Live within driving range so took a day trip there. Have another post with my experience. Best part, employees were informed of merger and were of the mindset that Rotmans was acquiring vytex!!
Exactly! The employees being prepped is Hard Evidence the merger is going through and soon!! Merger Announcement is Imminent!
Post and Pics are up!
We are in for quite the ride!!!!
Thanks for the tip; Here are the Pictures
Entrance...can't see it from here but the place is deep!
Some pictures of the inside; most sections are sequestered so as to look like rooms. Few long 'drags',
Vytex marketing is ramping up! Saw lots more displays and employees moving more around
Lots of Displays and Lots of Product Placement; Some sections only had Vytex Pillows
Toppers Display
Topper
3 Different Models (I hear another is under development)
(Price chart for last Picture- the highest end model)
RX Air...these were placed all around the store
Carpet and Flooring Section (they also have tons of rugs/carpet on Level 2)
The Bridge from pocket change to Dollars!
Hey Guys, some DD from my time at Rotmans today
Have a bunch of pictures but not sure how to add them here.
Overall, it was a great trip! Most OTC company's are smoke and mirrors; it was a wonderful feeling solid ground beneath my feet, meeting friendly sales representatives, inspecting merchandise and tottering around the place.
Definitely a family run shop with tons of brand loyalty. Was told customers buy furniture at Rotmans because their parents bought furniture there.
Store is absolutely massive, 6 floors and tons of space! There is even a small warehouse "on campus" with the main warehouse being nearby. Every nook and cranny was covered with furniture, beds, mattresses, rugs and decor; everything was for sale with one exception; Steve's Seeburg jukebox (looked just like this (https://etsy.me/2LzQ01G) {Also, Steve is a collector and a good portion of his collection is made up of rare baseball cards but they were not displayed for the public}
Mattresses and Bedding are a HUGE part of the store and there are displays on 4 of the 6 floors.
I tried out the Vytex pillows, toppers and mattresses. They felt very plush and comfortable; with most memory foam toppers you sink in and the foam takes a while to bounce back when you roll over. Vytex is an extremely resilient material and moves as you move, which is a remarkable feature. It is also perforated with graded perforation, the holes growing bigger towards the center for enhanced breathability; a wonderful design touch
There are 3 different types of Vytex 'Cloud' Mattresses- firm, medium, soft and the difference is the amount of Vytex foam added. All Vytex beds came with remotes and the head and foot sections adjusted independently of each other. I put both the head and foot sections up to their max and it felt like I was lounging on a cloud; absurdly cozy and plush.
One note on the bed-in-a-box sales; a rep told me how they see customers all the time who bought from Casper, Purple, Leesa and the like and 6 months out are buying another mattress at Rotmans because theirs is no longer comfortable. Rotmans is clearly aware of this trend and from what the representative told me, their bed-in-box customers are completely satisfied and they have heard no complaints thus far (must the Vytex Factor!).
Saw several RxAir purifiers all around the store and was told they are one of the Rotman's pet projects. The employees really believe in the Rotman family and what they are doing. From what I gathered, from the employees perspective, Rotman's is acquiring Vytex!!!! Merger is happening and it's a matter of crossing t's and dotting i's. This is going to be huge!!!
From an outside perspective, I understand the motives behind this move. Most brick and mortar stores are feeling the pressure from online sales from Amazon to Wayfair to Bed-In-Box platforms. This merger is designed to increase Rotman's presence, increase their revenue streams and increase online presence; primarily bed-in-box sales with Vytex materials. (Not to mention Vytex's NOLS will be of huge advantage to Rotman's millions and millions in revenues...as Buffet and the like advise, Cut Uncle Sam out and you get to keep your 45%)
Overall, Vytex by itself has so much going for it with the Hughes Reactor, Vytex NRL (bedding, medical gloves, balloons, tires, you name it), and Rotmans will be the glue to hold it all together, providing massive amounts of liquidity up front. Huge moving coming post merger, congrats to all the longs!!
Tried the pillows, toppers and mattresses. Vytex Vystar is phenomenal!!
Have some pics too, I'll see if I can post them here
Just left Rotmans. Will update once home
Technical analysis<Fundamental analysis
Fundamental says what to buy, TA determines entry/exit.
