It means that it will easier to do MMJ research which is huge. Right now legitimate scientists can't get the necessary approvals to do any kind of research. At least reclassification as schedule II will ease regulations and allow companies to do some real research.
I agree Pennystomper.
When I look at EDXC's website, I'm not impressed. It looks terrible, like it was done by some high school kid. And you click through to his site and it's just blank placeholders. These people don't look to be the slightest bit professional. It looks like ERBB is adding more clowns to their circus of incompetence.
No, there isn't. Give them a call and check yourself.
Not operational the last time I checked.
Well I live in Colorado and there are no machines available to try out.
Yeah, about eight years ago my brothers dog got into over a quarter ounce of hash balls. They didn't know what he got in to and took him to the vet who thought he ate some kind of poison and advised them to take him home and keep an eye on him. Well, after he slept it off he was fine and is still alive today. Keep in mind that this was some very potent hash and the dog ate lots of it. If it could have killed a dog, it would have killed him but it didn't. It just got him extremely stoned for an afternoon.
Don't forget:
TEMPE, AZ--(Marketwired - Feb 27, 2015) - American Green (OTC PINK: ERBB) announces today that the final four machines from its initial run of 18 are finally shipping, thus allowing the company to activate and bring the ZaZZZ Network online.
So what's the real story here? It looks like AG never really shipped 18 ZaZZZ machines back on December 18th 2014 like they claim they did. It shouldn't take two months to ship 18 machines.
Thanks for doing that. It's nice to finally see some useful information on this board. When I started asking the same type of questions several weeks ago all I got in response was how I was a 'basher' and several people here 'told me multiple times' what dispensaries had a ZaZZZ and where I could use one but they all got pissed when I said they were wrong. Finally there are some other people making sense here and I wanted to let you know that your DD is appreciated. I don't know how some people here can be so persistent at being wrong.
In Colorado that's the way it works. They check your ID before they let you in.
I'm sure it uses facial recognition and one video also suggested a mat to measure weight in front of the machine. Facial recognition has been around for years and is pretty accurate. Not as accurate as a fingerprint but I don't see a fingerprint scanner on ZaZZZ so it's not using that, at least not now. I've also recently read about new facial recognition technology that will improve it dramatically.
So how does it work? I did some quick research and my guess is that it depends on the state. Drivers licenses don't all have the same info on them but most have some bio-metric information encoded in the 2D barcode on the back. That barcode doesn't contain enough information to encode a high res picture but some states do encode a low res picture. So the easiest method is probably to compare the bio-metric info to the ZaZZZ facial scan. Some states may require a link back to the high res DMV picture on file to compare to the scanned image from ZaZZZ. If you have two high res face pictures to compare I imagine that has to be pretty accurate, probably better than a person could do.
Can it be defeated? That remains to be seen. Apple was surprised when hackers found that a printed fingerprint could easily defeat the scanner on an iPhone. I would expect that there are safeguards in place to keep someone from using a photo in front of the scanner and a fake id. I would also expect that it may take some trial and error but in the end, a machine can do a better job of age verification than a human. But can AG make that happen? We can only wait and see.
Asking honest question about where I can find and use their product is being a pest? You said DD, well that's what I'm doing. Why can't anyone tell me where I can find and use their product? Something sure seems fishy here.
I live near Denver so where can I drive to see one?
Been there. They had a test machine which was never available to the public and is no longer there. Want to try again?
Ok, then tell me where I can use one. You can't. If the public could actually use them, AG would have made the announcement. Who knows, maybe that's the big news for tomorrow but with their track record I'll only believe it when I can actually go to a Colorado dispensary and purchase a product.
Thanks for illustrating my point. Yes, there are pictures all over the place and promised shipping dates and announcements that Zazzz has shipped. Yet I still can't go any place in Colorado and actually buy a product from one of these machines. They claimed they shipped 18 machines at least a week or two ago but I still can't buy anything from them? We have all seen them promise shipping dates before and not deliver. Posting pictures and videos on twitter doesn't mean anything to me if I can't go to a local dispensary and actually use the product.
I've got to wonder about Zazzznetwork.com too. There have been photos with that URL pasted on the side of the machines for a couple of months now and it was a blank page until a few days ago. And even now, it's just a splash page that doesn't do anything. What, they couldn't even pay some high school kid to throw a couple of links on there to take people to their website or to pages with products that people can actually buy? It just seems to me like a huge missed opportunity. What kind of people are running this company that they can't even figure out something as simple as that?
Yeah, I sure would like to know what's going on. If Zazzz is out there, where can I go to actually use one? I live in Colorado so there should be one near me, right? I'm tired of hearing about Zazzz is going to ship, Zazzz is shipping, Zazzz has shipped. Well if that's true, when and where can I go to actually purchase something from one? I'd be more than happy to test it out and report back. The shills on here are really getting tiresome.
I just asked them if they were going to make their December shipping dates. Not negative or positive, just neutral.
And what's with the 'lol'? Treating investors this way is really not a laughing matter.
I did ask about Zazzz and I got banned from AG's Facebook page. Then I emailed them asking about Zazzz and I never got a reply. That's not the way to treat investors.
Say Ragz, don't you ever get tired of shilling for this turkey?
I got banned from posting to their Facebook page just because I asked if they were going to make their December shipping date for ZaZZZ. The next day they had posted comments about banning bashers accounts from their page. So asking if they will meet their deadlines is bashing their stock. That's good to know. When I emailed them directly to ask why I was banned they never answered. That's a great way to treat your investors there AG!
So the new shipping date is January? Any guesses if they will make that date? They haven't had a good track record and a picture of 18 machines lined up is far from the 1000 machines by the end of the year.
So hey American Green why was I banned from Facebook? Why do you treat your investors so poorly? How about some transparency? How about answering some basic questions from your investors? How about making an announced shipping deadline?
That's not what the article says. Berkshire Hathaway is not investing in "High Performance Automated Retailing Systems and Custom Vending Machines."
"CUSTOM VENDING MACHINES!"
That was a comment by a company that deals with those products.
That announcement was about Cubic Designs, Inc. A company the manufactures warehousing systems that can help increase floor space for growers.
Looks like we're down to stems and seeds again.
Well, Hick was always against legalization so I don't know what difference that will make. If he could sign a law to make it illegal again, he would. Pretty hypocritical from a guy who made his fortune selling alcohol.
And I don't know where you get the 44% approval rating. Everything I have seen says it has gone up since legalization.
Lawmakers can't repeal the marijuana legalization laws in Colorado. It's part of the state constitution. The only way it can be repealed is with another statewide vote where a majority of people decide to repeal it and that is not going to happen.
