My TD account continues to show .0126. do you know how after market trading is handled? Would it get updated prior to next business trading day (in this case - Monday morning?)
nice find...........thanks. Looking better and better each day.
Good Evening future HTIC shareholder millionaires club,
Was it only me, or did you too see a .0151 at Friday's closing bell?
However I don't see the .0151 reflected in the closing pps. It still shows .0126
My please, glad to share posts of this awesome (long overdue) opportunity
On a related note.....what it me or did you also see a .0151 at the bell
But don't see it reflected in the closing ops. It still shows .0126
Like other longtime HTIC holders, I have been asked on numerous occasions "Why are you still building / holding a position"
Below a trip down HTIC Memory lane of the last 4+ years highlights may help answer the WHY?
IMHO the time has finally arrived. Chinese 2018 Year of DOG invert into GOD -- its a blessed year for HTIC!

GAP up in the morning peeps will be chasing to get in before the news hits and it sky rockets. My target price is .30+ short term and $13-$16 within the first year. I have crunched numbers every day for the past month and i have talkd with the CEO multiple times. I don't think this will stay in copper land very much longer. I think we will be at .05+ tomorrow EOD before news hits on monday.

HITEC'S POTENTIAL REVENUES BASED ON TRIALS >>
Based on a news article HITEC trial produced 1000 pounds of oil and gas carbons in 8 hours.
1 Pound of Carbons is Valued @ $6.50 -$7.50 per.
1 Large Tire is 10,000 pounds. (Just Saying)
3000 pounds @ $7 is $21,000/Day
$21,000*7 Days*52 Weeks = $7,466,000
Based on Trial #'s $7.4 million Annual Revs is very possible.
Speeding up the Production Rate and adding multiple facilities to Ultimately produce 10,000-20,000 Pounds Daily (24 hours/7days/week)
$70,000-$140,000 Daily by 7 Day/52 Weeks is $25,000,000-$50,000,00 Annually.
This is All Based on TRIALS.
2 Patents Valued in my opinion at Multi Millions of $$'s Possibly $10 million.
Best part is this does not include Government Contracts or any other contracts.
DRAG is Potentially a Hundred Million Dollar Company.
500,000,000 A/S By 100,000,000 Float with 200,000,000 Restricted.

CARBON 3300lbs @ $6.50/lb is $21,450.00 per 10,000 pound tire.
$24,525 per 10,000 lb. tire
$24,525*7 Days*52Weeks = $8,927,100
DRAG at ~$9 million a year for 1 10,000lb tire a day
Not counting multiple facilities
Can ultimatley process with just 10 facilities for just 1 10,000 tire a day
100,000 lbs of tires per day/10 facilities = $24,525 per facility
$24,525*10 facilities = $245,250 per day
$245,250*7 Days*52 Weeks = $89,271,000 Annually
DRAG at roughly ~$90,000,000 annually
500,000,000 A/S with 300,000,000 Outstanding
300,000,000 Outstanding but 200,000,000 Restricted for $100,000 of Debt Oct 2014

I can't wait until Harvey lays out his gameplan for this company. If they are going to be in the processing business and plan to build plants; then this company is going to be HUGE!!! Can you imagine what the announcement of worldwide contracts to sell units, build plants and receive/collect used tires from state highway departments, military, mining companies, etc... will do to the share price? Let alone contracts to buy the processed goods from HITEC. We don't know if such contracts are already staged and ready, but they could very well be. The technology and business potential Harvey has here should not be hard to get financing for, no matter what his gameplan is. We may be sitting on a true pot of gold! HAPPY NEW YEAR SHAREHOLDERS!!!

