Just wait... This stock is such a pos
What? Another DEF 14C for a reverse split? ACLP has a lot to prove before this stock moves off no bid. Without some legitimate sales figures for Village Tea, Tiny's Tequila, etc...any move in this stock will just be manipulation. If Whole Foods actually puts Village Tea on their shelves, or Tiny's Tequila becomes more than a few facebook events (that get cancelled) then I'll become a true believer. A ton of people are locked into this stock, and it'll take some legitimate business for everyone not to sell the second a bid pops up. I'm holding, because it doesn't make sense to sell for a small gain. If they can reach a 100+ million market cap I'll cash out, but otherwise any action is a non-event... Not being greedy, but is anyone here really excited about earning a few thousand on a stock that should be able to return several hundred thousand for a small investment?
Sell now before you lose everything. Just take a look at ACLP. Gilbert's other Fortune 500 company

ACLP is on ice right now, but it will come back to life one day, and I plan to be ready with a sell order. Just hope it's before the next reverse split...
I wish TI and Tiny could be charged with securities fraud for participating in this fake company.
Gilbert Steedley is a crook. Don't get excited.... Put your sell order in now for whatever small profit (or break even if necessary). DO NOT buy anymore stock. You'll lose money. Just look up Gilbert's other gem, ACLP
We need Carl Icahn to buy a huge position in NBG and squeeze the shorts. Remember how he taught Ackman a lesson with herbal life. Personally, I'm just along for the ride. NBG isn't going to close anytime soon, and Greece is safe in the Eurozone.
Stock manipulation by Soros and company... Remember the Buffett motto: Be greedy when everyone else is afraid, and and afraid when everyone else is greedy. This is probably a good time to buy if you're investing (not trading) in NBG
This isn't going to end well on Monday. Might as well flush money down the toilet. We're going to get slaughtered...
Gilbert Steedley is bad for business...
Gil, it's time to go... Please RESIGN!!!!!
Tired of the double standard. Everyone wants to beat up on Greece when they are simply pursuing the best long term path for their country (with majority support due to the referendum). The United States prints money to get out of jams (remember quantitative easing?), but the Greeks, locked into the eurozone don't have that option. If Greece had the Drachma they could do the same thing we did during the 2008 financial meltdown, print currency and kick the can down the road. Instead they have to go beg Merkel and company for assistance. It's sickening to see the euro leaders from German take such a superior hard line approach considering Greece agreed to debt forgiveness for Germany after World War II. If they want Greece to stay in the EU they definitely didn't show it in the post meeting press conferences today. I bought shares of NBG at .98/.99 and will be very upset if it takes a header off the cliff, but I definitely won't blame Greece. It's the eurozone leaders who have made a mess of this...
Except $5,000 a month for his salary...
She should stop wasting money on the brunches, and drop 10k buying up the 96 million share ask. Give Gil a run for his money...
I called that last run in May, and didn't have the wisdom to sell the rally. Not sure how to approach selling this when it finally comes back to life. Imagine it's not a good idea to dump several million shares all at once. Do you just sell 10% of the average volume to keep the price stable?
Hello, anyone there?????
Call me crazy, but I think a deal will be made this week to keep them in the EU. In that case it'll make a rapid (5-10yr) recovery to some incredible valuations. Any price you pay today will be a huge deal if you consider it's worth in a few years. Buy and hold, don't just flip it...
Dead for a few months at least... This reminds me of the 100+ million ask back in December. The ask will gradually shrink and then it'll pop on good news. Just hopefully a little higher next time. Still a tremendous upside potential on this for a small amount down. It's just a matter of time and luck...
If history repeats itself, Village Tea will have a "back to school" promotion in a few months to "reintroduce" customers in the Whole Foods SW region to Village Tea. DC Brands (HRDN) put this press release out in 2013:
http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/09/04/idUSnGNXcc1y0R+1c1+GNW20130904
also, I've watched a few episodes of "TI and Tiny: the family hustle" on VHI, and it will be a miracle if Tiny's Tequila isn't a gigantic scam.
