Today was a well deserved breather. As long as we see clay trader here we can assume that the stock has upward momentum. The whole sector has been moving up, maybe because we are getting near the date when the 6th biggest economy in the world is going rec. Canadian companies have been running wild as well.
Don't listen to me, I don't know anything
The first cbd store in Monterrey, Mexico is opening tomorrow, and guess which company it is, that's right MJNA
Nowadays, there are multiple ways for someone to take cannabis without smoking it. Edibles, vapor pen, oils, concentrates. There are many studies from credible and respected sources which show the many medicinal properties of the plant. Imho, cannabis is safer and less harmful than alcohol and tobacco.
It's all hogwash, countless of studies by very credible sources indicate that cannabis won't affect memory loss or decrease intelligence. Cannabis even helps in the removal of plaque in the brain that can lead to Alzheimer. Reefer madness, that's what it is

If they don't touch medical marijuana, nothing really changes. Dispensaries will still sell like crazy, revenues will still come in, and growth will not stop. Or are we going to stop taking our medicine, hell NO.
What re scheduling, cbd was never legal right? Loopholes are everywhere
Well, surprisingly mjna didn't finish in the red despite the nasty statement from the DEA. The antagonist forces of the cannabis movement are beginning to show it's ugly head. Like if we needed to hear what we already know. We can expect the worst case scenario from this administration. One thing is certain, people will not stop medicating and Americans are not too fond of suppression specially when we know that is coming from a bunch of hypocrites.

Look how the president elect has lied and change his mind on a couple of campaign promises. How can anyone believe he is going to do what he said. In Canada, their president claim to be for mmj, and he is still raiding dispensaries, so how can we be so sure.
Cbd is another canabanoid found in the marijuana plant. The difference being cbd does not have hallucinogenic effects. However,it has proven very effective in to fight pain, inflammation, and many other illnesses. Certain cannabis strains high in cbd are Charlotte web and Tahoe og just to name a few

Even if the feds begin to do whatever they are going to do, dispensaries are going to continue to sell cannabis like crazy. Are you going to tell me that Cali is going to stop smoking. No. Whatever they (feds)do will have little effect. Remember, right now prohibition stands on a federal level so any change perhaps is good

Look how much hope there was before the election and very little happened,so much for hope. I am sure our rights to medicate won't be taken away. Denver is now social. Are you going to tell me that they are going to stop them, I don't think so
They use to own it, what they own now is a non THC Dixie product line. The Dixie concentrates you are referring to is gone.
While your information is always welcome and helpful, you never consider the future of this company and the future of this industry, which is in my humble opinion the most important factor here. Detective.

As soon as there is some positive movement, because I do want to be here come Monday
The float seems irrelevant at this moment (pre election).look at mjn%$, the stock is going crazy and shares are many more

Regarding the rsi, I think we should consider the fact that these are"extraordinary circumstances". Many people are going to wait till Nov 8 to sell , but if CA. Goes rec. who knows where we end up.
Don't listen to me, I know nothing.
We haven't seen this PPS in quite some time. Even when they stop dumping shares they haven't let it reach this high .it does feel different this time around. It held quite nicely today, like climbing a ladder little by little we will see new highs and if we're lucky irrational exuberance would be nice
I know nothing, do your own DD
"both train wrecks", LOL.these coming weeks are the culmination of months of waiting in hopes of a PPS increase. If indeed the question does get ask and we get a favorable answer, huge in terms of momentum before the election.

That's the problem with dilution, it may take some months to dump all those shares. Any momentum this stock gathers, might be stumped by dilution.Having said that , I still think we might have a great run come November . Going long with this one
Don't listen to me, I know nothing.
Mjna remembering is mjna. That's more like it .
Well, the rainmaker has arrived. To dampen our very rare and seldom seen 18% gain. Unfortunately, he might be right, about the overvaluation and declining revenue. However, there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel, which is the potential Mexican market, which by the way,is only waiting for CA to go rec and boom they're ready. So, as a long I will continue to be patient(no choice really, iam in the red).