Hitec History Matthew Steingraber 2010-04-16 22:42:32
State Fair Community College signed a letter of intent Friday
establishing Hitec LLC as the first incubator tenant of the college’s
Missouri Center for Waste to Energy project. SFCC President Marsha Drennon and Hitec founder and owner Harvey G. Buhr signed the letter at an open house at Hitec’s research and development laboratory.
Buhr, who founded the Bonnots Mill-based company in 2004, said his background is in industrial construction, but he has been researching alternative energy for nearly 20 years.“I have always felt that someday we were going to have to start using all the scraps we generate,” Buhr said. After starting work in the field with various companies specializing in recycling biomass, wood scrap and poultry litter for energy production, Buhr started Hitec and developed a system that converts scrap tires and other waste materials while reclaiming reusable byproducts.
A lot of the biomass problem from wood was kind of taking care of itself,” Buhr said. “Tires, rubber and plastics are something that actually have a lot of energy in them and a lot of problems with how they’re being disposed.”Buhr said Hitec’s technology can break down tires into their component parts — oil, gas, carbon and steel — which can be used as heating sources and diesel fuel additives, for powering electrical generators orbe recycled. “It is an amazing company with a new technology that is really going to benefit our energy project,” Drennon said. Drennon said the college was introduced to Hitec through John Smeltzer, director of operations and maintenance for Pro Energy Services, which is one of the SFCC’s partners in the waste to energy project. She said SFCC felt Hitec’s system would complement the college’s project by providing the components for use in generating electricity and also benefit Hitec, which was looking for a site to showcase and continue to test its technology. The company needed to demonstrate that its equipment could run 24-hours a day before developing a commercial tire recycling plant, Buhr said, and the waste to energy project will provide a commercial setting to prove the technology can operate on a continuous basis.
Buhr said Hitec was proud to be the first incubator tenant in SFCC’s waste to energy project, and he was confident his company’s recycling systems will help clean up stockpiles of scrap tires in an environmentally friendly manner.
“This was an ideal partnership to set up our process,” Buhr said. “It is a testing ground, not to test if the system works, but that we can do a continuous operation.” Plans for the Missouri Center for Waste to Energy — which include a power generation facility, a training and educational center and an incubator for emerging energy technology providers — are being developed by SFCC in partnership with several private companies and local governmental agencies. SFCC last month learned it will receive a $718,500 from a state Training for Tomorrow grant to develop alternative energy curriculum, and it is waiting to hear back on a community development block grant application to fund the design and construction of the gas-trapping and power generation facility

Good Morning Rain,
Would be kind enough to send over link to Name and Ticker change.
ty
My thoughts exactly...........
A couple of years back yahoo had HTIC with a $11 pps.
The technology is awesome, the only short coming was in the financial backing.
Hopefully, now the financing is announced then off to the MOON!
Enjoy your weekend.
Good Night.
just .20. I am thinking $1+
I still believe with the new subsidiary being the same owner of LingLang that there will be leveraging going on between the privately held subsideries (i.e. transportation - oil, construction - steel, hospitality -
waste / recycling management etc.)and HTIC.
I have been here since the beginning and I recall DD (really good DD from Mo'MoneythanGod -- formerly known as -- Squid) outlining Harvey's ties to Chilian Mines (which is one reason for Harvey acquiring International patents) in addition to Harvey having early financing from US Government.
T
Please don't cave and give away cheepies.
Let them earn it.......let's close strong (either same .013 or higher than yesterday)
YOU CAN DO IT!............lol
Me too........just picked up 100k
Sound like its time to load some more before the news hits.
If only my funds would clear
Hi Cool,
I don't see it on any of the tabs. unless you have mistaken
symbol HCTI for HTIC
Hi Rain,
I click on link and selected each tab (24 hour, today, etc.) yest still don't see HTIC.
Who keeps lowering the ask.......
To express on L2 that buyers will need to begin paying a premium for shares and to start the bidding, I placed a small sell of 10,000 @ .50 cents..........lol
Good Morning DT,
Unless I have mis-interpreted the company profile report, it appears ownership is the same as LingHang Group and has penetrated the stock market through one of its newly created Hospitality and Waste management subsidiary via HITEC.
IMHO, it appears that Chun Hong Cheng Cheng is answering the need for environmentally friendly products and services.
And once the circle is completed via (waste management - via machinery operational) they will clean up the dumps that is filled with tires beginning in China.
The more I read and connect the dots, this opportunity is going to be HUGE!!!!!

