DNR Public comment period ends Oct 16th**
On September 15, 2017, DNR announced a 30-day public comment period on draft dam safety and public waters work permits for the proposed NorthMet project. The proposed project would require two dam safety permits and one public waters work permit. DNR has posted the applications for these permits and related technical documents on its project website, beginning in July 2016.
Since the start of the comment period, DNR has received two letters requesting an extension of the public comment period for the two draft dam safety permits. DNR has reviewed and considered theses requests and has determined that the public comment period will remain open through October 16, 2017, as outlined in the original announcement.
This GovDelivery notice confirms the information DNR provided on September 15 and is intended to avoid any public uncertainty regarding the duration of the comment period.
DNR will accept written public comments on the two draft dam safety and the draft public waters work permits until October 16, 2017. Please include the words "NorthMet DamSafety" or "NorthMet Public Waters" in the title of your comment email or letter.

My guess is he rented a vehicle, teamed up with SB and they're making a road trip to Mexico with a tent so they can camp in line to be the first. Just a guess :)
Curious why you signed this post with CK ?
Roth and Taglich were both there with Q & A

Regarding 35 mil market cap delisting..from Matt Beck
Matt can you comment or provide insight on the plans to avoid the potential delisting on the 35 million market cap requirement? Is APRI eligible to file an extension for this? If so when does it need to be filed
by? If not what are the plans being discussed?
Thank you
"Nov 29. APRI will request an extension, which is not automatic. APRI will have to appear before a NASDAQ panel and they decide." Matt

Fair enough....ha. but just like a football game if they went forward one yard it's way better than getting sacked. Will all add up in the end
Perhaps but I think it was nothing more than a lucky guess on his behalf. If he saw it coming he would have stated the the facts behind it. Unless I missed it I've seen nothing but chatter.... number of shares and share price doesn't change the potential of the company. Our recent large institutional investors would have been fully aware of the upcoming split. Yet they chose to invest millions of dollars.
Close sarissa aowns almost 15 million plus their $0.88 warrants available.....
True the market may be small. However every market and sale matters. Canada would provide increased visibility , availability, and awareness of vitaros especially in North America . Ferring would be great !
Let's see if some movement in Mexico wakes Canada up
Notice the registration filing in mexico ! Good stuff here
Just Poland is a larger market than Canada. Add Portugal and Ireland and it's a larger market than spain. Should be a great lift for the next few quarters once they get it in the streets
The fact that Ferring has been adding to the position( via upfronts) is extremely positive. They have first-hand information on the products potential.
Good points I still think the reasoning is worth consideration. They do have an abundance of shares especially now with their incentive plans. An announcement of plans / intent would be nice !
With all the upcoming possible events wouldn't that limit their ability without Crossing insider trading rules? New partners territories milestones. I would like to see it too don't get me wrong
? Over 1 million Vitaros units have been sold in Europe to date....page 5
Approved Worldwide alternative
I began buying into APRI about 3 yrs ago. My interest was in the potential of a patented alternative to the decades old only real option for ED Viagra and its siblings. First purchased some in low 3's and averaging down ever since. The 5 things that have changed since my original purchase : besides the fact I am still in the hole just a bit :)
1) Vitaros has been licensed, approved, and launched in multiple countries and has begun to generate revenue. Although slower than anyone of us would like it has begun to generate cash and the $s continue to compound each qtr with no reason to expect it to end. When I bought in it was still just a speculation. 36k Units Q1 2015 growing to 330k in q4 2015. I will take that trajectory all day long. We have a viable product, barely a year in the street selling in a 2 Billion dollar market. IMO positive cash flow is now just a matter of time.

2] US rights have been secured.
3) Femprox came and left a couple times.
4 ) Fisp came and left ( I was on the bandwagon and feel the sting) I am glad it ended quickly. Ugh .....what a distraction from the core product.
5) Sarissa and the ability to get cash if needed. IMO they believe in the long term potential of APRI and Vitaros especially U.S. They will keep us moving and provide $ if needed. We will not go broke not even close. They have the ability to influence APRI with a seat on the board should they choose. I am certain they are invested to make $ and with options at .88 there is a plan out there that far exceeds the current valuations whether its growth or a sale.
Fisp hangover is over....Lets sell some Vitaros !!
I just saw this as well.
The study was partially funded by AbbVie(AndroGel) However the focus was on the possible benefits of raising T Levels for men in the "low" range. FISP...may do this even better:)
This appears to be the same or similar article PD?

Allergan and Valeant( sprout)have tangled in the past.I think it would be safe to say when Apricus was negotiating with Allergan there were quite possibly other things brought to the table. Some ground work for future discussions perhaps? Just my opinion but certainly not out of the question. Positioning...?
imo
