Yeah i dont care for Paul. HF_US big bidder back now.
What a joke. That is crazy. Yeah that BigFoot stock was funny. People were buying it ..
Wow $500k is substantial. I would think a shell that is OTCQB would get more money. I think most of the shells that get bought are just pink current status. You would have to be crazy to buy a Delinquent shell and then pay to get it cleaned up.
I was watching L2 when that hit. Someone had a bid in for 40,950 shares at .70 $28,665, but then only got filled for 9,800 of them lol. Then someone else took out the $1.15 ask with a 100 share buy, I think its going to get really thin now. It happened really quick near EOD trading.
This reminds me of aiko before it ran.
Some more info Re: The Trademarks they own.

The symbol is on their website.

I always thought this was one of the cleanest shells out there way before they bought it.
They paid $440k for the shell. They went out of their way to buy as many shares as they could. I can't even remember anyone buying a shell for that much money.
Yeah aiko had an amazing run.
That's why i like these Chinese ones. You just never know.
One thing for sure is the float is small and updates are coming per the cfo. Their old stock HQDA is at $3.00 with a much higher share structure. I never saw a big bid on that one .
I've been watching him closely. He had 9800 shares to sell for awhile. I think if he had more he could have just taken out the whole order. I think big daddy needs shares lol. Hopefully it is a Chinese big daddy.
He was the seller. Now that he is gone this could get really interesting. Same float 200k
wow OTCX gone thats all he had left
Yeah i know that feeling all to well lol. I was impatient and sold to early.
Nice looks good. Thanks for the info.
Nice yeah HF_US was linked to the other company thru that addy. I spoke to the CFO.He said they will be putting out a
10-K and a shareholder letter this month. Updates are coming.
Nice article. Thanks for posting that. FIU and Univ Of Florida are creating great inventions and interesting patents.
Thanks. Huge potential with this one. The sports drink Gatorade was invented at the same University.

Nice article thanks for posting. It will be interesting to see in the next 60-90 days what the SEC decides on. I think reporting shells that are current but are not technically labeled shells could become more valuable. The ones that have a BS company put in place.
I've been doing research on this new Stock Exchange called Long-Term Stock Exchange "LTSE"
It looks interesting. Tech companies off all size could potentially list on their exchange.

O.S. is 40 Million more shares then HF_US
That is a serious bid for a unknown chinese ticker lol.
looks like shares of hf-us are gone. M.M. CSTI now at $5.25 only 100 next M.M. moved to $10.00. Big bidder now at .70
CSTI newly traded stocks seem to be very thin in general.
I did some research on the 3 patents they just obtained the rights to. All three of them are from Florida University. So they are directly working with the Univ.
I'm guessing if they have money to obtain all of these patents; filings must be coming.