That makes loads of sense...On a separate note, The silence and speculation is driving me nuts....lol
Although your reasoning is very logical, what I don't understand is why pay alot for a shell (27million +) vs IPO
Hi Mysterium,
I agree with your viewpoint.
My only question is your Nasdaq $5.00 /pps entry point.
From what I have read, the Nasdaq minimum entry point is $1.00 pps, not $5.00. Not a big deal, its for my own knowledge.
we can't seem to stay passed .02........lol

This appears to me the sign I asked (just this morning) the Heavenly Father for direction and guidance. Excellent DD.
You are truly the unexpected sunshine directed you to this opportunity.

Reverse Stock Split Rules
By Neil Kokemuller
A reverse stock split is a common financial move made by publicly-traded companies to boost their stock's share price. Shares of stock are divided by a multiple such as two, which effectively doubles the value of the individual share price. Primary reasons for using a reverse stock split include making shares more attractive to institutional buyers that only purchase stocks over a certain price point and avoiding de-listing from a major stock exchange.
De-Listing Basics
De-listing can occur from either the NASDAQ stock exchange or the New York Stock Exchange if a company's share price falls below $1 at market close for 30 straight days. Once either exchange determines a company is non-compliant with its share price minimum, it sends the company notification that it has six months to regain compliance with listing requirements to avoid de-listing. The company generally responds with its plan of action, which may include a reverse stock split to boost its share price.
Costs and Documentation
Reverse stock splits are costly and require detailed filings with the respective stock exchange. NASDAQ requires a minimum of 15 days advance notice before the split takes effect and charges a $7,500 fee. The company must indicate in its notice whether the split was voted on and approved by shareholders or a vote of the company board. The United States Securities and Exchange Commission, which oversees corporate stock activity, indicates that shareholder approval is not required for a reverse stock split, but companies can instead notify shareholders of the move on its 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K form filings. Additional items included in the exchange filing are the ratio of the split, changes in outstanding shares and par value of the stock and any amendments to company articles of incorporation.
Market Notification
A reverse stock split could confuse the market without proper notification. Investors would see one share price the day before the effective date and a sharply higher price the next. NASDAQ adds a "D" to the company's stock symbol for 20 days, beginning with the effective date, according to the NASDAQ OMX Listing Center. This helps investors know that a trade at that share price follows the reverse split.
Other Rules
In his March 2010 USA Today article "Reverse stock splits: No limit, but not a good sign," Matt Krantz points out that there are no formal limits on how many times a company can perform reverse stock splits, but there are practical limits. The company must maintain at least 500,000 outstanding shares to stay listed. Each reverse split reduces the amount a company has. Companies may conduct their splits using any ratio, but to achieve compliance with NASDAQ, share prices must stay above $1 for at least 10 days.
What are the SEC regulations regarding stock splits? By Investopedia
SHARE
A:
SEC Rule 10b-17 is the main regulation dealing with stock splits. Rule 10b-17 is an anti-fraud regulation of federal securities law. The regulation requires that issuers of publicly traded securities provide timely notice of certain corporate actions, including stock splits, reverse stock splits and the issuance of dividends. The notice must be provided at least 10 days before the record date for the corporate action. The regulation states that the notice must be provided to the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) was created when the NASD merged with the New York Stock Exchanges (NYSE) regulation committee in 2007 and is therefore the successor to the NASD.
SEC Rule 10b-17 includes a number of requirements for the notice to be provided, including the record date for determining stockholders who are entitled to the distribution, the date of the payment or distribution, the method of settlement of fractional interests, and additional details relating to stock or reverse splits, among other requirements.
In 2010, FINRA enacted Rule 6490, which codified the notice requirements of SEC Rule 10b-17. FINRA states that issuers must complete the required forms and pay the required fees to avoid late penalties and delayed processing of documents. FINRA is further entitled to request other documentation to verify information on the submitted forms. Rule 6490 authorizes FINRA to not process a request if it determines that the request is deficient, and not processing the request is necessary to protect investors and maintain orderly markets. FINRA may decline to process documentation if it has actual knowledge that persons related to the corporate action to be taken may be involved in securities fraud.

