True, well not really, they could NOT do it so they they paid an Israeli company or person to hack the phone, having possession of the “physical” device. Now hacking Apple servers, messaging, and other encrypted communication apps is a whole different story. There’s a reason the govt is constantly battling the tech companies and their encryption. VLDI is not and will not be the reason.
This is an income stream for BB and a few lucky ones who enter and exit at the right time. Otherwise, dream on with this turd.
?? Apple use this? No way, they have the highest paid genius’ securing their products, so much that the government can’t even hack their stuff. I can believe you’re still here surwin, all these years and still wasting time battling the believers. Thank GOD I got out when I did. This is such a ?? lol
I'm not insinuating their con-artists, however I'm interested to know what information is being provided to these large investment groups, which they base their decision to invest. The last 24 months has been a train wreck for investors such as myself which I expect will turn around. History alone of constant share price decline cannot be overlooked without serious convincing evidence.
I'm curious to know how they continuously convince these investment groups to invest so much money, considering this has done nothing but decline for two years straight. I became interested almost two years ago, at which time I thought .50 was a good entry. Then comes the split, which turned .50 entry point into a now .05 value. Opinions?
I have reached out to BB tactfully, in an attempt to get company info, as well as to where I can visit the mobile lab. I never received a response. There are too many indications this is an organized group of friends completely scamming people.
I believed initially this was legit, and the right product at the right time. However based on numerous indicators, I feel very fortunate to have recovered the majority of my investment prior to collapse. A year of game playing and fictitious pr's is enough for me.
If I'm wrong, great and I wish you longs good luck.
I think there could be many that signed up, and are using the product. However the product is now free, concentrating on end point numbers, therefore there will be no revenue until a buy out. I'm just guessing that would be the response.
Well stated, I'm in the same boat and completely agree with everything you said.
Surwin, thanks for the research and posts. At least there is some confirmation he has some involved in tech. Also I guess we could throw mandatory certification out the window.
Is there a way to check if VLDI is already certified? If people are using the product and were at the edge of the major marketing event, certification must already have been done. If not, I guess we're in for a long wait and acculmulating bills.
Looks like the hack on secure city solutions is over, as their web site is back up and running. It does seem a little low budget, but what do I know. Maybe you could inquire with them as yo VLDI, as their claimed to be using it. They claim to employ people with fancy titles.

Fair enough, those who are unconditionally motivated that have a connection with Bruce, please forward to him.
Id send Bruce that exact email, implying your interested in getting this thing going. If this product is legit, he should respond to your contact. Sure would be nice if someone with your experience could elicit something with substance.
Btw, Topaz and Comstock are separate companies. Topaz is an empty shell looking web page, and Comstock looks legit with revenu.
So clearly you could shed some light on this product. Your experience is just what they need, if in fact the claims are the real stuff. Would be nice if you could make contact with Bruce. Just out of curiousity, how did you stumble on Validian?
It sounds like you are familiar with security software and implantation. It would be nice if you could elicit some sort of a plan out of Bruce. I'd probably skip on discussing past businesses, as that might be a little bit too confrontational. I think our ultimate concern is Validian, and its legitimacy.
It looks like queen sand to Devx, then to Comstock which is still their own company up and running. I think Topaz was something separate from above mentioned.
Were you involved with development of watchfire? If your security software savvy, we need to get you a copy of Validian software to try out. Unless someone knows a software engineer or software MIT student willing to evaluate the product.
I haven't gotten around to looking up watchfire yet, I was only commenting on the relationship of the trio. It appears they have been involved in many business together.
It does look like they started Queen Sand, which changed name to Devx. Then Devx was bought out by Comstock Resources Inc, which appears to be a legit up and running energy company. So that appears to be one successful business start up and sale.
I'm just curious what these three are up to and if this software company is legit. As an Attorney, you would think they're aware false claims to entice investors equals jail time.
Whatever is going on here, it involves Bruce Benn, Ronald Benn, and Edward Munden. Looks like the trio has been involved in many businesses, however there is nothing substantial with their success. You have attorney businessmen who know the system and how to shuffle paper and milk businesses and investors.
This sure sounded like it had potential considering the claims and current climate regarding hacking. I would like to see progress, however the press releases are beginning to sound like white noise.
Agreed, that could be huge..... Or not so much.
Surwin, thanks for pointing out both sides here. As stated, there has been successes and failures. I doubt the intent is non-success, however trying to remain neutral. And that is where I'm at on a sliding scale, on 0. Surwin brings up valid points. There is evidence something significant is happening here, however im not being convinced with the over enthusiasm.
Is the jig over yet???? Major marketing event says the wizard, although bottomed out with minimal share accumulation. Maybe we'll get another press release this week indicating another milestone.