1. Plasma Sterilization
https://patents.justia.com/patent/9056148
Method to create Self-Sterilizing Devices using Plasma Energy
Maintains a Constant Rate of Sterilization When Built Into Medical Devices and Surfaces
This self-generated plasma field provides for self-sterilization of devices used in medical procedures, drug delivery, consumer products, and food preparation and to surfaces, affording them self-sterilizing properties. It is estimated that 76 million illnesses, 325,000 hospitalizations, and 5,200 deaths occur in the United States each year due to some form of contamination, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Researchers at the University of Florida have developed a sterilization technique that enables medical devices to maintain a constant state of sterilization for fast, economical, and safe reuse or disposal. Building into a device itself, the self-sterilization could potentially apply to numerous medical devices such as scalpels, syringes, and catheters, as well as various surfaces that come into contact with patients and healthcare workers.
Applications
Technique that affords self-sterilizing properties to medical devices as well as equipment or surfaces that require a constant state of sterilization for medical procedures, drug delivery, consumer products, or food preparation equipment
Advantages
Neutralizes contamination in seconds using a self-generated plasma field, minimizing risk of exposure and offering the highest levels of sterility
Allows reuse of devices and equipment, reducing costs, time, and inventory
Utilizes inexpensive electrodes, insulators, and electro-active components, ensuring easy and cost-efficient manufacturing
Eliminates the need for toxic chemicals used in traditional sterilization procedures, reducing potential exposure and related hazards
Applies to surfaces of various shapes and sizes, providing device-specific flexibility
Technology
This self-generated plasma field allows self-sterilization of objects, apparatuses, and surfaces. Traditionally, plasma discharge involves placing a DC voltage potential across two electrodes. As the voltage potential gradually increases, upon reaching the breakdown voltage VB, the current and the amount of excitation of the neutral gas becomes large enough to produce visible plasma. Dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) involves one dielectric-coated electrode that is typically exposed at the surface to the surrounding atmosphere, while another electrode is embedded inside a layer of insulator. University of Florida researchers have found that with special DBD arrangements, a fast reduction of viable cells by more than four orders of magnitude is possible within a few seconds, even for UV resistant cells. Thus, a self-generating plasma field is able to maintain a constant rate of sterilization when built into medical devices and surfaces.
2.Smart Mouth Guard for Fitness Monitoring and Sports Injury Prevention
https://patents.justia.com/patent/20180310881
Smart Mouth Guard for Fitness Monitoring and Sports Injury Prevention
Wearable Device Uses Sensors to Detect Temperature and Head and Heart-Related Injuries While Tracking User’s Fitness Level
This mouth guard uses sensors to provide real-time data readout of vital signs and potential injuries sustained while playing sports. The market size for wearable fitness monitors, mainly wristbands and smartwatches, has increased by 90 percent in recent years. Although these devices monitor certain vital signs such as heart rate, they cannot record health information near the head such as concussions and heat stroke. According to Statistic Brain Research Institute, 35 million Americans between the ages of 5 and 18 play team sports, and at the high school sports level alone, there were more than 250,000 reported concussions in 2009. University of Florida researchers have created a wearable device that aids the identification, quantification, and management of head, heat, and heart-related injuries that may occur during physical activity. This device could include a software counterpart for data display and cloud storage for user tracking, and could help physicians noninvasively collect samples to test for diabetes and cancer.
Application
Smart mouth guard that collects data on many common sports injuries and prevents serious aliments
Advantages
Does not require a helmet, allowing use in a wider range of sports
Uses sensors to collect biometric data , providing a noninvasive method for patients and healthcare providers
Uses a 9-axis inertial sensor, rather than the typical 6-axis inertial sensor, improving the accuracy of the data it collects
Technology
This device utilizes 11 sensor channels to collect data regarding the user’s heath. This data can be sent to a master device such as a smart phone, tablet, or computer where it can be viewed and analyzed in order to ensure the safety of the user. Most wearable impact technology uses only a 6-axis inertial sensor whereas the mouth guard uses 9-axis inertial sensors to monitor lateral force and angular momentum. This allows the user to detect dangerous levels of force they may have experienced during physical activity, and it uses the Earth’s magnetic field to compensate for errors that may occur over long periods of use. The mouth guard collects data points about the user’s heart rate and blood pressure using an infrared sensor, monitors the core body temperature using a temperature sensor, measures biting force using a capacitive pressure sensor to prevent bruxism, and detects biological markers in the user’s saliva to noninvasively test for diseases.
3.Heart Attack Sensor
https://patents.justia.com/patent/20110137184
Handheld Heart Attack Sensor
Measures Cardiac Troponin Concentration to Detect Heart-Attack
This low-cost, handheld electronic heart-attack sensor can be used to rapidly and accurately determine blood-troponin levels. Prior to the onset of a heart attack, blood-troponin concentration increases, marking a period in which damage to the myocardial cells is still reversible. Heart attacks represent one of the five most common reasons for emergency room visits, making the need for more effective testing methods urgent. Other available tests can detect blood-troponin levels of a patient experiencing chest pain to determine if it indicates a heart attack or is due to another condition. However, these tests are time-consuming, difficult to use and expensive, limiting their effectiveness in emergency room situations.
Researchers at the University of Florida have developed a new handheld, low-cost heart attack sensor which can detect trace amounts of troponin concentrations in real-time, allowing for rapid diagnosis of heart-attack.
Application
Handheld electronic sensor to measure the troponin concentration in the blood for the rapid and accurate detection of an oncoming or occurring heart attack
Advantages
Improves accuracy of troponin measurement, allowing medical staff to effectively determine the occurrence of a heart attack in a patient and speed treatment
Allows detection from glass, paper or plastic, making it a low-cost option
Technology
This sensing device uses antibody-functionalized high-electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) to detect cardiac troponin levels down to 0.01 ng/ml. The HEMT allows electrical pulses to be run through a sample on the sensing devices. The current of these pulses changes according to concentration of troponin in the sample. Therefore, the current can then be measured and used to accurately determine the troponin levels. The sensor strip on which the sample is placed can be made from glass, plastic or paper, allowing for flexibility of manufacture.
Thanks I agree.
Here is the new patent on the Melanoma Cancer Detection Device.
https://patents.justia.com/patent/20190033313
Signet acquired the rights to the patent from The Univ Of Florida. They have some of the best inventors in the U.S.
Many times the Government funds these research projects "patents" with
Federal Grant Money. This project must have cost a lot of money to develop and obtain this patent. I researched this patent and it is one of a kind.

