
They just announced 160k for July on good returns on the start of their ad campaigns . This link is a decent overview : http://www.advfn.com/news_Invest-in-the-Hottest-New-Coffee-Craze-The-Worlds_75376265.html
I think it finally gives us the real numbers everyone has been waiting for.
160k in sales for July is extremely respectable and a very good sign now that we know it cost them around 40k to create those sales.
Better news when you factor in that they have $2 million in advertising to apply to the sales effort .... Great math equation!
It also appears that now that sales are proven and advertising is attached that new distribution should be announced soon .
Hopefully they can boost production and keep the stuff in stock since it appears that Amazon is sold out again which doesn't help sales numbers.
I just saw an ad on Realtor.com that clicked through to
https://www.amazon.com/Baristas-White-Coffee-Single-Arabica/dp/B018VYS7YW/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1463326009&sr=8-1&keywords=baristas+white+coffee
Looks sold out Again .
I am already seeing them everywhere here on Ihub connected to the MJAC conference.
I am seeing pictures on the BMOC website of equipment being installed last week
Or -- They are going to use an acquisition expansion model
News coming Thursday .
Looks like there will be news on Thursday . I am seeing the 3rd location announcement already up on the BMOCPartners site.
Looks like these guys are right on schedule
BMOC Partners announced today that they have completed the lease agreements for its third franchised Baristas Coffee Company (OTCQB:BCCI) location, serving eastern and central Pennsylvania. The location in the 800,000 square foot super-regional shopping center, Schuylkill Valley Mall on the fringes of the Philadelphia DMA, and the massive Susquehanna river valley will be located in the center of the mall’s food court area, adjoining Pearl Cinemas and neighboring national brands Arbys and Subway.
The 1,600 square foot eatery is the largest to date in the continuation of the BMOC development plan . This location will have a dedicated café seating area for guests further expanding the café experience. The location also boasts a mezzanine office suite for BMOC’s expanding Baristas operations in the area. The café is currently scheduled to open on or before Memorial Day weekend
.04 ? - I don't think so .... My guess is today was the start of the traditional blitz and we will see constant pressure of positive news for at least a couple weeks. If you look at last year it started with a 3rd party endorsement similar to today's Forbes piece and went strong for weeks taking it from 2 to 15 . They have lots more to work with this time -- should be fun
They are now saying 2 to 4 which takes it above the 5 originally announced .
The news below that one from yesterday about acquiring domains for each state makes me think this deal may be bigger than first reported
Looks like location #3 announced soon
Seeing a LOI announced on the bmocpartners.com site
The Ice Cream Is Real -- or at least was when I purchased a bar in NYC . It was quite good and well packaged . Frozen is a tough category in grocery -- The distribution logistics are locked up by the big brands . I am sure they learned a little on brand acceptance versus the ability to actually get it delivered onto the shelf. Entering the KCup market with a unique product is a brilliant move . Proven channel , unique product and simple distribution -- This really could be big.
Seeing location #4

Looks like BMOC is doing more than just opening new locations
Gets better --
If you run a search on Craigs for " Costume Coffee " there is also the same ad up for the Johnstown Mall in Johnstown , PA
There is at least one new opening coming right away and it looks like they are expanding outside the drive through model which opens the door for much greater expansion
Found this today .

My guess is we see one fluff and one decent announcement next week leading to either an up-listing or maybe it is more locations opening announcement the week after --- either way your right -- time to buy in now the Feb / March run is on
