Just tried emailing the TA. The email is temporarily disabled, and nobody answered the phone.
Now now Tenkay. Lets not insult ones character. I read everything I request to be posted or want to know. However, my interpretation level is obviously different from yours, and never once did I attack your character even if I did suspect you of being full of shit. (which I haven't so far) GNCP
That could be my mistake in my own personal timing by not separating AS and OS in each kind of stock. I was under the impression that all stocks were under the title of AS or OS period. Thanks for the insight. GO GNCP.
I haven't heard of any votes to increase or decrease AS from GNCP so I'm not worried. I also made another mistake in my writing. Market Cap is decided by OS not AS. What I was trying to get at remains valid though. As the Market cap approaches AS there should be upward movement in PPS. That is (my theory).
Those are all common, preferred, and convertible shares. All of which come out of the Outstanding Shares. Where does the authorized shares increase? That's the limit I'm waiting on. As the number of outstanding shares approaches the authorized in my own personal theory the buying pressure and price per share should increase because shorty want out. If and that's a big if investors/traders know when to buy a short squeeze could happen to push PPS beyond any valuation given here recently.
Do you have the data to prove it?
I also forgot to say in 2011 GNCPs chart walked down from $.06 with minor spikes along the way. I assume it was because of a short squeeze, and shorty couldn't buy all the shares needed to cover. Now that I mention it I'm canceling my sell orders so I don't miss the run, whenever is does decide to. Happy trading.
Accident I have IHUB open in two tabs at the the moment and I was responding to another post mentally while writing a response to your post. I do believe there can be naked short selling in a stock. What I was trying to say is what would worry me is if the .0001s get slapped and the shares outstanding and the authorized shares increase. I don't short but if I were to do so then I would short all the way down to as many shares as I could as high a price as I could and stop when there are just enough shares to caver what I've sold. Then that's were the fight for shares and buying pressure increases. Provided their market cap is not increased (authorized shares)then shorty could come make more money. That's honestly how I'm playing this stock at the moment. Until it gets close to that time and the shares are canceled and bought back Ill sit tight and buy more .0001s when the outstanding shares get thin. Until then ill just keep reading and learning new things about the company and its financials and apply my lessons learned here elsewhere.
Not implying that Lumb is a crook, but just to entertain the idea that he is a crook. Dilution plays would eventually get the attention for failures to deliver by the FINRA. Good crooks usually do the right thing at least on the surface to keep the attention off of their wrong doings. You have said yourself GNCP hasn't been in any trouble for failures to deliver or naked short selling.
P.S. I don't know this man personally. Just entertaining a what if scenario.
Business men need to reinvent themselves. Lots of small businesses have to adapt to what makes money. They also have the Adult Gaming going on for them. Mining is not the only source of revenue.
Debt is necessary for expansion. Unless your backed by the mafia or the government.
What is FTD and NSS.

I respect your opinion. I just thought you may like to scan for a few tid bits of information. If you have shares you want to get rid of, I'm sure you wont have a problem getting rid of them.
With all due respect. I think you're missing the point of what everyone is saying. Warren Buffett was not always Warren Buffett. He didn't always receive incentives to purchase a companies stock, and his name was not always synonymous with being the best Investor/ Trader of all time. He had to be careful and trade with a plan like everyone else. Buy the dips sell the rips and hold the growers. GNCP is a good play. Africa is number 1 in its gold and diamond reserves in the world. You can mine it lots cheaper over there than you can here.
Didn't mean to insinuate he was the richest man in the world. I just wanted you to take from that statement that he has lots and lots of cash. You are correct Coca Cola never traded at trips, but on a different side of the same coin, Coca Cola took a lot longer for a 100% gain. Yes he choses stock differently from you and I because he can afford to be ridiculously bullish at any point and time he sees fit. Again on a different side of the same coin how can you not afford to be ridiculously bullish on a .0001 stock? Nowhere to go but up. I understand you respect Warren Buffett and his trading style saying he wouldn't go anywhere near this chart but only one person has gotten that rich from that trading style and that's Warren Buffett. Take what he's done that works for you and add your own trading flare to it. If you follow his blue print your financial house will fall because it was not built for you. Happy trading.