Four Reasons for a Reverse Stock Split
February 13, 2018|by Nancy Zambell
Reverse stock splits are rare in today’s stock market in part because of their controversial nature. A reverse stock split reduces a company’s outstanding shares. It’s the opposite of a regular, or forward, stock split in which a company increases its shares.
But just like a forward stock split, a reverse split doesn’t add—or reduce—a company’s market cap or value. For example, a company with five million outstanding shares trading at $1/share has a market cap of $5 million.
If it decides to affect a 1-2 reverse stock split, that reduces the number of shares to 2.5 million. Its market cap remains the same—$5 million—so with 2.5 million shares outstanding, the share price is now $2 ($5 million divided by 2.5 million shares). Nothing changed except a reduction in the number of outstanding shares, which doubled the stock price.
However—in reality—since the motivation behind most reverse splits is generally looked at unfavorably by the investment community, these splits often immediately create downward pressure on a stock, whereas a forward split, more often than not, pushes a stock’s price higher in the near term.
Reasons for a Reverse Stock Split
So, if the market views reverse stock splits with a jaundiced eye, you may ask, why would a company decide to do such a split? The reasons are varied, and include:
1. The desire to increase the share price, especially if the shares are penny stocks. Low prices tend to elicit negative emotions in investors and inhibit the attention of the big money on Wall Street or coverage by major research firms.
2. Companies looking to create spinoffs at attractive prices may use reverse splits. Tyco International (TYC), Motorola Solutions (MSI) and Time Warner (TWX) all employed this strategy when they broke up their companies.
3. Major stock exchanges have minimum dollar amounts for the price of the stocks they list. So, to stay listed, a low-priced stock may reverse split in order to push its price to those minimums.
4. And one more reason from Thomas Rice of The Bowser Report: a reverse split may just be an attempt to extend the life of a slipping stock.
However, while the last two reasons are mostly negative, the first two can be greeted as positive strategies by investors who take their reverse splits in stride, especially if they are confident that the company is serious about a turnaround or strategy to improve its fortunes.
Reverse Split Success Stories
And there are many examples of reverse splits in which a company’s shares not only survived but prospered, including:
• Famed U.S. Government bailout candidate American International Group (AIG) was close to being yanked from the New York Stock Exchange when its stock sank below 2. The company did a 1-for-20 reverse split that sent the price above 20. Today, AIG trades at 59.
• When the recession pummeled Citigroup (C) and other financial stocks in 2011, the company executed a 1-for-10 split that boosted its shares from around 4.50 to about 45. Citigroup’s current share price is 74.
• Priceline.com (PCLN) did a 1-for-6 reverse split in 2003, taking its share price from around 3.50 to 22. Today, it trades at 1,790!
Bottom line, a reverse stock split isn’t necessarily bad. As with any announcements that affect a company’s share price, reverse splits need to be analyzed thoroughly to determine if they are simply a desperation measure or a well-thought-out maneuver to create long-term value for a company. Just be aware of the negative connotations that accompany reverse splits—fears that often send investors fleeing.
But unless you’re very sure that the split makes sense for the company, you might want to put on your running shoes.

Which is the same information that was learned in Nov 2017.
Are you saying, since there was no data changes to the today's filing; that what was submitted Today is the same information and terms from November?
If so, where is the annual report details P/L, forecast, discussion of name change, etc.
I still don't fully understand why this filing of a few months ago needed to be filed again Today.
Do you have a moment to explain further. I'm very interested in understanding.
