Nice article thanks for posting. It will be interesting to see in the next 60-90 days what the SEC decides on. I think reporting shells that are current but are not technically labeled shells could become more valuable. The ones that have a BS company put in place.

I've been doing research on this new Stock Exchange called Long-Term Stock Exchange "LTSE"

It looks interesting. Tech companies off all size could potentially list on their exchange.
