I am a new investor to PTE and I'm enthused about their science but I'm
confused and concerned about the abundance ( over 20 ) of SEC Form 4's issued just this year. Does anyone have insight to this much Form 4 activity?
Any help will be appreciated.
Feel free to share your feelings with us. We're all friends here.
I've been a holder for over 4 years. My average cost of my 1,000,000
shares is 7.4 cents each. I have no one to blame but myself for holding on this long. I drank Kenny's Kool-Aid along with many of you. This message board has been of no help since its all either PUMP or DUMP.
My confusion right now is the recent price improvement. I don't believe
Pharmacyte will ever have the resources to re-submit their application to the FDA. Therefore, the only explanation is that someone in the large Pharma sector is showing interest, not in PMCB itself but it's intellectual
property. If that is the case the share price could go higher but not enough to profit by.
Feel free to chime in.
What does "beyond dollars" mean? Are you referring to a different type of currency?
I don't know what is happening behind Pharmacyte's closed doors but
I do think its strange that the share price has been creeping up the past few weeks.
Those with a "glass half empty" attitude see a stock selling for less than a penny.
Those with a "glass half full" attitude see a stock that's gained
over 60% for no apparent reason.
As usual, I am confused.
"Who is buying and why.."
Good question. Even though our investment is going down the toilet,
there are still occasional days ( like today ) when the share price
inches up. Who and why indeed would anyone buy at this level?
Do they see a possible buy-out? That would be the best case scenario.
PMCB should hear from the FDA about the "hold" by Monday, November 2nd.
Good-bye Cruel World !!!
Today's close of .0105 is the lowest in the 3 1/2 years I have owned and added to this P.O.S.
Considering that they finally submitted their IND to the FDA, this is inexplicable.
You "keep hearing rumors". We'd all love to know more.
Less Kabooms and $$$ signs and more facts
If the next press release doesn't say that the IND has been filed, we are
Doomed
Kaput
Dead in the water
Goners
Losers
Red-headed step children
Suckers
I could go on but I think you get the idea.
The answer to your question is a definite NO, the IND has not been filed.
They put out a lot of meaningless PRs so I think the biggest event in their history would deserve a notice.
By the way, you keep telling us to "get ready" but what exactly should
we be doing to get ready.
Your theory may be "far fetched" but I can't think of a different one. There has been a complete disconnect between positive news and share price.
Very frustrating.
"I was told.."
Really???
You must be joking!!
10% down one day, 10% up a couple of days later--- on no apparent news.
How do we know whats going on??
The next best thing to knowing an insider at PMCB would be to know an insider at Facet.
I would pay big bucks for that.
What are you guessing on the reverse split?
200 to 1??
If you do get an answer from FACET, they will say the can't give you an answer.
I'd love to get an active message board going on GNSS. It's been performing
great in the past couple months that I've had it but its hard to get any insight beyond their web-site.
Pharmacyte versus Austrianova
Can someone steer me to information regarding the relationship
between Pharmacyte and Austrinova?
Is Pharmacyte merely one of many Austrianova customers?
Does one company own a part of the other?
Does Austrianova directly benefit from the success of cell-in-a box as it applies to pancreatic cancer?
If and when a FDA trial starts, does Austriana contribute to the funding of the study?
Any help will be appreciated. Like many of you, I'm at the point of
taking a huge loss or taking my chances with the Titanic.
I was referring to the part about giving the test kits away. Not the making of them.
This article is encouraging in terms of what the test can do however it also states that they will be given away free to any institution that needs them. So PMCB will make monthly payments so they can give test kits away!!
This generous act may get Kenny into heaven but it does not sound like a money maker to me.
Cytokine information
On page 11 of April 3rd issue of "the Week" magazine is an article
titled "What is a cytokine storm?" Unfortunately, it does not mention
Cytosorb by name but it does a good job linking cytokines to the
corona virus deaths.
Show of Hands ---
How many of you thought that we would not even have an estimated date
of IND submission more than 2 months after the announced success of the trials. And just think, that's WITH the help of FACET.
PRESS RELEASES
Nov 12th,2019
"PMCB has reduced a long list of FDA required items to just one
last important component - release testing - before it can submit an IND to the U.S. FDA"
Jan 22nd, 2020
"both batches of the company's manufactured clinical trial product have
passed all ten release tests required by the FDA"
Jan 27th, 2020
"Pharmacyte is now on the clock for its submission of an IND package
to the FDA"
March 26th, 2020
Okay, so now, two months after saying the tests were successful,
they bring up 2 additional tests that will take another three months.
It appears that they may be "on the calendar" but certainly not "on the clock".
My broker asked me if I want to loan any of my CTSO shares. I think he quoted a 3.75% interest rate. I told him to try me again if the interest
rate gets much higher.
This PR gets the award for the "fluffiest" of the year/ It's real purpose is to let you know that the IND won't be submitted for quite some time.
Also, they now have a new scapegoat with FACET to blame for any future delays.
Timing of press release & submission to FDA
Companies usually issue good news early in the week and bad news
at the end of the weeks. If we don't hear anything by tomorrow, we won't hear anything until early next week.
If there is not a positive PR by Wednesday, February 12th, we are screwed.
A previous PR said we are in a "countdown" phase. Well, so is my life on earth.
Rufus
You really think PMCB is going to have a $26 billion market cap?
As Larry David would say "Curb your enthusiasm".
Over 7% loss today. WTF???
Share Holders Conference Call
I received the press release announcing the conference call but it had nothing about how to access the call. Can't find it on their web-site either. I sent an e-mail to the company but haven't gotten a reply yet.
Can anyone help??
In answer to your questions, the answers are "NO" and "NO".
Next Conference Call ??
In the last conference call on September 20th the "Waggon Master"
said there would be quarterly conference calls from now on.
That would put the next one around December 20th. I hope he keeps his word.
So you're saying that PMCB will have a market cap exceeding a billion dollars just by starting a trial.
I'm heavily invested in PMCB and hope they succeed but my God man. Curb your enthusiasm.
W T F?
The share price can't gain any traction even with today's
positive press release? Extremely frustrating.
This is why I disagree with the posters who think the filing
of the IND will make the share price soar.
My average cost of PMCB shares is .08 and I doubt that the IND
filing will bring me to break-even. I hope I'm wrong.
2 negatives regarding Conference call.
1st is the already mentioned timing of the call. Not only after market close, but on a Friday. Calls with good news usually happen early in
the week.
2nd and just as telling is Pharmacyte can pick and choose soft questions
among the ones submitted. I don't respect executives that won't answer
tough questions in a live "give and take".
I have an answer to your question. They need our proxy vote to enable their "blank check" strategy, certainly not to announce the filing of the NDA.
If they had big, positive news in the wings, leaks would have precipatated
the meeting and the share price wouldn't be at the lowest price in 6 years.
Good News / Bad News
The announcement of the September share holders meeting and conference call
is the most positive news in a long time.
The bad news (and surprising to me ) is that it has had no effect on our puny share price.
Do you really think PMCB could get 2 or 3 billions dollars before they even submit to the FDA. Wishful thinking.
Shorted Shares
Are any of you share holders currently lending PMCB shares. Is so, what is the current interest rate the brokers are paying?
Thanks
Loaned Shares
Does anyone know what the brokers are currently paying share holders
for loaned shares?
