correction...continued to take advantage
Yes, sir! Continued to advantage of the price dislocation again this morning!
Isn't this good news???
Yes, I'm realizing this custodian game is not for the impatient. Still think BIPH looks like one of the highest quality plays with the attractive SS and current filings. Others I looked at have the skull and crossbones and delinquent filings.
Yeah, I was under the wrong impression that this would have moved quicker. It's my first custodian play, so I really had no idea what to expect other than looking at how some of the other Arcaro plays worked out
Yes, BIPH. Good share structure, current filings and custodian court process in late stages.
Agreed. And if it's not BIPH, some shell out there is going get a huge bump when Nugenerex is inserted. The timing of the BIPH court process and this NGIO spin out looks too good to be true!
Odds are it's not, but one can hope. With their immuno-oncology pipeline and phase 2 trial partnered with Merck's Keytruda, I think this spin out could command at least a $50-100 million valuation.

Hoping he has a strong buyer in a hot sector lined up, like this Nugenerex spin off. Seems to be moving in parallel with the BIPH court dates

You seem to have some experience with these custody plays, does it concern you that this one is taking this long or is this a normal time frame?
I thought there would have been at least a rally to .01 by now. Excellent share structure, current filings and far along in the reverse merger process. Am I missing something here???
Agreed, the timing is what caught my attention. If by chance BIPH is the reverse merger for the Nugenerex spin out, it could be huge for current BIPH shareholders. They are partnered with Merck's Keytruda for immunotherapy clinical trials and a number of other things in the pipeline. And the CEOs of BIPH and GNBT are both named "Joe", so it must be! LOL, this board needs some excitement.

Thanks, looks like another buying opportunity
Another delay, 11/22 hearing. Are these delays typical with Arcaro plays?

Joseph Arcaro's Motion to Terminate Custodianship
Thanks. Another buying opportunity. Accumulated a stupid amount of shares over the past two months. Hope it pays off in a big way.
Interesting. Why would there be another motion to terminate custodianship when there was one back in September?
Or maybe the buyer is a public company that is spinning out a subsidiary through a reverse merger and the audits, disclosures, financials etc aren't done yet???
Opportunity to buy more or jump ship?
Matter Continued??? What exactly does that mean??

It's much further along than that. Arcaro was previously granted custodianship of BIPH by the court, including the subsequent motion to terminate custodianship. Next step is hopefully the announcement of the reverse merger company and Arcaro resigning as CEO.
What is the expected outcome from today's court hearing?
Probably won't be an update on the court docs until Monday or Tues
Good advice. Looking at some Arcaro and Lazar deals post reverse merger, like MXMG, it seems that it's prudent to sell the initial pop, unless the deal is with a really strong company. I noticed a few days ago that GNBT is spinning out their immuno-oncology division into a "pubic vehicle" (i.e. shell)with current filings real soon. Timing is interesting. Could it be BIPH??? LOL. Probably not, but would be great.

Yes, the WHO is hopefully a legit operating company in either the tech, medtech or biotech sectors. And of course a US based company.
Agreed. Just considering all the possibilities, positive and negative, since it's my first rodeo with a custodian play.
Could there be another month or so delay on the court custodian report if the buyer isn't ready to launch their public company in the biph shell? If the new reverse merger company is a subsidiary spin out from a public company, I could see delays due to disclosures and auditor reports. Just a thought.
Completely uncomfortable with the position I accumulated, but what's the fun in not going all in???!!! Looking forward to a 5-10 fold return on this if the shell buyer is legit and in a good sector
Compared to other Arcaro and Lazar shells, BIPH looks like the cleanest with current filings and furthest along in the court process. Love that it hasn't run yet as I've been accumulating a ridiculous amount.
Agreed. Clean SS and balance sheet + current filings seems to make this an ideal RM vehicle for company looking to become public. From what I'm told, the 73 million accumulated deficit is also big accounting positive for the RM company. I guess the biggest risk factor is a long term delay for the RM to occur???
Will be very interesting to see who the new owners are and how this plays out over the next few weeks.
Does Arcaro normally issue himself preferred shares in his shells?
During the three months ended August 31, 2019, the Company issued 1,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock to Joseph Arcaro for repayment of related party debt totaling $27,032.
I'd like to make money on this one first and then find some others. Lazar seems to have some good ones
Do you know if there's a site that reviews / compiles all of the active custodian plays?
Is the next step the supplemental filing with Arcaro resigning as CEO and the reverse merger company CEO being appointed? Seems that MXMG followed this path.
Would be great if the RM is with a US based Biopharm, Medtech, AI or Cloud company if looking at this as a longer term play. These are where future fortunes will be made. Crypto and cannabis are dead. Hopefully Arcaro is selective and chooses wisely.
Always better to wish you bought a stock instead of wishing you didn't
Thanks. Just intrigued how these custody trades play out.
Thanks. He doesn't usually hold on to any shares?