Check back in June, you'll be posting a pps with decimal moved over 2 places
Volume before price!! Also Greg said buyback has started and they are in discussions with Banks to buy more back!!
911 trade. Let's get some news!
Emailed CEO yesterday and he said
appreciate your sticking with the company for so long. We have obviously been through a lot of ups and downs during that period. Hoping to see the upswing again really soon.
Thanks old sport! I'm excited to see what's in store ha ha lol
Gotta know what you own! I'm heading up to MA tomorrow to get an estimate on inventory and the musuem. Maybe even chat with MGT if happen to bump into them. I'll post my findings here
More time for the chart to cool down, will only help us in this imminent move. Only an idiot can't see what's in store here. Dollars to the bank!
Let them sell for a loss and buy back here higher. No doubt this will be gapped up past .10 the moment merger is officiall. Those fools will help move this puppy up!!
Merger paperwork is 95% complete! May 15, the Q due and the combined 10k is to follow! Running through June!!!
Great compilation!!
Sticky!!
Run this to $199, see if I care
WHAT AN IDIOT!! -Chaz in Wedding Crashers voice
The V style pricing is classic MM tactic. Drop price quick, raise quick, trail down, rise quick drop quick. Been going on for awhile, a good technique to keep day traders honest and soak up shares
Absolutely! I'm here for dollars!
Getting a few questions to ask MGT together, lmk if you got a Q or two
Imminent pop!
Well, at least it's a write off. Let's see the buyback and 8k, let's go Roterman's!
That's a house with a Zillow estimate of 524k. What I want to know is how much is the furniture store, warehouse, etc all worth
Time for another PR!
Also, they have producing regions that they are receiving sales offers for. I say take the money and put it into mining and CBD operations
Seems like this is a subsidiary they have started seeing as it is based in Washington. Can't wait to see the acquisitions they have in store.
Nutrilife Health and Wellness looks like the distribution/sales facet, so they acquisitions should be hemp producers and/or processors/production
After .018 next resistance is .03
This thing will fly past both on news of acquisitions
Volume before price! Elevator rise coming next
"No one likes to lose Money". This is the difference between successful traders and the losers. Top traders use their edge (whatever system they base trades on) to enter trades. They look at their portfolio as a series of trades and thus are not prone to emotional trading flaws that come with the all or nothing mentality. Therefore they know they will lose money and accept it. If your system is 70% effective, you will lose 3 times out of ten, you will also win 7. The Market is irrational, no one knows what will happen after they get in, a single large trader anywhere in the world can move the market up or down, therefore you never can know what comes next. Top traders focus on their trading psychology and mentality. They trust their methodology. Their edge tells them to get in, their psychology/rules tell them to get out. As a trader who has studied Mark Douglas I recognize this move shows the maxim anything can happen. I also know my edge for this trade was merger of Roterman's (proved in Pacer) and so I am in this thing until the merger happens.
Good luck to all, know why you own.
Classic thinking of the herd. Move it down to shake weak hands, accumulate stock. Next up is filings and Bang Bang, dollar after dollar
$1 listing requirement for 90 days! Awesome how Management looked at that as a no brainier on their way to NASDAQ!! $$$$VYST$$$$
I'm thinking higher simply because they have so much to disclose from fins to dinner acquisitions to mining to CBD partners to oil field deal. Millions upon millions upon millions coming our way!!!!
127M shares held by a long and 107M shares held by CEO....THINNER THAN WE THINK!!!
I like the way you think dood!!! Whales and institutions filling the boats!!! It's amazing the amount of $$$$ volume we are getting. VYST annual report, 8k Roterman's acquisition, buyback and much much much more in the pipeline
NASDAQ IN AUGUST!!!! $$$$VYST$$$$
Thank you kindly my good man. Now looking to add millionaire to the list, VYST will provide the first big boost. Riding my shares into the dollars!!!
Hahaha key is to remind yourself, greed is good!!!
Best Rivalry in sports! Where you looking to sit, monster seats?
Great time of year! I'm a sports fanatic as well, partial to baseball having played in college. Seeing the Diamondbacks play the Padres in Arizona tomorrow then the Rangers playing the Angels in Arlington next Monday....great way to kickoff the release of the fins and the beginning of our run to NASDAQ
42 share trade.... Jackie Robinson day is April 15....coincidence? I think not!!!!