Agreed, however the technological claims alone are impressive, regardless of collaboration or partnership, or contract. There are a lot of repetitive claims that are verifiable if ficticious.
If this is true, we have wire fraud, =FBI=jail.... I doubt Bruce would go on a radio show and pump out all these technological claims, and channel partner press releases if there was no validity to this. Not to mention his initial investors pumping in the 40 mil, which isn't chump change. It is a bit confusing, the whole picture.
Not integrated as in not using the product, as the press release stated?
I can't help but question the motivation for the enthusiasm. Legit investors excited because roll out is close? Some know something some of us don't? Penny traders doing their pump for the next dump? Or insiders trying to keep the game going? Obviously we won't get an honest answer, so this thing either takes off by end of year, or the cycle ends...... IMO.....
Don't get me wrong, I see signs of momentum, relationships building, and impressive claims difficult to ignore. However this whole timeframe and development scenario is just a bit confusing.
Interesting article from 2008 appears software was capable at that time to prevent hacks.

Chairman, looking thru old posts it appears you have been around here for many years. What's your opinion at this point?
Why is Validian company description gone from investorhub page?
Lol, that's what it looks like...
I've harped on you before, but I do have to say you appear to have the most unbiased and fair evaluation. I'm definately hopeful, but I'd require more evidence to be as ecstatic as some. I'm definately in long, but cautiously optimistic.
I received voice mail with Keven indicating their business and that he was unavailable. It is about 11pm their time. I don't want to harass people, however maybe someone with tech knowledge could inquire as to the status of VLDI software. your company is looking to install it, therefore you just want a reference for the product.
Or you could visit Facebook, which also indicates SDS employment. I just suggest not being a pushy douche bag if someone does call. I think the above scenario might be a good approach, however I'm not technologically competent enough to pull it off. One of you IT guys could get away with it.
Or one of you IT guys call Validian and ask for your free copy of the software because your developing an app, or its for your business communication. Those capable to pull this off need to get a bit creative.
No, we're talking secure city solutions who is a channel partner with some legit personnel. However their web site is gone. Google the name and you'll find some info. You can look back a few months and find the press release indicating them as a partner. The profile sure sounded legit, however the web site was very weak. I guess with this amount of money, people could make ficticous channel partners and web sites. Not to mention there are other failing businesses and penny stocks involving these parties.
Now to play devils advocate, I'd be pretty surprised if this product isn't legit with all the public claims. Not to mention all the moving parts with technological claims, channel partners and roll outs. I know there is a group of attorneys involved here, however there is way too much publicly available evidence if there is shinanigans. There have also been a few successful business dealings with Broce, so I'm really in the middle with this whole thing.
I hope that was a fair analysis....
Yes, I used it before but now it says Hack and has that strange text and links.... But no company info. Also no recent tweets or FB posts....
Is secure city solutions out of business? Their web site seems to be having issues. Makes one wonder
Just listened to that radio program Bruce did a while back. I get the direction he's going with this, however he indicated he's putting it out there to see how many downloads it gets. Does this mean it's user dependent vs app developer/UI implementation? Or it's implemented at UI or app, and then falls on end user to download their end in order to utilize the security?
Regardless, we should see significant progress by end of year. The indication was end of Q2 roll out/major marketing event. The next few months should reveal where this is going.
Fair enough my friend, I get it.... It's not the norm, but we roll with it. Have a great weekend fellas....
Without going back to re-read the statement, I kind of assumed clutch meant up 1mil shares, due to the comments of continuously picking up shares. I'm cautiously optimistic, however I do believe there is an interesting product. I guess time will tell.
I'm very entertained by the optimism, and rightfully so as this should demand some serious interest in the very near future.
why does an "unbiased moderator" find humor in setbacks, and challenges a company faces? Are you an investor? A follower of a company you hope fails? Nothing better to do than hope for the failure of others? Just curious why your so active on here, only piping up when there is a decline in price, which for some reason brings you pleasure. "Inevitable collapse"? I question your motives.
This post wont be deleted within minutes like my others calling out the naysayer.
My initial post which caused your informative and educational response was in regards to a new member questioning the validity of the claims and press releases.
My response was that by making false claims in order to entice/persuade one to give/invest money or property is a crime and catoragized under wire fraud. I know a bit about criminal investigations, and these types of schemes are being investigated/prosecuted. Bruce also has a law degree, and as an attorney, is familiar with business law. He has also had previous success business development and sales.
I also commented that the technological claims made are varafiable, regardless if anyone buys into the technology. As far as the company and product, I believe they are real, and very much needed. Now will it succeed, or be around a year for now, none of us know this, and invested knowing the risk. Far from naive my friend. Thanks for all the posts, gave me something interesting to read today. Go Ducks!