Wow! I feel dumb for owning 3 mil, and you bought 50? You better signup to give away free samples of Village Tea at Whole Foods...
Don't lose heart... I've been a bagholder since December, and the Whole Foods news is probably the best we can expect for now. Just imagine if they pick up Village Tea, and start selling it on their shelves... You'll hit the lotto overnight. I would just set a limit order, good til cancelled, and forget about this stock for awhile. Following it day to day is a monumental waste of time. As a newbie, after last Tuesday I realized the whole schtick of this website. The way it lists stocks by activity, so that everyone can pile into them for a quick pump and dump. Should be illegal, but that's life... At least I didn't buy any ACLP last week. In hindsight, I probably should have sold at .0003, but a 300% gain isn't enough to get me excited. I would need to buy a huge position in this thing for 300% to matter, and there's no way to know that I could get out if necessary.
Just filed SEC complaint for the trading activity on Tuesday. Looked like a pump and dump...
Sour grapes... Babe. You've got to follow these things close to call it like I did.
Read my post from Saturday. I called this whole thing. If anyone wants to send me part of your profits or thank you notes I'll send my address. This stock is going higher, just a matter of time...
This is the only time a sane person would buy a stock like ACLP... Reverse split denied and it's sitting at .0001... Not sure if the negative posts are only trying to hide intentions to pump and dump. It would definitely make it harder to prosecute you if you can show messages claiming Gil is a crook, etc... Something is up with this stock and I'm suspicious that people on this board are posting disparaging messages about Accelbrand on this board to hide criminal activity. Anyone holding this stock would be quiet when the trading volume rises in hopes that a rally can begin, but not you guys. As soon as we get to .0002 after 6 months of no activity everyone is claiming It's a fraud. For my sanity, if you think it's a fraud put a limit order in for .0002 and sell out. I believe this stock can go much higher, and the negative messages are not helping.
Maybe not, but I've probably lost less money on ACLP than you have...
With 600 million shares outstanding (according to Fidelity) a reverse split to get it down in the 200 million share range would probably be beneficial...
Just seemed like a pump was trying to start... Will we have to wait another 6 months for bid activity?
Still don't get all the negativity. It's like several people on this board want the company to fail.
I've decided to stop reading the press. Deleting the financial apps, etc...Have my sell order in with Fidelity for $1 per share. When it expires in July I'll renew it. Following ACLP can make you go crazy. Each time they reverse split I'll load up again when it hits .0001. Hoping to make some money on this eventually, but know it'll be awhile...
Think the 52 week high on April 9th, 2014 was bogus too. Did some insider buy a few shares at a high price to make the chart look good?
In the words of Robert Shiller, the entire equity market is kinda bubbly right now. Keeping most of my cash on the sideline until a correction. Curious how many ACLP insiders are lurking on this board...
Does the reverse split take effect today? If so, let the games begin... Doesn't this stock only hit it's 52 week high after a split?
Does any trading platform allow you to buy below .0001?
The ask also dropped from 97 million to 14 million. Does anyone know why? have folks decided to hold until after the split, or is the reduction meant to create demand and raise the share price?
considering the ask is over 90 million, I think everyone's running for the door at the same time. Don't think Gil can serve as a market maker since he would have to file SEC documents to show any major change in holdings... Not an expert. Maybe someone else can enlighten us.
Fidelity limits orders to four decimal places (basically .0001) online. I haven't tried calling a broker. Will probably just hold... Who knows, maybe it'll bounce. Just hate the reverse split (thought they wouldn't do it again so soon)
Yep, I bought 1,000,000 at .0001, and can't sell, not even with a market order... Greed is an awful thing, and I was reeled in with dreams of .47 per share, etc... $100 down the drain. Luckily I limit spec. stocks to 25% of my portfolio. Can't win the lotto unless you buy a ticket...
