This company has no clear focus, they are all over the map and as a result have high sky rocketing costs and accumulated debt of OVER 40 MILLION. These are going to keep rising, don't fool yourselves. The costs of continuing revenue in so many sectors will out pace any growth in revenue. . . .this company is a loser and the PPS is showing it.
Action lawsuit vs DP and his cronies should be taken on behalf of cheated shareholders.
City council to ponder early marijuana sales in Salem, Oregon.
Might not be good. . .

ahh, well maybe it had something to do with that
This is a little something for further down the road; Regulate Florida Initiative!

Buy wednesday & sell this one friday my friend
I like this news but growing hemp?!?!? Is that a joke or a misprint, why waste money getting a hemp grow? Get things going straight from the get go with MJ. . . .this one might be something to look at next summer when they get their MJ straightened out I think. Maybe volatility for trading starts up in 2016 when they actually start growing MJ, till then. . . .
Counties and cities that are NOT going to allow recreational sales of MJ. The list is short. . . .

Q2 operating expensed predicted to be astronomical!!! Millions wasted and funded by the unsuspecting unlucky investor on here.
I was one of those investor's that contributed to Peterson's ridiculously outrageous bonus just to watch the price bleed over the past year. This company the way it's managed won't be able to cover operating expenses.
Hiring firm to to get New Jersey growing license??? How are they going to pay for these 'services'? Sounds like further dilution and a chance at dirt cheap shares for this firm's execs to dump on unsuspecting pump influenced investors!
18 million in operating expenses and ballooning, a company executive group made up of peterson's poker buddy's, these same executives stuffing their pockets from selling shares given to them at prices cheaper than used toilet paper, company selectively sharing financial data to pump price, smelling worse than my kid's diaper folks
Hey Biz,
I haven't but yes I feel like the company failed to execute on a number of points it had been pushing and preaching for the last 3 years. I tried emailing them at one point and got a pretty rude email back that left a pretty sour taste. I had this stock back when it was Mesa and with the reverse merger they pumped it at one point stating the benefits of the merger and how the new asset properties where going to be a game changer. They ended up drilling a test hole that never produced and ended up selling the properties for a fraction of what it cost shareholders to 'hold and see results' I lost a about 25k investing in this stock and I'm just hoping that doesn't happen to other investor's thinking this one will turn around.
Little article from the weekend that included KAYS

I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking of getting in on this one but I'd like to know a few things about a company before I buy so I'm trying to find out what I'm investing in that's all.
If a company doesn't post their latest 10-Q on their website because of revenue trends it underlies a general shadiness that company management has don't you think? Is that trustworthy? At least that's my impression and how I look at this. I read some of the other posts n i get the impression I'm not the only one thinking about this company in this way.
I've been looking at this one a while and it's been down trending. I also was in vegas a little over a month ago and out of curiosity I checked out their vegas dispensary location and saw an empty building. Add all the little things up and it makes me wonder about this one.
I'd rather not be some chuckle head that piles his money into some pump, but hey, chuckle away lavatime
No updated 10-Q on the website. . . . . .doesn't look good.
The only link to their current quarterly financials ;

looks like revenue has steadily dropped since June of 2014. . .
Revenue: June 2014: $3 712 000
Sept 2014 : $1 315 000
Dec 2014 : $1 507 000
Mar 2015 : $ 763 000 ?!?!?!?
Can somebody explain the steady drop in revenue here? What happened?
BILL 460 Current Location, Governor's Office - awaiting signature

At the moment it's easier to catch a falling knife than timing this stock
I'm still trying to figure out how this company is involved with medical marijuana? are they growing, processing or selling medical marijuana? can somebody explain
How profitable is the average marijuana dispensary?
I'm guessing that getting the grow operations going in order to supply it's own product will significantly cut down on this estimate for cost of goods sold as quoted in that article: "68% - Cost of goods sold"
Any solid date for when senate bill 460 is being voted on in the Oregon house and senate?
Did a bit of research and found this on the Oregon government website, apparently there's a 3rd reading tomorrow of bill 460 in the senate. Not sure what that means exactly lol
Oregon Legislative Info: SB 460
I gotta a question for CEO, with the current federal regulations is there a possibility that Kaya Holdings becomes listed on a regulated exchange down the road if the federal laws stay the same. . .such as Nasdaq or amex?
It'll be interesting what happens in Oregon come July 1st. This is a couple weeks old but still an interesting read on how they might proceed with recreational. . .
http://www.oregonlive.com/marijuana/index.ssf/2015/04/oregon_lawmakers_mull_proposal.html
Moratoriums are being lifted in counties and cities all across Oregon now in May 2015.
https://mmjbusinessdaily.com/oregons-final-moratorium-count-142-cities-26-counties/
Would be nice to see expansion into untouched medical MJ markets in Oregon. The company netted 14K, which while not blockbuster, given that they're only selling to medical marijuana patients at this point is a huge positive. Better to be in the black than the red. Once MJ is legal revs will go up for sure.
Any word on when the next quarterly is coming out?
I remember him saying in his radio interview that he was going to work towards opening new stores in cities that are lifting their moratoriums. Here's a list of Oregon counties and cities that currently have moratoriums in place, lots of them have the lifting of it scheduled for 1 May.
Oregon counties and cities having moratoriums in place
That means that shops will probably be allowed to start applying for licenses starting this date. I think this will be a HUGE chance for expansion . . .
Ah, thanks for the insight fink & RSP.
My bad dude, so I've been reading that "Form D: Notice of exempt offering of securities (amend)" link & I'm still not quite sure what it is. Anybody explain what that is? I took it as a raising of 1.5mil in exchange for securities but not really sure

The fact that Ammendment 91 passed I think is super exciting! Recreational marijuana now legal in Oregon is huge!
Here's a link to the state of Oregon's recreational marijuana page;
Oregon Recreational Marijuana
Keep in mind that I'm sure there'll be a process that needs to get developed for licensing and opening recreational marijuana stores. Not going to be over night but the big hurdle of allowing recreational ganja has passed.
The Q-10 coming out soon will be good for numbers and a business like this will only increase revenue with time and publicity. Expansion should be mentioned in it as well.
