How do you know that George is "clearly" running Seaview? Remember all those tough questions you posted here during the period when you were supposedly angry with McBride and the company? If you met face to face with these people, why didn't you ask those questions and post the answers, instead of just giving us more of your classic Goelo wild predictions gobbledegook?
Is that your "comprehensive report"? You say you are "impressed" by the new Seaview management team. As I recall, a year ago you were equally "impressed" by Rich McBride's "honesty and integrity." Time has proven that your "impressions" then were wrong. Why should anyone believe that your "impressions" now are correct?
You want me to "give it up," yet you're leaving ten grand on the table (plus three hundred from last week)? Gee, it looks to me like you're the one who's giving it up! You're an amateur and I'm done with you.
I'm not asking anyone to seek my "approval to invest in this company," nor do I care how many cameras SEVU is currently shipping. I merely offered an amateur stock tout a very generous financial incentive to prove that 1/3 of his wild, unsubtantiated statements are true. Why do you have a problem with that?
Allthat, a/k/a Money Market, last week I offered to pay for the Secureview camera you supposedly bought from Seaview if you could prove you ordered and received it from the company within seven days as you claimed. You were unable or unwilling to accept my offer.
Here is my new offer, good for 24 hours: If you can prove that Seaview billed and shipped (to legitimate customers) 500 Secureview units last week, much less 1500-2000 as you "estimate," I will wire transfer $10,000 into the bank account of your choice.
Okay, big boy, now put up or shut up. Surely your pal Rich McBride will help you out with the proof, as he would love to discredit us "bashers."
I haven't "just appeared" on this board, either. I've been posting here for a long time. Unfortunately for the longs, most of my posts warning you of the coming collapse in SEVU's stock price were deleted by your leader, Francois Goelo. Who was right and who was wrong, and what lesson are you smart enough to learn about what happens when dissent is stifled?
Thanks for correcting my view of reality. Wow, all this time I thought "reality" was a stock that went from sixteen bucks a share to a quarter a share in a year.
I made you a legitimate and sincere offer. You accepted the offer. I then confirmed the offer and explained to you how to comply with the clearly stated terms of the offer. You now say that you will not "email some clown like (me)(your) personal information." How could I possibly write you a check if I don't have your personal information?
I hereby withdraw the offer based on your refusal to comply with the original terms of the offer. Thanks for helping me make my point, which is that stock touts infest these boards but are easily exposed when challenged.
My offer stands. To start the process of collecting my promised payment, scan your Seaview invoice and send it to me with no redactions (by PM if you don't want your real name and address to be made public).
We've heard the same story from a thousand SEVU stock touts over the past year. Tell you what: if you can prove you ordered a Secureview camera directly from the company recently and received it within seven days, I'll pay for it, and you can keep the camera. The only catch: you also have to prove you're not a SEVU insider.
"A 13-D is NOT required unless buying a very large quantity."
The above statement is false. Bill Branum's statement regarding the mandatory 13-D filing is accurate. Please get YOUR facts straight before you call someoene a liar.
For your own good, I will not post a link proviing the point. As an obvious newbie investor, you need to look this stuff up yourself as a learning exercise.
Read this carefully and I'm sure you'll be able to grasp the concept of "dilution":
Suppose mommy gives me a dollar to buy a candy bar. Then, mommy tells me I have to share the candy bar with my four brothers and sisters. I had a lot more candy bar before those turkeys got their dirty little hands on my candy bar. Having to share the candy bar is called "dilution."
Now do you understand?
I define "mass production" as your or my ability to walk into a store and buy one.
Congratulations. You are the lucky 1000th person in a row to visit SeaView headquarters and, by your own admission, leave without a clue as to when or if mass production on SecureView will ever begin.
I no longer short stocks. I retired a wealthy man by shorting all of your long picks over the past year. Why don't you come back to RB and give us some more of your "due diligence"?
FG:
Why did you stop publishing your "Chairmail" email newsletter? I haven't received one since December. Are you no longer recommending BB stocks?
Just curious.
It takes a distorted sense of reality to claim that "RB is akin to a sewer." For the past year, RB posters warned SEVU investors about Rich McBride. You, meanwhile, sang his praises. Those who listened to the critics made or saved money, and many of those who listened to you have been wiped out. Time has proven beyond all doubt who was right and who was wrong.
Under the SEC grace period, SEVU has 15 days past the due date to file its 10K, but the grace period is only 5 days for filing the 10Q late.
I just hope somebody saves her from having you as an investment advisor.
I'm saying that no insider has filed the SEC paperwork required to legally sell shares. But you must keep in mind that Rich McBride is currently on felony probation for swindling people out of money. Criminals are not hampered by SEC rules. A wise investor would not find this "comforting."
You made the following statement:
"If the individual actually sells shares, another filing (form 4)is required to confirm that they have sold."
If you are referring to insiders such as officers or directors, the above statement is accurate. However, NONE of the people and corporate entities who have filed SEVU 144's over the past year, including Jennifer Lawson, are considered insiders under the SEC's definition of an "insider." Therefore, none of them are required to file a Form 4 dcoumenting the actual sale of stock listed in the 144 filings.
The bottom line is that any time you see a 144 filing by a non-insider, it is wise to assume that the sale has or will be made within 90 days, simply because it will NEVER be followed by a Form 4.
My point is that no one knows what the true fundamentals are. As recent events have demonstrated, reliance upon the company's press releases to evaluate fundamentals would be sheer folly.
The most recent SEC filing with audited financial results was the March 2000 10K. The latest 10Q shows net 3rd Qtr. revenue of 2,465,386, yet an increase of 2,976,100 in accounts receivable. Do you see the red flag?
You say the new COO "should easily resolve" the production and delivery issues. Does the new COO have any operational experience, or is his background strictly in sales? And do you know for sure that the company has the financial resources to produce in quantity?
In short, you're right to look at fundamentals... if only we knew what they were.
The fundamentals haven't changed? Don't make me laugh. How many ****roaches do you have to find in your plate to figure out that the spaghetti is no good?
Ask FG how many shares he was selling while he was hyping this stock.
I'm beginning to feel sorry for Rich McBride. Talking to Anthony? On tape no less? And without a lawyer present? Not too smart IMO. Maybe all the Florida lawyers are still busy counting chads.

That's the wrong McBride, Francios. Nevertheless, you did a nice job of cutting and pasting inaccurate information.
Efforts were made to alert investors on this board to numerious red flags associated with SEVU. Unfortunately, your illustrious chaiman and his underling deleted those posts, just as they will likely delete this one.
Very sad.
Bulldop, by your own admission, you are new to the stock market. You claim that you have done "full DD" on SEVU. Other than citing patents which you say no one else can access due to a broken web link, what due diiigence have you performed INDEPENDENT of the claims and representations made by SeaView management? True due diligence is far more than simply taking a company's word for something; whenever possible, the information must be independently verified. I hope that is a lesson that everyone has learned.
Logis-Tech has apparently removed all reference to SeaView products from its website. Now, THAT can be independently verified.
Statement from Rich McBride

Has Richard McBride of SEVU filed a Form 3 as indicated in WLDC's recent press release? If so, I can't find it on Edgar. If not, does anyone know if his plans have changed?
