97% of people on this board have no idea how this works....this whole 'market' and 'financials' and 'blowing a covenant' thing works.....

Yes, they see the market potential, but ECIG is not going to be a player. Its going to get gobbled up, or go bankrupt.
More and more people are moving to vaping rather than Ecigs.
ECIG is a dead dog.
Wall street is a cruel master to a bunch of guys who did not know what a bad loan arrangement looks like.

ECIG PRODUCTS SELLING AT A DISCOUNT....
All ECIG products at Rite Aid/Walgreens/etc are marked down now, with big yellow tags that say 'NEW LOWER PRICE'...that pretty much sums up the stock and company for me.

BUT ITS NOT! Its .32 right now....I am waiting to buy more when it really shits the bed....every ECIG product is severely marked down when you see them in stores, so it tells me they are DESPERATE for revenues...this is a big belly flop...I lost some on this, and made some on this, but staying away now because its in trouble.

STAY AWAY.
They are trying to use the artwork to secure lending via a letter of credit. They would not let us approach their banker to verify anything, yet they wanted us to secure insurance to verify the value of said collection and then use that insurance to gain bank funding. SCAM ALL THE WAY. STAY AWAY.

Alot of people beat this stock down, and on the boards people who I believe did not have a stake in ECIG have said silly things about this stock. I will say this.
I have been in ECIG since Dec 23rd 2014.
At the end of this week if this hits a dollar, I will have spent about 200k on Ecig stock since Dec 23rd.
If we hit $1 this week, I will have about 350K in my account.
I keep buying the product, I keep telling my pals about the product, they try it, and they stop smoking mostly.
But ECIG is a money maker, and this thing will be bought inside of 2 years, and I will make a mill or more off of my stock plays.
All I did was buy more and not panic.
This funding they got shows that people believe in the company and there is more to it than just this one round of funding to take out the bad loans.

Looks like a great opportunity opening up for people with cash and took profits before they RS'd.
I think I can get the shares back at the same price I had them pre split soon! LOL!!!!

What amazes me the most on reading these posts is how many people DO NOT KNOW HOW BUSINESS 101 WORKS.

Just got to relax and sit back, you dont run ECIG, you support it.If you want to run a company, then run a company, but right now all you need to do is buy the product, tell your friends to buy the product, and hope that management is not jerks.
I know a few brokers going through FINRA issues on this stock right now, so I am hopeful that things turn out OK for ECIG.
So I am obviously long on this stock, and they do have real product and its all the 'rage' right now.

Today I spent 120K on ECIGD stock at .80.
That is in addition to the 35K I spent when it was at .0595.

There will be weeks of shennanigans, but should level out as soon as 10k comes out...have fun boys

As a dummy, what does this mean to me who holds 500K shares of this at .0876?
I am long and have been holding for a while, im in from .16 all the way down to .0495.
What does this RS mean to me?
What is going to look different to me?

I have been purchasing the FIN at my local 7-11 here in NJ for about a 2 months now. I have not smoked a regular cig in about 2 months now. I have a 6 figure holding of ECIG and am saying that this stock is not a .25 stock, its more like a $3 stock, or a $5 stock. They have product on the shelf, the FIN had to be replenished, so that is good. This is a great stock to buy more of and hold on too. I read these boards and laugh sometimes at the weak hands that sit here, and the MM's that play this stock.
Time is up, we have a real product, real purchasers of that product and the management team will fix the previous mess. I am sorry to anyone that is covering today, should have timed it better guys.
Like I said, my last run on a stock like this got me a new house. I think I may buy a new Jaguar XJ when this is done....

Why does anyone care about California banning tobacco products?
They ban everything in the Peoples Republic Of California...this is just the news cycle because nothing else is worth reporting to make someone money...this will blow over in 2 trading sessions.

Its really fun to refresh my Etrade page while watching my shares of ECIG change my balance upwards every few seconds...
