So you're saying no one mentions anything at all ref Circuit City, we don't hear a thing??...ever??...that's certainly a different take!
Everyone--Good Luck this week on whatever happens. My final comment on this whole thing is this: If either GZFX (especially!!) or CC management have not done EVERYTHING in their collective power to make this partnership work, it will be a huge loss. To GZFX management in particular--if this whole project does not result in a CC rollout for whatever reason, you have missed the opportunity of a lifetime. Sure there could and probably will be other partnerships in the future, but this one, if missed out on, will haunt the share price and karma of this company for quite some time--especially if it is perceived by the investing public, rightly or wrongly, as merely a scheme to get the GZFX name "out there" and sell huge blocks of stock to gain cash for operations. TO CC mgt: if you have only gone about this pilot in a halfassed way and it is going to be terminated then you will owe a HUGE apology to GZFX management and shareholders for a job not well done. These comments are all my opinion only, and are based on what would be the worst outcome of all this--no CC rollout--and I hope indeed that we have a successful rollout in whatever shape or form is most advantageous!! Good luck to all!!
That's right and there's nothing that says they CAN'T amend the last one yet again, although, good grief, let's hope not, just roll it out at a lower amount of stores or something.
Thanks, I was reluctant to even post that but I figured it was somebody BS'ing and I wanted to verify.
Some guy over on Allstocks is saying that he sees GZFX in the CC ad in Houston TX. Whatever that means. Any Houstonians here verify?
Where in the first filing did it say the pilot could be extended? I'm looking at it now and can't find it.
I seem to recall that before the extension of the pilot in Jan, that word had come in of 10 additional stores that were not part of the initial pilot. Then we got word of the pilot extension and it all made sense. Is it possible that these new FLA stores with GZFX gear are indicating another extension of the pilot? If these new CC stores are verifiably carrying GZFX gear and promoting the service, it would seem to me that things are still OK but there may be another rollout delay. That's fine with me because if CC wants more time to figure out if this is going to work for them, so be it. Just my opinion and totally subjective take.
Question to the board
Simply, does everyone here feel assured that, when the merger happens, between the dividend in the new co and whatever value is retained in one's HISC shares, that you will get a net gain from this whole deal?
More of our little pals dumping on the relatively steady trading. Hey, you gotta pay the bills right?
bb INSQ-Can you annotate an INSQ chart? Thanks!
INSQ--I have seen this general pattern before. Massive volume over several days that moves nothing. Then one day whatever is holding it back goes away and the thing turns on the afterburners and you can't believe the move. Maybe just maybe this one comes through. I have so little invested here that I guess I might as well wait.
INSQ--It keeps trying but there seems to be some force arrayed against it that's keeping the ASK from any real move.
I normally don't post these sorts of things...but this morning right before I woke up I had an extremely vivid dream of looking at my quote system and seeing one of my stocks up in the green by about $26,000. In order for me to achieve that here would mean a stock price of right around 15 cents. I don't own anything else that could come close to that profit. There was no time frame or anything just that vivid picture and a very excited feeling in the dream and the pressing question of, OK, do I sell this now or wait longer? I'm sure most here have a lot more shares than I do so 26K would be paltry. Anyway, it'll be interesting to see what happens. I have a feeling that if CC comes through on the national rollout, this summer could be our big PPS appreciation time.
Re Possible 2nd pilot ext
I agree lesnshawn, another ext of the pilot would, to me, be almost as good as a rollout. It would indicate a concretely serious commitment to making the partnership a success and would also indicate a near-100% chance of the final nat rollout.
It'll probably be filled--these MMs love to play the "Penny Zone".
I'm sure many of us would hope they would please STFU until there is a material development. Maybe the thing to do is for them to start a monthly report ala CNES to give us these fluffdates. Save CRAPLS (our diluted stock) resources for historical and/or material news.
Re INSQ
In my opinion it's probably just about bottomed but I would wait a bit. Tomorrow there may be a capitulation into the single triple 000's and you could score nicely from there. No doubt about it, especially after reading the Q, the biz is looking better and better but the OS grows and grows.
I think the MMs in charge are, again, determined to send this back into the 2s and accumulate before the next real developments. Not happy about it but seems inevitable.
Well, having watched this thing trade for the past few months, reagrdless of where it ends today, these nasty creatures are going to milk the penny area for as much volume as possible. Watch for it to continuously run from the 9s into the low 1s until investors grow tired and probably dump it back to the 8s. JMO and I'm hoping this means something but...well, what's the point?
Agreed-this PR smells of pure "Appledom". No news is better than this unvarnished attempt at PPS control. Yuck.
My Guess
is that we'll know something regarding CC, at the latest, a few days before the 15th.
Re INSQ
You could tell they were up to their same old tricks when, after multiple 1MM+ buys at the ask, just a couple of relatively small bidwacks and they caved it. Never changes, they just don't like this stock.
These guys need to fire up their little PR company and get something out there.
One would only hope that if CC rolls out this thing that they throw some of their deep cash reserves into this to make it a success. I have gotten the feeling, and it's only my opinion, that CC has been arms-length with the pilot so far and has not promoted this thing to the best of their abilities. From everything I have read there is still tons of room in the online rental space for more players. CC will have a golden opportunity to become a name in the online rental space with GZFX. If they do rollout, they had better not do it half-assed. If the CC rollout doesn't happen I don't think it spells the end of GZFX but with the PPS probably taking a major asskicking, investors will shy away for a very long time.
USXP-It just shows you that even with a float of, what, nearly 6BB shares?, when the MMs sense demand they'll move it with as much ease as a million floater. The myth of "too high a float" is dispelled with utter ease under the right circumstances.
667000 sh block of RSMI at ask
There's certainly tons of demand for their services per the wallstnet ceocast. The only problem is their cash needs and utilization of Cornell Capital. If they could lose Cornell you'd have a triple in about 25 minutes.
Re MSSI--why?
I would hope with the stress of the SB-2 pulling that they have aimed higher than a BB shell, that is, if that's their aim. NASDAQ SC would be my hope if they're going in that direction.
AVDI getting crushed--all losses. It's now at alltime lows.
Kook
Wash sale rules state that you can sell at a loss and buy back the same stock within 30 days, BUT you cannot write off that loss. However, whatever loss you could not take because of the wash sale gets added onto the cost of the subsequent purchase. I think pub 564 on the IRS website gives it out in black and white.
RSI is below 30 which is a strong indication of oversold conditions. However it was below 30 before and kept its downward trend after a brief recovery. Today "feels" like capitulation to me though so I would make a guarded bet that it won't fall into the teens or if it does it won't stay there. Still, with these market makers, clearly playing very hard on shareholder fears, anything is possible.
AVDI turn around?
AVDI-Bottom in @ .075?
AVDI bb-can you post an annotated chart of AVDI when you get a chance? Thanks!
Re TMMI somebody actually bought 100K at .03.
Yeah, I remember. This is one of the most bizarre things and it keeps moving up as we speak!
Daily bizarro world--TMMI
Hasn't moved for almost 4 years and is up 78% today. If you look at the chart it's been in an uptrend sonce July or so. No one can figure if it means anything or not. Co hasn't made a peep in several years. Maybe a reverse merger shell opp. Probably just MMs haven a good time.
Maybe I'm way off but...
How the F does this co acquire another co with, presumably stock, at this cratered stock price without MASSIVELY diluting the current PPS? I know they have a huge AS so they won't have any problem increasing the OS. Then, how do we uplist, in whatever form we are at, without a very large reverse split?
Gee, you'd think for 75K a month they could do a little better than that. This is a route that seemingly has no end.