From my DD they are working with at least three different Universities in Florida. All three of them are top notch for research and patent development.
I'm not exactly sure how they were able to do that. Very impressive.
From my search on Florida SOS. Signet has all these based out of Florida.

I'll try to contact the TA. as well as the company. Hopefully someone will give out some info .
sure no problem.
From that website it looks like they have at least 14 Subs.
Mr. Lianyue Song has just filed trademarks for this Holding Company. This Holding Company looks very impressive.
From the looks of their website they want to go on NASDAQ.
https://trademarks.justia.com/owners/song-lianyue-4112453/
Notice the Trademarked HF with the circle around it is on their website to.
I've actually been to this Hotel that they own near Los Angeles.
Nice place.

Yeah same guy. Mr. Lian Yue Song is the Ceo on the filings for HFUS on the 10-Q dated 6-19-19. This guy has an impressive Bio. I will post more info about him later. He has quite a few Trademarks under his name. I would bet he takes hfus to OTC QB status.
HQDA is actually a direct link to HFUS. They are how i found HFUS originally. These guys have serious connections in Southern California in the most populated ,most influential Asian cities.
These guys have big money and investors coming from China. I owned shares in HQDA before it was that ticker. HQDA did the same kind of thing HFUS did with the shares. The key here is the address: 8832 Glendon way, Rosemead, Ca. 91770.
They took that hotel and made it great. Completely Remodeled. The chinese tourists stay there when they visit California, Lo Angeles, Hollywood etc.
HQDA has 139 Mill shares O.S. Had hit $5.00 before. It always has a bid at $3.00
I guessing the same thing could happen here to.
HF_US Double checked my notes and filings. I believe float is still 200k. Restricted shares are issused to Chinese in Cert Form.
Yeah it did. I remember the float being small. I will need to read the filings again. Most shares are restricted. I like this Chinese Group. They have a lot of money to make things happen.
I added some to. I've been watching this one a long time. Big potential here. On these Chinese types I overlook the M.C.
These new tickers are looking good when CSTI/GTSM start them out. I'm digging trying to find some new ones. So far they seem to be holding up nicely.
Thanks for posting. Looks interesting. I use to trade a lot of big board stocks, especially Biotech stocks.. I need to some some research on it.
Yeah this company is doing good work. 82 Mill O.S. is aittle higher then i normally would like. Cannabis stocks are hot so you never know. Nite does have 20k on the ask at $1.50. Intetesting to see if it gets bought up.
Nice find. That article explains what could be coming. I'm wondering if the company has done any seed funding or private placements? If so at what cost?
I need to do some more research on this one. Seems like they want to go on Nasdaq.
Yeah MV_XM looks good. Congrats if you got any at $1 or $3. Could turn out really well. I think these tickers are much safer then most. Good upside with only small quanities available. Then you throw in a possible F/S and it looks even better on these types.
Nice great to have you back. Yeah $25 is crazy. I'm holding off on paying $2 lol.I bet CFGN drops his ask in time. I don't care for that M.M
I still have your board marked. Yeah CSTI seems to have limited quanities to sell unlike GLED. A lot of these new issues you posted about seem to go up on few buys EX_NN is a good example. I should have bought some at $2.
Another one i like is EF_SH. Now you have a new MM on the ask CFGN. I'm guessing he has a good amount of shares to sell now at $1.90. Keep up the great work.
Yeah their management team is top notch.Very impressive. In the past i was following them a lot. When i saw your posts, it helped to remind me about them. Good potential here.
Nice I've always liked this one.I was watching it before it ever traded. I like the patents they own. Thanks for the update.
