Old news, that you have rehashed many times. Nobody cares, do you know why? Cause there is a vague 7 degrees separation to every case you make. But hey, I still think daily dedication and post after post after post for SUNW is admirable.
Who said I that I haven't made a lot of money with SUNW? Do have access to my account information? Making money and disagreeing with Sandridge are not mutually exclusive, you can do both. As for "listening to him", we have all listened. I agree with some obvious facts brought up about SUNW management and disagree with others. However, i make up my own mind as to how to trade and certainly do not get swayed by what some folks say...over and over. While flipping in and out of PR news is not a big secret, the discussion is amusing. I don't mean to offend any of the folks here by any means. Happy trading.
LMAO, if SUNW was responsible for your best year ever, why do you despise them so much? Sounds fishy to me...sounds like you proved Davo's hypocrisy point yet again. Boy, some folks just never learn. Some folks are too easy to mark. Good thing you're not a defense attorney.
Um, ok...so you agree. Thanks.
" it works because I am just copying what management and the people who hold the p-notes do."
------------------------------------------------------
LMAO, you just validated Davo's point. If SUNW management is so bad, what does that's make you for copying them. So easy to bait some folks here. Your posts are always good for chuckle. Thanks again for enlightening the folks here.
Hahahahaha, you can't will Nelson's words into your definition. Parsing words is for a courtroom. Hahahaha, that is a bad Jedi mind trick for a message board.
I "promise" he can't. Nelson is a smart guy, leading a smart company. Good job catching the lie, but then again it's not hard to do with some.
Looks like Sunworks is going Oregon as per news letter.
What does this have to do with the current SUNW? Another very loose association, if any, with Nelson. Also, do you have a helicopter? Seems like a lot of effort for a picture of the top of a building, even if you were using google maps? Either way a great shot of a building.
This should be a sticky post!! Classic.
Yes, how could they go on without Danny Mitchell? Another great point! Danny Mitchell would have put this bad boy into the stratosphere eventually. With his track record of leading Fortune 500 companies and amassing a fortune in....wait a second, Danny Mitchell didn't do any of that! Prior to the MD acquisition I thought Danny Mitchell was an MMA fighter. Great stuff again. I love this board and all that post here. Loads of fun. I'm gonna go put in another buy order now that I know The Great Danny Mitchell isn't that great. Hahahahaha!
Wow, glad SUNW doesn't the same problem as SANDRIDGE. Talk about toxic for shareholders, good think SUNW not in same sorry position as SANDRIDGE.
You're right about the grammar. No company with improper grammar should get a patent. In fact, they should probably do away with inventive step criteria and replace it with grammar. Delist them while we're at it, cause grammar is more important than the financial health of a company. Too bad this is still a profitable installation company in an emerging industry that is just scratching the surface (with or without cell). This elevator is only going up, good luck trying to get it to go the other way. Oh wait, the grammar just ruins everything! I just fell off my chair again laughing.
The diagrams don't look remotely alike. Hahahahahahaha.
Also, a non patent doesn't preclude manufacturing.
Maybe the cell will come to fruition, maybe it won't. However, 86% of patent applications get a non final rejection and 36% are granted after one or two rounds of amendments. Additionally, WIPO indicated in their report that the cell was industrial applicable, one of the criteria necessary for patentability. So, your not really giving context and are exaggerating when you say it got "humiliated". A real stretch in, my opinion of course. Regardless the installation business is taking off in an industry with less than 2% penetration. Looking good from eyes.
Nice find, interesting background he has. However, I'm afraid dilution coming for sure as a result of this latest move... for years to come. If I had time in my day, I would develop a chart to show you and provide information regarding posts from a year ago foreboding.
https://eresearch.fidelity.com/eresearch/evaluate/fundamentals/ownership.jhtml?stockspage=ownership&symbols=SUNW
I don't have a fidelity account, but this looks the same as what Nasdaq is reporting. Although the share count is relatively small, there are quite a few institutions listed.
http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/sunw/institutional-holdings
According to the Nasdaq you're numbers are way off. Do you have an updated summary of institutional holdings?
So that is what lies ahead for SUNW? And there are no examples to support success? Come on now, I'm sure you have a chart for that somewhere?
So it is not worth investing in a company showing growth every quarter and YOY, as well as profitability in an industry with few profitable companies and has only been on the NASDAQ for a year? LMAO This is great stuff!!
Where is that quote from?
Great stuff!!
Are you saying that Jonathan Lei is in fact... none other than Jim Nelson? Of course I'm probably reading into that a tad too much aren't I. Fail to see your point. Did they share an office? Also, what happens in June?
Maybe they needed the money. Would love to know more about them, but can't really find any information. Doesn't seem like they've been burning up the venture capitalist's market though, so maybe they (whoever they are), are a little pressed for money at the moment. Still an interesting development.
Some more action on the USPTO web site for those following the US patent application. I'm not even going to attempt to decipher the specifics, but SLTD will have to amend their claims before they get a patent according USPTO. Based on what I have read a "Non Final Rejection" is highly common and not entirely bad, as the applicant can reword and amend their claims. Does someone else have a better knowledge of the process or another take of what I am seeing on the USPTO web site?
Solar industry should collectively take legal action, even if the council is on firm legal ground. Lobby like the rest of the energy sector.
Some folks have a little patience with their investments. Many understand that SLTD is a company still in its infancy with tons of room for growth. Some folks realize that SLTD is in an industry poised to explode with less than 2% penetration. ICT extension, lower manufacturing costs and increased demand all looking pretty good. Some folks understand that patience can be rewarding...and then some folks short and talk market forces unrelated to the company's growth and health.
I truly hope so!
Well, looks like there are many that believe the ITC will be extended. A gradual scale down would make more sense than 30% to 0.
http://www.pv-tech.org/news/itc-extension-back-on-the-cards-says-credit-suisse
Maybe the cell will be commercialized, maybe it won't; but you can see all the technicals on the USPTO web site. Also, the International Search Committee (WIPO) deemed the cell "Industrial Applicable". Doesn't sound completely magical to me.
I've been in this for about 2 years and I'm as frustrated as anyone by the apparent flipping and shorting. We're still functioning as an OTC stock in this regard. However, Carl is on point as usual. It will take time, but with sustained increased revenue and earnings, the PPS increase is inevitably. Additionally, I'm also betting that there will be an extension on the ITC, as the industry is too big to ignore. Even with no extension we are approaching cost competitive levels and dropping quick. There have numerous articles to attest. Either way good luck.
Great post. Keeping it real in the midst of a lot noise.
As per the new PR, sounds as if another new acquisition is imminent.
Thank you for pointing that out. Took the words out of my mouth. An important distinction that seems to be lost here.
Agreed, revs increase will do. Especially, considering Solar City
Doubt it. He's a very small fish and there was some very large trade at the end of the day. Those sales are made by some of the big fish that don't give a crap about that dude or even know he exists.
Sweet!
Yes
On a separate note, that Panasonic patent doesn't resemble the SLTD cell as whole, at least based on the abstract and claims.