I got a notice for the Sept.26 vote in La Jolla, Ca.
A federal court just gave this industry some well deserved news,by ruling that the feds cannot spent any money prosecuting mmj patients who uphold the state laws.in other words, feds leaving states alone
For me, the increase in sales is what keeps me here. The costs, rather high at the moment, are a must for growth companies. Furthermore, this doesn't feel like a scam to me. Mr.Peterson just hired an attorney specifically to execute trtc's growth. Spend money to make money

The New York times article about how the Obama adm. Allowing research is a pretty big deal.it confirms what we have been thinking, the easing of cannabis laws continues steadily.with the possibility of 5 states going recreational come November, the demand for cannabis and cannabis products has the potential to sky rocket. Trtc is positioning itself to serve a very big market.

Dilution is the name of the game. There is no news coming, the mm's just stop diluting for a while. This kind of horizontal movement has been typical of mjna for years now.share count is in the billions, what else to expect.
I am not an expert.don't take this as financial advice
Mjna remembered it is mjna
Lets not get to excited, this position likes to give back any upswing.with so many s/o,it's hard to make a decent move
This position has traded sideways for a couple of years.with the diluting going on,I doubt it will go upward.same rhetoric, different day
I believe the clinics he is referring to,are the clinics were someone would go for a doctor's recommendation.
A lot of captain hindsight are out and about.there are always issues and concerns in every business, why should this be any different.facts:trtc owns dispensaries (anybody who has visited a dispensary can say that they are selling a lot of cannabis,in all of it's forms.demand, quite often wins over supply).fact:their line of concentrates keeps finding new markets(concentrates share the floor with the cannabis flower at the Dispensaries now).fact:their non-hippie letuce is doing very well, gaining ground as well.fact:new store fronts coming soon in LV(I don't care if they have to share profits at first). This is the reasons I. Will continue to hold
I am not an expert.do your own dd
One example of how mjna would benefit from a change in hemp laws.last week's Walgreens commented that they are open to expanding into the cannabis meds in case the dea reschedules, couldn't this be an outlet for mjna products
If and when the DEA reschedules cannabis, and the banks begins to finance some of these companies, will they in turn stop adding shares to the count? I would guess, perhaps.opening 3more dispensaries, the probable change in pot laws by the DEA,and Cali becoming recreational as well as LV,I wouldn't be selling right about now.

A resolution to pass a medical marijuana bill in the Mexican Congress is eminent, according to the senate majority leader.possibly huge for mjna
So, at the UN ( this is per via a reporter for public radio I heard this morning)the Americas are getting ready to change the cannabis laws, you have places like Saudi Arabia where they want to keep on beheading people for possession of cannabis. He also spoke about the decrease in marijuana seizures in the southern Mexican border, where the cartels have seen a shrinking revenue stream
To anyone who is thinking about selling trtc share let me remind you about the eminent change in pot laws,it looks like this is going to be a continental acceptance of cannabis with Mexico and Canada in the picture. Let me also remind you of the enormous revenue stream that is a dispensary,Blum Oakland saw a record number of patients during 420. And then there is the other LV dispensary soon to open and yet another perhaps in Reno. Did I mention the fact that after the change in pot laws banks will be able to finance this industry, huge in terms of expansion. So you see how beneficial it can be to hold to our shares.
I am not an expert. Don't take this as financial advice
This one is down because of dilution. It has been trading like this for over a year,in the.3-.4 range. The company,it seems, not doing anything to improve business.any little movement upward and quickly they sit on the ask.no meaningful pr's for quite some time. Someone stated on this board days ago that with the increasing share count this position will probably go down even further. 2016 is the year we have been waiting in terms of PPS increase for and mjna, but management keeps struggling with execution of projects
I am not an financial expert and these are only my opinion
Well, let's say that being a pioneer in the industry doesn't matter for a minute, or that owning licenses to grow and sell cannabis is nothing to brag anymore because after the laws change it will be easier to obtain one. Trtc will still have dispensaries and an established brand of concentrates, vape pens, oils, etc. And then there is trtc's CEO,who can really make a difference with innovation and leadership in this field. The next Jeff Bezos or the next Steve Jobs is still up for grabs in this industry.
With a change in pot laws, the pie will get so much bigger that almost anybody will be able to make money.
Sitting on .10's.will be here for a while. At least for the remainder of the year,November could be huge in terms of PPS. Not to mention the Nevada stores. There is a lot of cashflow in dispensaries
I agree with that.the pr's are lame and rare.i don't see this company making any progress in revenue or market share.this is the time to capitalize in this industry, and nothing is happening here.decisions like loosing the Dixie concentrates was awful.and the constant dilution as well as the o/s will make it very hard to make any move.
