Hello to the Investors Hub readers,
I realize that press releases will only take us so far.
When starting this new venture, the last thing on my mind was having to deal with bulletin board readers and posters. I now "fully" understand that this board is widely read and its postings, while at times inflammatory carry weight.
Firstly, Telco Cuba, inc. is a new entity. It is a Florida corporation, and was created to provide telecommunication services in the US and in Cuba. Its mission is different, than that of Amgentech - which is an internet solutions provider.
SUGO - was identified as a candidate/vehicle for Telco Cuba, Inc. to rapidly succeed in bringing a service to fruition. Cuba, as everyone knows, is hot right now. As a private company, it would be very difficult to reach the point where we are right now. In doing our due diligence, we learned of its past history. The deal in place assures that Mr. Vahlsing is no longer in control of the corporation. SUGO is now Telco Cuba. Secondly, since the agreement was signed, an audit has been requested from RBMS. A deposit has been made and the process has started. The financials will be made available as soon as we can make them available.
With that being said, I'd like to disclose the following:
1) Telco Cuba is in the initial steps of getting its required licensing. The first, easiest was to file for a transaction license from the office of foreign assets control.
2) The second step is to acquire our FCC 214 license. We have started that licensing process as well.
Telco Cuba requires these licenses to operate. That is why we only sell cell phones on our site for now. Once we receive the necessary licenses we will start offering the regulated services.
As a business owner, the one thing that has always proven to be true is that "transparency speaks volumes". While we can't disclose everything that we have in the works and our business plan, I can assure you that I will try my best to be as clear and forth coming as I can be.
I invite anyone with a question, to send it to ir@telcocuba.com. While I can't promise an immediate response, I will respond to every email.
Lastly, I appreciate everyone's due diligence. Your interest in Telco Cuba is encouraging and will assure everyone a successful and high yielding business.
Thank you,
William J Sanchez
