I hope/expect the second quarter revenue to meet or slightly exceed those in the first quarter? Wishful thinking? Perhaps?
thanks for getting back.
If we hit it big wanna come visit the coast of Maine. The water is refreshing. The Lobsta good. The weather unpredictable. The summer tourist make getting anywhere impossible. Fall is nice.
hi Steve,
How you doing? Is everything alright? I do not see you posting on any boards for months. Do you still own a fefw shares?
Take care

There are other stocks then SPVNF. Wild swings represent opportunities. Because I was unable to access my account I lost those opportunities.
I assume everything RH said is a lie. The company has the second quarter numbers and should be releasing something.
Personally I am looking for trends.
from schwab network
schwab thinkorswim network is having problems and investors are having trouble logging in. 30plus minutes to get through to phone support. Problems with phone support verifying.
SPVNF is no longer on the radar
RH did not retire. He got retired as a result of his handling the private place and the resulting crushing of the stock. as a result of his mishandling he stayed onboard as a figure head. When the second phase of the PP was concluded he was show the door.
I would be surprised to see orders before the end of august. Just my opinion.
we were told by a very reliable source, a former poster, who connected all the dots, that the orders would be placed in the second quarter for shipment in the second half,
what i hear from you, that orders to shipped in the fourth quarter. Has RH, the CEO, been lying to us?
Thanks for taking the time to research and write out your thoughts.
I assume there are other things happening behind the scenes to which we can only speculate about. I expect organizational changes, specifically tightening internal financial controls.
he missed us
A Thought:
Those who post on stock forums saying that the PPS will move UP are actually (usually) NOT your friends. They want to SELL, so they want the shares to stay strong by getting YOU to buy while they sell.
Those who say the stock will DROP are the ones who want to BUY MORE, therefore providing support for longs.
Quite ironic, actually

WORDS OF WISDOM FROM FUTURE WRITTEN ON SAvHAT. SO WHY IS HE PUSHING THIS STOCK SO HARD
This is not a modest PP. It is a massive dilution with a financial restructuring.
Call it for what it is.
why would you seek input from a poster who was consistently wrong?
steve,
you seem like a smart well connected guy?!
When you are evaluating a company, do you take into consideration(if at all) the management and a companies financial situation?
Top management in companies that are having liquidly crisis often take pay cuts, or go without their salary, as well as lending the company money.
YOU DO NOT WAIT TILL YOU ARE DRIVING ON FUMES TO LOOK FOR A GAS STATION.
I agree with most of what you wrote.
So why do you think that someone pulled out?
It is disturbing that management(especially RH) have not stepped in. RH can afford to fund the PP by himself. So this leaves the question why is management not stepping up? What is the advantage to management by letting the company go into bankruptcy?
I believe that there will be a very expensive (for investors) PP. and bankruptcy will be avoided.
That mirrors the message that Mr Pasek left on my phone.
I followed up with a thank you email. And asked what organizational changes the company was considering?, I have not received a reply and do not expect one.
Steve's post about high risk high reward says it all.
I reached out to Ron and he returned my phone call and left a message. The tone of the message was positive.

Investors who are unhappy with getting two weeks notice prior to possibly closing the doors should be contacting the chairman of the board (Ronald J. Pasek). His email is listed at the bottom of the PR. (ronpasek-at-yahoodotcom)
Endless complaining here to one another does nothing. Action should be directed towards people who can make a difference at the company.
worth repeating:
Losing credibility is easy. Getting is back is not.
I think you got played like the rest of us.
I hope you take some time to reflect and document any misleading information that management provided you.
I agree that at these price levels the risk/reward is tempting?
anything is possible but i sincerely doubt that SPVNF will be the billion dollar company you were making it out to become? But anything is possible?
Lets assume that the hyperscale buildout has begun?
And lets assume that some of the connectivity is being done with ACC cables?
Could the ACC cables being supplied NOT using SPVNF chips?
The CEO has probably had his wings clipped.
At this point investor communications are run through lawyers and/or the underwriter.
I feel lost without future connecting dots that I can not see.
I think you (and Steve) should be documenting all conversations that you had with management or other people connected with the company.
I would not use Future in your documentation.
It will be interesting to see how the company values ins inventory in 2023Q4 and 202Q1. In the Q3 sedar filing SPVNF valued the inventory at over $2million. The difficulty getting accurate and current financial information is a huge problem. Investing based on TAM and rose colored PRs, is, as we all are finding out, a recipe for disaster.
i hope you take the time to start documenting your conversations with management and others
ya think misrepresenting the financials might be a problem? Really?
Here is something else for people to consider? If the company can not sell, (or is having trouble selling) the inventory then what is the value of the inventory? And how can they borrow against it?
I agree the deliberately misleading investors should be criminal. Butr RH is hiding behind his safe harbor forward looking statements..
The board should also be held partially responsibilities for failing to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities'. But again wishful thinking.. Its a corrupt system where those in power continue to exploit.
.
A great post. Not because I like or will profit from the scenario that you envision.
But the post is a very real and sobering possibility (and maybe probability) of how things might play out.
It is in striking contrast to rose colored scenarios based on (you can fill in the dots).