It would be the demand then right?
Yes i did. Net revs are part of the working capital as well as shareholder equity. In the short term liabilities the stock holder's loan was reduced to zero.
All businesses have some working debt to expand with. There is a difference between healthy debt and excessive. This is not excessive.
Where does it say that at on GNCP's balance sheet?
I've never looked at the financials, but I'm sure those had something to do with debt, and that happens with big board stocks too. Tons of convertible notes would definitely cause some major resistance, even a crash. GNCP has no posted convertibles that I've seen.
Point taken as far as the website. The history of the chart still says different. Ill ride it on the strength I could possibly make 100% at .0002 but why stop there? I agree with what you said about radar love also, but I counter with this; Warren Buffet invested $40 in coca cola back in his day which is about $200 in todays money, and he is now the richest man in the world. This is a play with nothing but up side potential and no down side as long as you're not piling in your life savings. Play safe not sorry.
What the charts I posted earlier? Yes they were weak charts. That does not mean they cant move. Yes pennies are emotional but emotions bring profits. IMO.
Not defending anyone. Its a capital market that works the same as big boards. If you don't want to buy their are many more securities that you could look into. To say their stealing isn't fair because the chart says otherwise. No bid for the past 3 years, no PR, and no updates would be stealing. All of which GNCP have not done.
Are you implying that since they do not spoon feed shareholders numbers, valuations, and the lack of money to be shown on the big boards that they don't deserve a shot at being able to one day? That kind of attitude is counter productive of small business and investing.
You can find all of this information. Pink slips don't have the capital to be put on the big boards so they come to the pinks. Buying a security is the same as owning a piece of the company. In the pinks its just a little more work to keep up with the information. The fact that the chart moves every so often is reason enough to believe this business is in operation. Not lecturing you because I'm sure you know this.
You have the option of receiving financial updates here, and they have an investors tab. http://www.gncc-capital.com/BurntWell.html. The chart tends to resurrect between August, and February every year for the past 3 years.
Any way to prove that?
The website is very informative and detailed. Whoever created it put lots of time and effort into it. I don't think anyone would go through all that to scam people. Plus I've seen Nicolaas Edward Blom, and Ronald Yadin Lowenthal show up in other boards, and they are associated with stocks that perform.
Don't they have up to a year to do the buy back? Still think its watch list worthy though. This chart has a tendency to resurrect anywhere from August to no later than February in the last 3 years.
It appears we're finally gaining some traction. Might break .0002s next week.
There's definitely 400k on the bid this time. Interesting....
You're right.
750K I'm sorry. Dyslexia messing with me.
7.5 mil total on the bid.
Bid is back
Has anyone called, or e-mailed the TA? If not I'll do so and get back to you.
Don't worry about it. Its just a sleeper stock. Sleepers wake up. If it wakes up don't get rid of it right away because it defeats the purpose of what your doing this for. (Making money)If anything buy more if it does. Slap the ask, then take profits accordingly. Otherwise you waited that long time for 100% when you could've had more as the chart goes to target.
I understand your anger, but everything you needed to know was in the paperwork filed. If you're trading purely on a chart you wouldn't have come any where near this thing. There were good PRs otcmarkets was updated in a timely manner, and the initial valuation was to the tune of .004 in potential earnings per share. You just have to learn the signs of when to get out.
My apologies. I shouldn't have said manipulated. I read a lot of material and I reference it enough for it to sound like my opinion. I do not think it is being manipulated. However, to me manipulation is just the change in a line that we all study called the market.
just lots of resistance at .0001. it is possible to slap the ask.
Yes im looking at a chart in stinky pinky land because they work when used correctly. So far it hasn't lied to me yet. The chart says its not going anywhere at the moment and guess what?
