The PR indicated that the acquisition would be in addition to the Actsoft merger. But WTF knows what'll eventually happen here. The market isn't pleased, that's for certain.
Sold
Took a loss but this is just getting more ominous every day. Probably a mistake but had to protect what little remained.
Not so radical
and very well stated. The market is rational and has a very jaundiced view of PLNI for the reasons you enumerate. My hope is (and I really hate the concept of hope when it comes to investing) that PLNI mgt and the common stockholders' goals are aligned enough so that eventually, based on cold hard numbers alone, the PPS will break out to somewhere far above this general area.
You're not paranoid spencer, I'm sure it happens all the time. Keep the pigeons happy I think is the phrase. Not saying it's happening here but who the hell knows..
CNES yeah it may be a bottom play but you'll be stuck at that bottom for weeks or months. Regarding PLNI today...when an entity like Pinksheets starts questioning you...Pinksheets...hello?...you've, let's say, not really established a lot of credibility with the investing public! These guys have dug themselves another pink hole that it's going to take lots of fluff PRs to remedy. Now it's the SEMCO acquisition that's holding up the audit...sheesh, I guess I saw that coming.
If Turek comes through on audit and uplisting all will be forgiven. We're also supposed to get some form of an update by the end of this month (i.e., technically by 2400 hrs tomorrow)on said audit and the share buyback. His credibility is again on the frontburner. We shall see. The PPS, as they are usually prone to do, has taken a jaundiced view of today's PR and this company in general. Ball's in their court.
Looks like bidwackappl/myriad "consultants" are dumping yet again.
I think everyone is holding their breath to see if it tanks off the news! LOL! But seriously, if we had gotten this news in July or August this would already be over a dime and climbing. When they're ready, it'll pop and we all know who they are.
Thanks jersey. EOM
Is there a public link to the SB-2?

XcelPlus Sells Initial Licensing Agreement for Eliminator 200 in Canada
Tuesday January 24, 11:27 am ET
SALUDA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 24, 2006--XcelPlus International Inc (Pink Sheets: XLPI - News), XcelPlus International (http://XcelPlus.com) announced today that it has sold the exclusive licensing rights for the distribution of the Eliminator 200 product in Canada. The licensing agreement is initially for a 5 year period and comes with a minimum purchase performance quota.
The licensing agreement was signed with Prism Equity Holdings a Nevada Corporation with offices in Canada. When it comes to bird flu, Canada's poultry industry knows exactly what is at stake. An uncontrolled outbreak could cripple the $7-billion-a-year business from hatcheries, to farms, to processors, to supermarkets and restaurants. A Bird Flu outbreak in British Columbia's Fraser Valley in 2004 led to the slaughter of 17 million birds and cost it an estimated $340 million. A recent case in B.C. was found to have infected about 67,000 ducks. It is their intent to begin the distribution process of the product for Canada as a preventative measure to be used against the spread of the virus. Their immediate focus is to enter into a sub-licensing agreement with a major distributor that has 173 agents across Canada and in New York and New Jersey.
They are committed to developing the Canadian markets with options to introduce the products to India, Europe, Central and South America on an exclusive basis.
To further demonstrate that Eliminator 200 will establish the "new standard" for bio-hazard containment on surfaces of pens and other solid areas to eliminate the virus, it is being additionally tested in Australia. The lab in Australia utilizes state of the art technology in testing of bio-hazard containment and should yield results fairly quickly. The reason for further testing specifically in a state of the art facility in Australia is because this facility utilizes the British Standard that is the accepted test protocol for the ECU and is also accepted around the world. There is only one facility in the US equipped to do such testing which are back logged for months and do not have access to the H5N1 material for testing.
Bill Smith, President of XcelPlus, states "this agreement and the further clinical testing of the Eliminator 200 product validation has enhanced the awareness and validity of this product. We look forward to the development of other business relationships and will inform our shareholders as these are established in the immediate future."
Eliminator 200 formulation works on a bacterial, fungi or viral pathogen. Eliminator 200 works by oxidatively cleaving the amino and sulfur linkages in the protein chains that comprise the bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc., killing the organism with a powerful but selective oxidizing agent.
Eliminator 200, which was tested in New Zealand, is listed as a sanitizer in the UK and New Zealand. Eliminator 200 has been approved by Agri-Quality NZ Ltd. up to food contact as a sanitizer.

bb-what do you think of GLIF's chart? Looks like an uptrend to me.
Re S-8
If we get an S-8, always look for the good news PR first! LOL!
C'mon Spencer
75,000 a month only "appears" to be a large amount. LOL!!
Finally some volume, a buy (I think) at .015. The latest BID/ASK I'm showing on pinksheets is .012/.017. If anyone has a more up-to-date realtime bid and ask, fire away.
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=xlpi
ASK looks like it's awaiting news.
Finally they bring the bid up. Sheesh...
I think even HISC mgt must be shaking their heads at the market response to today's news.
PLNI hanging in there with million plus blocks going at ask from time to time.
Million plus blocks going at the ask all day, looks like someone is accumulating.
MRKL .0199 X .02
Well, yer gettin em. ask is .048.
Best realtime quotes/level II? I keep hearing about Alphatrade. Anyone here use either them or Quotestream? As Scottrade free streamer went by the wayside looks like I gota start paying for it and I'm looking for the best within reasonable price limits. Any ideas appreciated.
Sizeable buy at ask of 320,000 sh.
As Dr Evil would say..Unfricken bleleevable...
75K a month??!!
Really quite unbelievable compensation for so little apparent results. I guess this is the money you make when you're at that level of the "boys club", regardless of performance. These guys certainly aren't working for the common schmuckholders. I don't care that this is a done deal as far as they're stuck with them. It's disgusting and nauseating to see those compensation figures and then look at the stock performance. Disgusting.
MRKL .02 X .0203
MRKL now .0199 X .02 Nothing in the news that I'm aware of.
MRKL popping out of doldrums .0193 X .0195
Look at the chart for the last month and tell me 5 cents is nuts, LOL!
Looks like the determination to keep this around .05 continues even with new sales.
.15? Even better.
Now there's 175K looks like at the ask of .13. Can't remember ever seeing premkt volume. Probably a red herring but makes life more interesting.

OT-Guys...Regarding Taxes..
A lot here must have voluminous Schedule D's. How do you handle your taxes when you have mounds of reporting to do? What type, if any, software do you do to more automate the process. Thanks for any comments!
Thanks, looks like those are realtime too. Don't know how I missed pinksheets. Nasty-ass bidwacking sellers on this lately.
Current B/A por favor?
